I recently spent a lovely evening at Vitagliano winery. Upon getting out of my car I was immediately greeted by a very friendly gentlemen, Giovanni Centrone, who offered a cart ride down to the bar. He gave me a tour of the entire grounds, which are expansive and very beautiful. Giovanni was very knowledgeable about the property and business and gave good tips about how to order food and buy wine there. He was funny and was a highlight of the whole experience. The wine list has several Italian reds which I love and I thoroughly enjoyed the Pimativo. The menu has many items to choose from that will satisfy most people's tastes. I ordered a pizza which came quickly and was hot and very delicious. The service was attentive. I would highly recommend this winery. read more

I love this place. Outdoor line dancing on Friday's, amazingly relaxing during the day. The place is gorgeous--if you like the feeling of being in nature, that is. The wine is fine. It's nothing particularly special, but it's fine. They also have mixed drinks and beer. The only challenge I have with this place is the line. When they get busy, the line gets long because it's not the standard winery tasting experience. This is the place to go to for the ambience. To be clear, I enjoy all their wines, but there are better wineries in Temecula for wine. Not any better for nature, though. It's always all ages, and if you like country music, it's a great vibe on Friday night as well. read more

There was a wedding and bridal shower going on at the same time so parking was limited. They have an upper and lower lot for parking. We parked at the lower lot and there was a golf cart that went around and picked us up to bring us to the top. The property is different than any other wineries. It has an outdoor relaxing vibe like being in the woods. You seat yourself. There's a QR code at the table to order and pay for your food. If you want to order drinks, walk up to the front hut to order and bring it back to your table. They are known for sangrias in red, white or rose. We got a pitcher of red. We also ordered a basket of fries and tenders. There were live country music band singing covers. The upper deck is for members only. There's even a lake but it was occupied by the wedding. We saw kids and pets. It's great for all ages. They also serve beer, juice and other drinks besides wine and sangria. When you leave the property, there's a shuttle station to take you back down to your car. It's also one of the few properties that open late until 10pm on Fri and Sat. read more

We came here for the first time on a Friday right when they opened. The place is beautiful for a wedding. I purchased the Dago red wine and that was amazingly tasty. We ordered some flatbreads and burgers through the app and they were also delicious. Burger was pretty pricey at $24 but my son loved it. Food is good, the wine is ok, fast service. There is a qr code on each table where u can order from and they will bring the food at your table. They have line dancing every Friday- from 6-9( this is what we came in for) they have a Dance instructor(5stars for that). the only thing was you dance on a dirt pavement( i guess most cowboys dance on the a rough dirt floor - this is why they have to wear boots so the dirt doesn't go to your feet). they have plenty of sittings around the area. i heard you can bring your own food and if you sit by the dance floor. I personally selected this winery for its event list and live music. Upon arriving we parked and waited at the Golf cart station to be transported to an outdoor wine "tree house oasis". Where we sat outdoors. Don't worry? There is plenty of shade and seating. The wine was unique for this location. I enjoyed this experience. My only cause for pause was the service when ordering food. Service was incredibly slow and we were told 3 times the order was never entered, and on the fourth inquiry they informed us the system was down. Somethings you simply cannot avoid and technology disruption is one of them but communication can go along way! I wish they told us in the beginning so we knew what to expect. Overall i would love to revisit this location and embrace all they have to offer. read more

The property is gorgeous! There is a golf cart shuttle from the upper parking lot down to the tasting area. Steve was our driver and he was wonderful. There is no tasting menu here, but they will let you try a splash of a few different bottles. You're choosing between if you choose to buy a bottle. I think the food menu is also expanded a little bit since the last time I was here. They have plenty of shaded and sunny seating depending on what you want. Can't wait to come back. read more

