I had the Pesto Caprese pizza and it was amazing! The balsamic glaze added just the right amount of sweetness to bring together the different flavors. My husband had the NY steak and said it was delicious and cooked to perfection. Our server was very attentive and told us how all the ingredients were locally sourced, which is very good to hear because we like to support local businesses. Lastly, the building is quite beautiful with the exposed brick interior walls. I'm not familiar with the local history so I'm curious as to what this building was originally? ### So Bad It Was Almost Comical My wife and I stopped here for lunch on our drive from Oregon to Seattle. The parking lot was completely full, so after circling around and eventually finding street parking, we figured the place must be popular. Unfortunately, that turned out to be the high point of the experience. The main restaurant was fairly full, so we were seated in a large, dark bar area in the back. And then... nothing happened. For more than 30 minutes. Eventually, a waiter appeared and took our order. Then another 30+ minutes passed before the food arrived. Somehow, even our iced tea didn't make it to the table until the food did. All told, we spent roughly an hour sitting at an empty table without so much as a beverage, and about 90 minutes from the time we arrived until we actually had food in front of us. At that point, the whole experience was becoming almost comical. We ordered a cod burger with fries, a Caesar salad, onion rings and an iced tea. The cod burger was okay. Nothing memorable, but edible. The Caesar salad was actually good. The fries, however, arrived cold, soggy and thoroughly greasy -- quite an accomplishment considering how long we waited for them. The onion rings apparently embarked on a separate journey altogether, because they never arrived. By then, we'd lost the will to ask about them and just gave up. The grand total for one cod burger with cold fries, a small Caesar salad and an iced tea? $40.00! We mentioned the long wait, forgotten food and other problems to our waiter. He was sympathetic and explained that they were short staffed, which we understand can make things difficult. But being short staffed doesn't make a 90-minute lunch, no drinks for an hour, cold soggy fries and forgotten food any less disappointing -- especially at those prices. By the end, we weren't even angry. The whole thing had crossed over into comedy. Needless to say, on future drives between Oregon and Seattle, we'll be finding a different midway lunch stop. read more

This place is awesome. It's a really cool atmosphere and since I have celiac disease it's nice that they are very gluten friendly. They have dedicated fryers and cater to people with gluten intolerance. This is a must stop if you're in Chehalis. Excellent food and service as well. read more

They have a huge case of gf desserts and my traveling companion secretly brought me two back home! The mousse and the cheesecake were delicious! This is how real food should taste like! Straight from the farms. Unlike what you get from the grocery that tastes like air. There is No GMO, fresh as hell. Portion of food is just right not like typical American size. They have this in house salad dressing along with my salad and OMG!!!! You can tell it is a blend of fresh fruits and homemade vinegar and not much sugar. Because the flavour is all from the fruits and so fresh!!!Unfortunately, you can't buy them. First off, I can't quite understand the lower star rating for this restaurant. Some of the reviews griped about the manager and fries. Do not let those comments and the low star rating discourage you from trying Jeremy's. Our experience was wonderful. Not sure if we ever met the manager, but the wait staff was great! It is a large, clean restaurant with plenty of seating. This would be a great place to have a large gathering. The bathrooms were also very clean. Both of those factors are signs of a promising dining experience, imho! I ordered the bacon ranch chicken burger with fries, ranch and honey mustard on the side. My husband got the bacon cheeseburger with onions rings and a cup of their soup of the day: Tuscan Italian Sausage soup. We also got the cheese curds for an appetizer. The curds were yummy. Crisp, light, chewy with a side of garlic aioli. the flavor combo was delish! My only complaint was the portion size. For $15.00 appetizer, i was hoping it would have been larger...or possibly keep the same portion size but lower the price point. Other than that, we did enjoy them. The soup was delicious, too! It was thick and creamy with large chunks of potato and sausage. It had a nice spicy kick to it. My husband enjoyed it very much. Our sandwiches came out hot, and again: delicious! Good portions, too. The onion rings were really unique. Large, thick slices of onion and a unique breading. Not your typical beer batter, but a lighter coating that tasted like it could have been cornmeal based? They were good! My fries weren't bad, either. I was very excited to take my grandmother who is allergic to gluten here! She was able to have a large range of options she doesn't typically get to choose from (including desserts) since most of the menu is gluten free. The food came out in large portions and was good. We have been in the Centralia/Chehalis for my daughter's various softball tournaments over the years. And we were always searching for a breakfast place. And search no further, this is the place. The atmosphere is comfy country with pictures on the wall.and the sound of a close by train passing by and shaking the restaurant. We were a bit disturbed the first time and now they have a live camera so you can watch the train as it passes. The restaurant has a private dining area with a bar and an ajoining store with fresh fruits and vegetables. The service is always on and one might think the service is slow but I think it is worth the wait. The food comes out fresh and hot with the flavors just like their name, farm to table. The bonus is they also serve lunch and dinner here. On Fridays and Saturdays it is prime rib night and it is worth a visit. A friend and I stopped here today on our way up to Eastsound and OMG! It was a great sign that there was a rainbow shining down as we walked in. First, I'm gluten-free and this place is a gf person's dream! GF chicken fried steak, GF pancakes, GF biscuits, GF pasta ... ALL THE DESSERTS ARE GF!! The menu is extensive, service was top-notch (Kendall was amazing!), and prices are super reasonable. They use farm fresh ingredients and it shows in the quality of the food. I had the potato scramble special (with sausage, bacon, peppers, onions, and [soooo much] cheese. It came with gf toast (or a gf biscuit), fresh pico, housemade jam, and fresh melon. My friend, who is not gf, had the gf chicken fried steak that came with two eggs, English muffin bread (which she said was amazing!), and melon. She said the gravy, which wasn't GF, was some of the best she's had. I tried a bite of just the steak and the gf breading was epic!
