First off, I can't quite understand the lower star rating for this restaurant. Some of the reviews griped about the manager and fries. Do not let those comments and the low star rating discourage you from trying Jeremy's. Our experience was wonderful. Not sure if we ever met the manager, but the wait staff was great! It is a large, clean restaurant with plenty of seating. This would be a great place to have a large gathering. The bathrooms were also very clean. Both of those factors are signs of a promising dining experience, imho! I ordered the bacon ranch chicken burger with fries, ranch and honey mustard on the side. My husband got the bacon cheeseburger with onions rings and a cup of their soup of the day: Tuscan Italian Sausage soup. We also got the cheese curds for an appetizer. The curds were yummy. Crisp, light, chewy with a side of garlic aioli. the flavor combo was delish! My only complaint was the portion size. For $15.00 appetizer, i was hoping it would have been larger...or possibly keep the same portion size but lower the price point. Other than that, we did enjoy them. The soup was delicious, too! It was thick and creamy with large chunks of potato and sausage. It had a nice spicy kick to it. My husband enjoyed it very much. Our sandwiches came out hot, and again: delicious! Good portions, too. The onion rings were really unique. Large, thick slices of onion and a unique breading. Not your typical beer batter, but a lighter coating that tasted like it could have been cornmeal based? They were good! My fries weren't bad, either. They weren't heavy and greasy, like a lot of fries. I liked that. The burger was cooked medium as requested by my husband. My chicken burger was a delicious grilled chicken breast...a real breast and not some gross pressed chicken patty. The ranch and honey mustard were both house made. Sooooo good. I was very excited to take my grandmother who is allergic to gluten here! She was able to have a large range of options she doesn't typically get to choose from (including desserts) since most of the menu is gluten free. The food came out in large portions and was good. They boasted of gluten free items and they weren't kidding! All the fryer cooked foods are gluten free- I had gf fish and chips and my son had chicken strips- also gf. They have a huge case of gf desserts and my traveling companion secretly brought me two back home! The mousse and the cheesecake were delicious! This is how real food should taste like! Straight from the farms. Unlike what you get from the grocery that tastes like air. There is No GMO, fresh as hell. Portion of food is just right not like typical American size. They have this in house salad dressing along with my salad and OMG!!!! You can tell it is a blend of fresh fruits and homemade vinegar and not much sugar. Because the flavour is all from the fruits and so fresh!!!Unfortunately, you can't buy them. There are heaps of gluten free option if you are looking for it. Servers are very kind and attentive, service is quick as well. The historical building itself has a lot to say. We found this cute large restaurant that also sells produce during the daytime. I've been here twice and both times have been very good. I appreciate the beer options. We have been in the Centralia/Chehalis for my daughter's various softball tournaments over the years. And we were always searching for a breakfast place. And search no further, this is the place. The atmosphere is comfy country with pictures on the wall.and the sound of a close by train passing by and shaking the restaurant. We were a bit disturbed the first time and now they have a live camera so you can watch the train as it passes. The restaurant has a private dining area with a bar and an ajoining store with fresh fruits and vegetables. The service is always on and one might think the service is slow but I think it is worth the wait. The food comes out fresh and hot with the flavors just like their name, farm to table. The bonus is they also serve lunch and dinner here. On Fridays and Saturdays it is prime rib night and it is worth a visit. A friend and I stopped here today on our way up to Eastsound and OMG! It was a great sign that there was a rainbow shining down as we walked in. First, I'm gluten-free and this place is a gf person's dream! GF chicken fried steak, GF pancakes, GF biscuits, GF pasta ... ALL THE DESSERTS ARE GF!! The menu is extensive, service was top-notch (Kendall was amazing!), and prices are super reasonable. They use farm fresh ingredients and it shows in the quality of the food. I had the potato scramble special (with sausage, bacon, peppers, onions, and [soooo much] cheese. It came with gf toast (or a gf biscuit), fresh pico, housemade jam, and fresh melon. My friend, who is not gf, had the gf chicken fried steak that came with two eggs, English muffin bread (which she said was amazing!), and melon. She said the gravy, which wasn't GF, was some of the best she's had. I tried a bite of just the steak and the gf breading was epic! My wife and I had reservations for Jeremy's on Valentine's Day and we love farm to table restaurants so we don't mind making the drive down from Puyallup. When we got there, we were 15 minutes early and got seated right away, which caught me off guard with how busy they were plus it being a big holiday. We were greeted right away by our waiter Logan which was also nice because we weren't made to feel like we were forgotten about. He was extremely nice and on top of it all night long. He was fast with the drinks and if there was a going to be any kind of a hold up on them, he made sure to notify us right away but at the same time assure us that they would be out shortly. I got the prime rib, rare, and my wife got the halibut. Thoroughly impressed with the speed seeing as every table had a couple seated at it. My dinner was AMAZING and my wife really enjoyed hers. We decided to splurge and got the cobbler for dessert. She's gluten free so it was nice how many options they had available to her. I think it's only right that Jeremy's is praised for how great of an experience they provide and also Logan for being a top notch waiter especially on such a hectic night. If anyone is thinking of trying this restaurant out and basing their decision off of reviews, I think it would be wise to know how they handle something chaotic like Valentine's Day and still provided an A+ experience. The building itself is a remodeled old brick warehouse looking structure which is really cool and provides a fun ambiance. I would describe the food as more bar and grill style than farm to table, however you could tell that most dishes were made in house from scratch so the quality of the food was excellent. Walking in there were plenty of open seats but the host was absent for about ten minutes, by the time they returned there was a fairly long line of people waiting to be sat in total there was probably a 25 minute wait from the time we walked in until we were at a table with our server. Once we were sat our server was friendly and the food came out quickly. The price is a bit high for what it is but not excessively so. Over all it would be 4 stars with a bit quicker service, I would come again if I was passing through town around meal time. read more

