To whom it may concern: I recently attended a membership event with Member who has a membership with you. We were excited to be part of a club. Well we attended the event. We walked up to get last"call" the only server/bartender was "busy" with another member who has purchased over 12 bottles, while i respect the hustle, my party which is a member were ignored for over 5-19 mins. By that time we were informed we could only order to go. We asked if one of our bottle could be opened since we had been patiently been waiting (also members) but we were told by Shawna no cant do. (Meanwhile she proceeded to give undivided attention because of her previous customers ahead of us who had bought a case) in my defense we all members and who are you to stereotype who buys more! First time at Altisima Winey and we already want to come back. We came with friends who are members, but it was mine and my boyfriend's first visit. The food downstairs was great, great ambiance, but the real highlight was our tasting experience with Connor. Connor is exactly who you hope to get when you're new to a winery. He was extremely knowledgeable, passionate, patient, and genuinely kind. He walked us through each wine with detail and enthusiasm without ever making it feel overwhelming. You can tell he truly loves what he does. Every question or curiosity we had he was more than willing. If you're visiting Altisima, ask for Connor. He made our first experience unforgettable. This review does NOT reflect directly on Altisima Winery. As I am not only a member but a big fan of the wines, the winery itself and the majority of its staff. Rather, this review is based on our recent experience with a specific staff member by the name of Shauna. On Sunday 4/26/26, My wife and I arrive and go upstairs to the patio of the members lounge. We are brought to our table by the hostess and told our server will be with us shortly. We notice our server in the area right behind us, closing out a party of about 8 women. So, of course, we patiently waited for her to at least bring them their bill(s). After approximately 10 minutes, our server still hasn't acknowledged us. I decide to go back inside and ask if I can get order from inside and if someone can help us move one of the heating lamps over by our table, as it was a bit cold and windy, that afternoon. The staff member was more than happy to help us move the heating lamps to where we were seated but stated we had to wait for our server to order. She did though, ask another server if he was our server, to which he replied that he was not but that our server is Shauna and she should be with us shortly.....approximately another 7-10 minutes go by and Shauna finally approaches our table. Keep in mind, it had now been about 15 minutes that we had been seated at our table. Which was right next to the party of 8 women, that had long finished and paid their tab. Shauna, comes over to us, smiling, apologizes for the wait but deflects her lack of attentiveness on the chaos of the party that had been gone for at least 5-7 minutes at that point. She senses our displeasure but makes no attempt to ease the awkwardness of her statement. We give her our wine order, she returns with our wines but confuses our wine orders. Giving me my wife's glass of wine and my glass of wine to my wife....not a big deal but adds to the level frustration that we are experiencing and her lack of trying to make the initial encounter any better. About an hour or so later, my wife and I are finishing up and looking for Shauna so we can close out. We find out that Shauna, who never returned to check on us, after she dropped off the glasses of wine, had left for lunch without as much a courtesy notice that she was leaving. Bad to worse.... Thank goodness for the friendliness, professionalism and courtesy of Connor. He was the server for tables in the same area. He took the time to wait on us, interact and engage with us. Even apologizing for the actions of his fellow server. Connor made us feel welcomed and valued. He was amazing!! Our hope is that ownership/management addresses this with Shauna, who could very well have been having a bad day, as we all do. However, it does not give her the right to make customers/members feel the brunt of those issues that may be affecting her day. We're hopeful we can chalk this up as an isolated incident with a server, (Shauna), who made poor choices and took the wrong approach in her attitude and actions. We hope to never have that kind of negative experience or lack of professionalism again. read more

Love love love this winery... definitely going to cancel one of my other memberships and sign up here. Has live music, great ambiance, great customer service and great food at their restaurant. Since it's located on top of a hill, it overlooks some of the vineyards and the highway below. Now lets get to their wine selections.. they have great options when it comes to their white wines however I didn't get a chance to try their reds since I didn't have enough time. Sparkling Rose 2022, Sauvignon Blanc 2023, Chardonnay 2022, Soñadora 2023 and the Luna Mia 2024 were all great. Now I am not into sweet wines but the Soñadora and Luna Mia were a favorite within our group but if I had to pick then it would definitely be the Luna Mia. I totally recommend this location when you are out with friends or family trying to enjoy a nice hot day. Will definitely be back on my next drive to Temecula. read more

Will definitely stop by again to do a tasting to see if there are other wines. Lunch was lovely, the covered patio is great for hot summer months and chilly winter afternoons. They also have heaters and misters. Parking lot was paved, and they do have an upper level lot, but not sure if that is paved. read more

We've been members of Altisima for over three years and have always loved the wine, food, service, and atmosphere. It's been one of our favorite spots to bring family and friends, and everyone has always had a wonderful experience. However, on our recent visits, we noticed that the food quality isn't quite what it used to be. For example, the signature octopus appetizer used to be a must-order dish -- perfectly cooked with generous, meaty portions -- but now it's served chopped up more like a salad. The Cheicuru board, which once came beautifully arranged with a wide variety of cheeses, fruits, and breads, now offers only two or three cheeses and a single type of bread, with noticeably smaller portions overall. It's disappointing to see these changes. We completely understand that costs have risen and wouldn't mind paying higher prices, but we hope Altisima maintains the same quality and standards that made it so special in the first place. read more