When you first get here it can be a little confusing because it's such a big property. But at least the first thing you see is a nice pond with fountains and big koi. Once you finally get oriented and make your way to the main area it's nice and open. You order before for drinks and seat yourselves then get a table and order food using the QR code. When we came today there was live music so it was really nice. We ordered a pitcher of sangria topped off with champagne which the ladies enjoyed. I like that they had a full bar so I had several scotches and ended the night with an old fashioned. Oscar was AMAZING! I looked forward to ordering my next drink. He was friendly, outgoing, and made great drinks. After the sangria the ladies ordered his special hibiscus margarita and they loved it! They also serve food here and everything we ordered was delicious! We got the truffle fries, pizza, and Brussel sprouts everything was delicious! We wanted the charcuterie board but it was sold out. We asked several servers but they said it was sold out. But there was one server that said she would look into it then came back with the charcuterie board. Bonus points!!!! Amazing customer service. We heard about Vitagliano from a friend that works at another local winery. We arrived & parked and immediately there was Giovanni in the golf cart to take us down to the tasting area. He was so nice & friendly! He told us about the property & winery, and made our experience there so amazing! The girl & guy working at the bar area were so nice too. We ordered a charcuterie platter & flatbread, so yummy and had that along with our bottle of wine we purchased (cab) which was also very good All of the staff were so welcoming & friendly. The dance area accommodated everyone, food and beverages available at booths and table service. QR codes were posted on tables to view the menu items and so much space that accommodated small and large groups! Families celebrating birthdays and anniversaries, engagement parties, and other special occasions. Parking was easy and spaces fill up fast but there is a cart shuttle that transports attendees from the parking area into the event. This winery is one of the prettiest wineries in my opinion. It has a lake in the middle and they have golf carts that take you down to the winery. I like to go here for bingo. It's on Thursdays and it's free! They also have tacos for $4.50. I've always had friendly service and they make an amazing red sangria that you can buy by the pitcher. The wine was thick and sweet, the fries were flavorless, and the flatbread was damp. Fine if cheap; this was not. If you come, the only thing worth getting (that we tried) is the burger. They offer a golf cart like shuttle to take you over to the wine tasting area if you aren't up for the walk. This girl preferred to walk...had to get my daily cardio in:) They have several wine bars open and lovely Sommelier's ready to answer all your wine questions or to pour you a flight of wine or a glass. Food is also available if you want something to nosh on. I could have sat there all afternoon listening to the older couple entertaining us with James Taylor, Carly Simon and other 70's tunes. The Mother's Day brunch was incredibly disappointing. The food offered was so underwhelming. We had to wait in line for 20+ minutes for a mimosa. They had 1 bar to serve everyone seated at 11:00. Some in our party do not drink and asked to used the mimosa tickets for plain juice for the kids, this was not allowed. We paid $13 for 3 kids juices. For the price, this was such a let down. The salmon crostini starters were brought out after everyone ate and placed on the dessert table, breakfast sandwiches had zero condiments on them - they were dry and cold. And the fruit salad was mixed greens with a few strawberries and blueberries. There was no fresh fruit for kids... they ate waffles, the only kid friendly item offered. If this was $50 a plate, fine, but at $95/plate - it was not worth it. Also, we had reservations for 10. When we arrived, we were separated - 6 at one table and 4 at the other. We didn't even get to sit together, which was also disappointing as a family. I was here with my mom, sister our spouses and children and we ended up separated on Mother's Day. Why would you allow a reservation of 10 if you can accommodate it? read more

We tried a few wines off their menu, and took a nice Cabernet for the road. What really sold me on this particular winery was their Sommelier, Dan. He was so warm & inviting, enthusiastic and not shy about educating us, which we really appreciated. He described the notes in our red wines plus let us taste a few others to gradually open up our palate before the star of the show (at least for me)...their 2021 Paso Robles Cabernet Sauvignon. My husband and I visited Vitagliano on a Sunday afternoon around 3pm and it was busy but there was still plenty of seating available. There were two wine servers, each helping others when we arrived. We only waited a few minutes until Elizabeth freed up. She was very warm and friendly, explaining that they don't do "tastings" per se - they just offer you whatever you'd like to try, so you can choose something for a glass/bottle. We gave her our preferences and she directed us as we tasted 5 different wines. She explained a little about each one, where the grapes were sourced, etc. I was most impressed with how patient she was - we didn't feel rushed at all despite people waiting in line behind us! We ended up getting the '21 Cab Sauv. Elizabeth told us about the tasting room that is in the works to open later this year and how to go about ordering food. There are scan codes on the tables which makes it super convenient, and although they were quite busy, we only waited 10-15 minutes for our amazing smash burgers and onion rings. The food was a big upgrade from my last review five years ago - it was delicious! As we enjoyed the beautiful day and the great music by Dustin Jake on his acoustic guitar, we couldn't help but wonder, why don't we come here more often with the kids, grands, and pups? It's so family-friendly with a peaceful vibe. We loved seeing 3 generations at a nearby table playing Uno and little ones napping peacefully under the trees in the dappled sunlight while Dustin played in the background. Every single staff member we encountered was great - from Travis driving us down from the parking lot in the golf cart, to Elizabeth our wine server, to those who delivered our food and cleared the table/provided a box. Beautiful Winery! I discovered this Winery in Temecula. The pond and water fountains are the eye catcher when you arrive. This venue is stunning. It great for some girl time or a nice date. It is quiet and peaceful. Loved it! It's a great place to celebrate a special occasion. It's a wedding venue as well. I can't say enough about the views and how calming this place is. You will get some great photos here. The Winery is located behind the waterfountains. We tried the sangria. Loved the white sangria. It was crisp and refreshing. Not too sweet but just right.