Nearly empty restaurant, but still waited at reception for 2-3 minutes while we watched employees across from us talking and milling around but no acknowledgement. Finally we were greeted and seated. Drink order was taken quickly. One of us ordered a glass of riesling and the other prosecco. Both were brought out room temp, not chilled at all. Very off-putting. Ordered steelhead and fettuccine. Steelhead was pretty good, green bean side was swimming in oil and the mushroom risotto was an ugly inedible mess. Fettuccine was just gross. EXTREMELY garlicky, but the noodles were an odd texture and the sauce was...just weird. Dessert was a shared chocolate mousse and actually that was delicious. Total was $150. what can I say, it has been a very long time since I got perfect service from the moment I walked in, to finishing my meal, and the little things I experienced used to be the standard for normal every day dining. completely 1st time ever, no reservation, I walked in close to 7 pm, and I was pleasantly greeted by a very friendly staff, told them just myself, the host asked if I would like to dine in the bar or the restaurant, & I chose the restaurant, where I was seated at a nice table with a menu right away. A waiter came right after that & asked if I would like a drink while deciding what to have, I said just water for now, & it didn't take long for him to set a nice chilled jar of fresh tasting water. With great timing he came back to take my order, asked if I would like a dinner salad before my meal, which I looked over & chose the "small" NW salad he recommended, so much to choose from with steaks, pasta, burgers, pizza, wanted something different so I went with the Fettuccine Carbonara & added the 6 sautéed shrimp, and coffee. The small NW salad was huge, not much of a salad eater but this was a meal of itself with a variety of toppings bursting with flavor & nice texture with the fresh & tasty organic greens, & didn't have to ask for the perfect sweetness of raspberry vinaigrette on the side. This would make a great meal by itself with a side appetizer like the shrimp I added with the main dish The Fettuccine Carbonara was also a huge serving, noodles perfectly tender, nice rich white sauce with delicious chunks of pancetta, served with a couple slices of toasted buttered garlic bread, was delicious & generous serving. Considering I started with a salad, then the pasta, both very generous portions could be split as a dinner for two, I pushed it adding the 6 sautéed prawns, but it was worth it. The texture & seasoning tasted more like grilled prawns, which are my favorite, they were nice size, cooked to perfection, juicy & succulent to the bite, & perfectly seasoned to taste. Even the coffee was good, & the waiter was on top of checking for a refill when needed, and the staff was very busy attending to the customers, although at that time it was only about 20% full. There was a singer guitar player musician in the bar next room but it did not carry into the restaurant much so they had a perfect balance between them. To top this all off, they had an excellent choice of desserts, which by then I'm usually too full to add, but they had creme brûlée, what can I say, that is my #1 favorite, typically only available at the best restaurants, so I had to order 2 to go, one for my daughter at home. I'm sure with more careful choice on the menu, cost would be typical in comparison to other restaurants in this capacity, The service & quality of food puts this place top notch, my bill ended up around $78 before tip, but I took a $28 meal & added a salad, side of shrimp, coffee, & 2 desserts to go, and all of that would have made a great meal for two to split, or skip the extras & just have burgers or pizza. For me, that night I was having a quiet personal celebration of surviving a treacherous 2 weeks at work with an IT system issue that finally resolved on this end of the week Friday, so this was the perfect treat myself night, but I would definitely come back for those more typical dining out meals. I like this type of place, but cannot see wanting to really go back. We've went probably about 6 times in the past year. Service is really hit or miss. Including holidays like Valentines. We had dinner with friends and an item came out incorrect (served mashed potatoes instead of risotto) - and was fixed quickly but the replaced item was served cold. Steak came out with butter on it (the idea being it's warm enough to melt said butter) it was cold and the butter itself wasn't able to be spread. Mashed potatoes and veggie sides were also cold. This was just a theme of the whole night. Also ordered the Crostini Flight which was good in theory but the amount of small bread to the small tablespoons of bruschetta, tapenade and honey ratio was poor for the price paid for it. In the past we've also had issues with overseasoned salty salmon and subpar quality of the food. It's tasty for sure, but the experience doesn't match the price when it's cooked incorrectly, or heated inadequately by the time it gets to the table. read more

The long period of time that passed between our visits should give you a hint about our first experience and opinion of the place then. I had a small spinach salad and my husband had a burger. The salad was small, just ask I requested "SPINACH SALAD small $13 Sweet and tender organic baby spinach, onions, tomatoes, bacon pieces, and a hard-boiled egg. Served with house-made berry vinaigrette." I was satisfied with the size and taste of the salad but $13 for spinach leaves is ... A LOT My husband ordered a hamburger... and did not finish it.
