My daughter has a tradition to stop here on every trip to the Oregon Coast. I hit this stretch of the drive after they closed and her heart was breaking. They do close early. Thankfully they have a vending machine with fresh pies! Appreciate the amazing creativity as it's always time for pie! Recommend the mixed berry or some of the marionberry options. I haven't been inside but the vending machine is relatively easy to use and pies were around $7/slice.

Stopped by the famous berry patch restaurant. Walked into a nice restaurant with a great gift area selling all sorts of Marion Berry products. My husband had a traditional egg breakfast and I had a smaller plate. Eggs were delicious, bacon nice and thick and crispy the ham juicy the gravy delicious, the servers were friendly and the service was quick. we loved the breakfast and recommended

We stopped by for some pie and loved the Marionberry crème, lemon crème and especially the coconut crème. It didn't last long enough to take a picture. Delicious!!

A must-stop in Westport, The Berry Patch is a regionally-well known place that deserves every accolade for their delicious food and berry jams and pies. WOW totally worth the detour!! Service is fast, friendly, and very practiced - you can tell the folks who work here have been here for a while. :) I had the Turkey sandwich on sourdough with cranberry sauce and cream cheese. It was the perfect summer sandwich: cool and refreshing, light and crunchy from fresh lettuce and tangy with ripe tomatoes. I chose potato salad instead of fries or slaw - it was very good mustard potato salad. We enjoyed the local history and learning about the marionberry - a created blackberry hybrid that tastes delicious and was developed right here in Oregon. 5 Berrylicious stars!!

    Pie oh my!

We only stopped for pie, so I can't say much about the rest of the menu, but I can tell you the service was quick! If you like Coconut Cream, you *need* to stop and get a slice! It's done right from top to bottom. Cute little place with whole pies and other goods to purchase.

Merrion Berry Cream pie slice or whats left of it...

Regardless, we all found something of interest; some of us were repeat diners. I ordered the chicken sandwich, as have read many reviews about their chicken being some of the best in town; my chosen side was fries. Despite our group of appx 8, service was quick both when ordering & food being brought out. Our server was good about asking specifics as we ordered, such as sauces for fries, salad dressing wanted etc. I recall always having great service when at this location, whether being seated in the lounge or the restaurant. My chicken sandwich was good, served on a hoagie style roll. The fries were good, but not as hot as I would've liked, similar to my last time there. I had asked for ranch sauce & ketchup for dipping my fries in, of which the latter was correctly served but seems as though I got some aioli instead of ranch. Whereas I agree the chicken was good: a deboned chicken breast butterflied, but for my tastes, the spices in the breading was a bit on the heavy side. The hoagie roll was good also, but with sourdough being the only white bread I prefer to eat, I may ask for other options if I order the same meal again. Overall, a very nice place to go: ambiance & decor, service & food!

January sounded like a slower season for them, which showed since we were the only diners that evening. Honestly, it made the experience even more special. The waiter, who was also the bartender, was incredible. Unfortunately, we did not catch his name, but he was working on January 10th and did a fantastic job. He was attentive, welcoming, and genuinely great at what he does. On to the food. We started with the fresh baked bread and Brussels sprouts. I never thought Brussels sprouts could steal the show, but these were packed with flavor and absolutely delicious. I ordered the linguine, and my boyfriend had the filet with crab and hollandaise sauce. Both dishes were outstanding and truly next level. The vibe of the restaurant was perfect. Very chic and sophisticated, which felt ideal for celebrating an anniversary. We actually loved that it was quiet because it felt like all the attention was on us. We will definitely be back!

Could've been an amazing dessert if used real orange zest/puree

Lots of things... * Staff is REMARKABLY friendly and personable * They are equally attentive and professional * The patrons were awesome, seriously. I came here alone, and no fewer than three people, each in completely different parties, approached and engaged me in conversation. This seemed like a bunch of regulars who welcome newcomers as family. The menu is much larger than expected for a bar. I opted for the pulled pork sliders, and they were FAR better than expected. The rolls were the most surprising part, they were fantastic! I don't know if they're baked on-site, but they're definitely not typical "get the job done" fare, they were superb. "Slider" also seemed to be a bit misleading because they're so generously stuffed with pork and cole slaw that they're closer to a full-sized sandwich. Prices belie the quality and portion sizes (much lower prices than I'd expect). The only minor gripe is that there are not a lot of good seats for seeing bands perform. The bar area is narrow and long, which doesn't lend itself well to seeing performances, but I was still able to do so, and the friendliness of the staff and other patrons (again, AMAZING surprise) really seemed to make up for this.
