When I came last weekend the vibes were great, it was just extremely packed to the point that everyone was grinding up against each other. Which in that moment I didn't care because I figured it's at capacity and that's normal. Although, I realized when I was leaving the bar that someone had opened my purse and taken my entire wallet. I was bummed because I couldn't continue partying up the night. This led me to message them on Instagram, which was great because they told me to come in and drinks would be on them for the inconvenience. We got to the bar and I spoke with the bouncer and he said to go to the bartenders, that they would direct me to Rensel the bar manager. He was absolutely lovely, provided my friends and I a round of cocktails and told us to look for Sophia for another round. We didn't end up getting another round because we were exhausted from dancing the night away. It was still very nice and accommodating that they did that and we appreciated it. Sophia was very bubbly and attentive as well. Overall, if you are looking for a bar with a disco ball!! This is a cool spot to come to, they have so many different specialty cocktails. They are all delicious and unique! The music is great, the dj really keeps the crowd moving. For parking, there is a lot in the back of the establishment or street parking as well.

Loved the comfortable lounge like seating and scannable menus. The Sylvester has a great happy hour. Great cocktails, wine and beer choices. Looking at the menu, they have interesting cocktails. Seems like they put a spin on the traditional mixtures. Two that stood out to me were the whiskey sour and French martini. Delicious mixtures by bartender Robby. He was attentive and able to answer questions about their cocktail twist. Especially loved that he mentioned their 18% gratuity was already added to the check. We added a little something extra just for honesty :-D Overall loved The Sylvester. Great service, delicious drinks and in my opinion, perfect ambiance.

Jake creates such a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The hospitality, attention, and overall vibe make the experience really special. They have great signature cocktails, and I also appreciate the selection of non-alcoholic options, including good adaptogens drinks and non-alcoholic beer. The burger is honestly incredible -- one of the best I've had. I usually order it without the bun, and it's still amazing. The fries are excellent, and the patty has such a rich, delicious beef flavor. The medium cook was absolutely perfect. The olives are also delicious -- a small detail, but it shows the attention to quality. They also have happy hours 4-7pm and live jazz music on Wednesdays at 6:30 PM, which makes the evening even better. Great crowd, great atmosphere, and a place where you genuinely want to come back. Highly recommend!

If you go to Michael's for happy hour, that is ONLY at the inside bar, otherwise, to get a table,…read morethey will require you order an entree. That's okay, I can always eat! Lemon Lavender mojito wasn't too bad! Our first time asking for the roasted carrots and we were not disappointed. Full mini various colored carrots roasted just right. Slightly hard still but very tasty! You can NEVER go wrong with the fries! Plus, they let us split a turkey sandwich and it was more than plenty for us.

Ironically, we happened to pass by on our way to dinner, and when I asked the bouncer, he told us kids were allowed--so in we went. While you can definitely hear the music, it's not overly loud and you can still have a comfortable conversation. The drinks were incredible, exactly what you'd expect from a Top 50 bar in the world. Watching the bartenders in action was a performance in itself, and my kids were completely amazed. We only stopped in for drinks, and since we were with kids, we were seated at the tables rather than the bar, which was totally fine. In the back, there's a speakeasy-style area that was dimly lit and lined with books, creating a really cool, intimate atmosphere. Overall, we loved the experience and will definitely be back.

Our server was Juan M., he was very nice and really made the dining experience a great one. We made it just in the knick of time to eat before the kitchen closed. I got lucky because I called before getting there and asked for a table for 4 and coincidentally there was one available. This restaurant/bar was very nice. The music was great the entire evening, the Dj was wonderful. The atmosphere was fun, while still being chill to have a sit down dinner. You really get the full dining experience, even at 11:30 pm! Every food dish was great; from the octopus to the Wagyu sliders. They did not disappoint what so ever. The octopus had a Peruvian twist on it and it really hit the spot with the crispy bed of potatoes! The sliders were extremely good, I honestly couldn't put the slider down from how good it was. My husband got the spicy pasta and he absolutely loved it, I can't recall the name right now and I honestly forgot to picture it. My friend enjoyed a sushi roll and she liked it. The cocktails were good too, I enjoyed an espresso martini. I started with their signature Mexpresso Martini but I didn't love it with tequila so Juan was kind enough to get it made with vodka instead. The second time around it was much better, very smooth and not too strong. If you are looking for a great spot to have a nice dinner and cocktails, this is probably one of the best spots in Wynwood to check out. It's upscale and honestly decently priced if you ask me. The vibes were just immaculate. Definitely a spot to have on your bucket list to check out.

My expectations of a Michelin Star restaurant is not what we experienced at Le Jardinier. Makes…read moreone question if Michelin has lost its magic... We arrived on time for our reservation made for "INSIDE SEATING" (note you will have to pay to make a reservation.) The unfriendly hostess walked us to an outdoor table - that despite the multitude of fans - was humid and uncomfortable. When I told her we didn't want a table outside it seemed to bother her and her response: we are really full I won't promise you anything (eye roll) and she proceeds to walk back through the aisle of empty tables to the front desk. Behind us was a couple who arrived AFTER we did. And can you believe they were escorted without an issue to the upstairs INSIDE SEATING dining area - to the very tables they apparently did not have for us!!! I have to wonder if this was profiling or she just didn't like our face? Guess not all guest are created equal here. Forced to seat us inside after my husband showed her the reservation for INSIDE seating she "accommodates" us downstairs next to the bathrooms in a tight miniature table on uncomfortable plastic wicker chairs between two large groups where we couldn't get out of our seat and had the view of a water damaged ceiling over our heads. After what seemed like quite a while the waiter (poor guy) came to greet us. Now this was the only highlight of this erroneous Michelin Star establishment. He seemed overworked with all the tables in that area but was polite attentive and funny. So pleasant that I wonder why he's working in this place. I had to ask for the bread that never came on its own. The drinks were ok. The food: Lobster - the pastry was soggy on the bottom and tasted slightly burnt on the outer crispy corners. The lobster was well cooked and the sauce was good but nothing spectacular. Hanger steak - the steak was very good - cooked exactly as ordered (medium rare). The sweet potato cakes crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside and the mushroom were cooked to perfection. Wish there was more of it, you get 2 sweet potato cakes the size of a strip of gum and 3 mushrooms slices. The halibut - hands down the most delicious thing on the menu. The fish was fresh and the caviar sauce was really exceptional - wish I had a spoon. Chocolate caramel - The dessert was a mix of flavor the chocolate has a tangy taste, the ice cream on the bottom was a nice surprise, however it left much to be desired - we left half on the plate. All in all the front of the house sets the tone and the horrid attitude of the hostess and the way she refused to sit us upstairs in our reserved requested dining area, soured our experience from the start. My understanding is that a Michelin Star is a highly sought status that entails the full experience of a dining establishment and I'm sorry to say they should rethink giving Le Jardinier this award in the future. Don't come here.

When we arrived the hostess tried to sit us outside in the heat and when we said we'd like to have seating inside she presented as if this was a huge problem. Judging by the attitude she gave us, you'd think she was paying for our meal. Instead she sat the couple behind us in the preferred upstairs area and "accommodated" us in a cramped spot between several other tables. Management did nothing to correct her and the missteps with our anniversary reservations. The waiter was friendly and nice. The food was good. Unfortunately the mood had been set already. We ordered a couple of rounds of drinks and split three entrees and desert but nothing else as we really just wanted to get out of there. To be fair, our waiter was very nice and the exact opposite of the front of the house. If you want to eat well (but definitely not near the best in Miami), pay high prices and be treated like a second class citizen, this is the place for you.