This has always been one of my favorite wineries to enjoy lunch with friends. Service was excellent as always and the views of the wineries from the outside seating area were gorgeous. We had the grilled octopus, tomato burrata salad with chicken, and requested a salmon burger that used to be on their menu. The blackened salmon burger used to be my favorite, but when they tried to remake it, it just wasn't the same. Grilled octopus was also mediocre. Salad was delicious except for the bone dry chicken. Not sure what changed, but their food used to be so much better. Will try other dishes next time, still hoping they bring back the blackened salmon burger! read more

First time here. We went to the tasting bar for a wine experience. Our host was Theodore. I got to tell you, he was so awesome and so down to earth. We could not have asked for a better wine server. He was very attentive and simply spectacular. We walked outside and it has a spectacular view. They have a very nice restaurant, we did not eat there so I can't give you a review on that. But it is a very nice restaurant where you can either eat inside or outside. They had outdoor entertainment, the singer was a nice touch to Our wine experience. The tasting experience was not very expensive. It was a little over $30 bucks. I do recommend this Winery. I tried 5 of their reds, my favorites were the Cab and El Rey. So when in Temecula wine tasting, Altisima is a nice winery with a beautiful view. read more

Yesterday my husband & I went to Altisima to spend some time in the Onyx members lounge. Their food is delicious and Connor was able to spend time talking to us about the different wines currently being offered. He is knowledgeable about the wines there, as well as wine in general. All of the staff there are courteous and helpful, but I wanted to give a shout out to Connor specifically. He also leads tours at the winery, and we will definitely be requesting him as our guide when book a tour in the near future. read more

I love this winery! It's a bit out there but worth the drive. Nestled in the hills of Temecula Wine Country you'll arrive upon a gorgeous chic vineyard with a beautiful building standing grandly on the top of the horizon. Once inside, you receive all the cool vibes of this spacious winery. I love my BIG spaces! The restaurant is extremely modern with lots of clean straight lines. You can opt to eat indoors or out. I've done both and still can't decide which I prefer because I enjoy both so much. The service is great! My favorite server is Mike (who I like to call Ricky). He has always recommended the best dishes and even the best way to enjoy them. Like Truffle Fries with aioli! Delicious! My favorite things are, the Truffle Fries, Prime Rib sandwich, Spinach Salad, Steak Salad, Grilled Cheese, Shrimp appetizer AND do not forget to order the Churros. They're amazing! My husband and I have been members here for more than a year now and out of the 3 memberships we had at Temecula wineries, this is the only one we are keeping for now. We love their no kids policy. We also really like their members lounge and almost all the wines we have tried, we love! We wanted to give a special thank you to Cami, who was our server in the members lounge a couple weeks ago. She was an absolute delight to be served by and her attitude and personality was so bubbly, positive and personable. She was very knowledgeable about the Altisima wines and gave great suggestions. Cami was very attentive and noticed when we were getting close to needing a refill. They have a lot of great servers in their members lounge, but Cami just really made us feel welcome and cared for. read more

Spent the afternoon at Altísima Winery. We were in search of a winery to have a small gathering at. What an unexpected surprise. Thanks to Bree, JT and Ty not only will we be having our party there but we will also be canceling our long time membership at Doffo and Europa wineries. Altísimas wines were amazing and quite frankly some of the best in the valley. The atmosphere was incredible. The views were beautiful, the staff was outgoing and welcoming. First time at Altisima Winery and definitely would like to check them out again. We came in a very large group of about 30 people and the winery is extremely accommodating in size and in the various areas that you can congregate (tasting room, outdoors, and restaurant). I did not partake in a tasting (5 pours for $30 in 2025), but I did get their white peach sangria which was very good. The menu prices were very high for food or snacks, so we ended up going to Old Town Temecula for food. They had live music which was great. Do note that they have a 21+ policy which means that no kids are allowed in the tasting room or lounge. They are allowed in the lawn area and restaurant. I actually really appreciate policies like this because while I myself have kids and might be interested in bringing them along on occasion, I also think a winery might not always be the best place to bring kids to. The views are outstanding and I would love to return for an evening as the weather was extremely hot when we visited. read more

Altisima has been our go-to spot for years, amd become our friend and families go to because it never disappoints. The food is always fresh, high quality, and absolutely delicious. The menu changes often with new additions & swaps, but everything they bring in is amazing. Keeping things exciting without losing consistency. The wine selection is top notch! I love the membership perks. Unlike other places with lots of restrictions, Altisima's membership is flexible and generous w. 8 glasses of wine per month, period! We do visit other wineries, but our first stop is always Altisima for the food or last stop for the toffee cake and their amazing cappuccino and coffee!! AMAZING! ( our other membership is at a winery that does not serve coffee. Can't have dessert without coffee. We'll be swapping that nxt mo... If I had to point out one area for improvement, it would be the desserts. The toffee cake is yummy, but the other desserts could be elevated to match the high quality of the rest of the menu. The churros need to be more authentic & paired w a better chocolate ganache and red wine reduction instead of Hershey's syrup like sauce thy currently use. . Not fans of the other desserts but a staple lava cake would be a great easy safe option. The staff makes the experience even better. Shout out to Xavier & Chance for always going above and beyond! They are warm, welcoming, and efficient, but also bring professionalism, attentiveness, and genuine hospitality. These are the two names from yesterday's experience, and now I wish I had written down the names of all the amazing staff over the years. Every team member we have encountered has been outstanding, and it is clear that Altisima sets a high standard for service. Altísima Winery has a very friendly staff and a nice wine selection, which made the visit pleasant at first. Unfortunately, the food was a real disappointment. The bread on the charcuterie board was stale, and the cold cuts tasted oxidized. Even the shrimp lacked flavor, which was surprising given the setting.
