Altisima's pricing for a tasting flight was for 5 pours at $30 per person. Our sommelier suggested that we get a couple of bottles of wine and have it outside in their patio area as it was more cost effective that way. Since we purchased the wine flights for our group, I was able to sample a couple of different Altisima wines. I ended up really enjoying their Rosé. We eventually ended up in their patio area. However, it was super hot outside. I think if I had to do this again, I would get a table in their restaurant area where it is covered from the heat! Also, we had purchased a charcuterie plate. My first time here and I ended up signing up to be a member, so that tells you how great it was! The staff is all so friendly and helpful. The brewery is a beautiful spot with so much outdoor seating and can accommodate large parties. They had live music on Sunday which brings the entire atmosphere together. One of my top 3 Port wine experiences. I was there before the release of Dona Dulce NV, and they said we can sell you a bottle. It is fantastic. Had reservations for the restaurant and I've always loved Altísima, but this visit the food missed the mark. I ordered the grilled chicken sandwich and the chicken lacked flavor even with the pesto. My friends ordered steak frites medium rare but came out a different temp. That said, the wine, views, and overall vibe are still beautiful. The winery & resturant is great. The events they put on is NOT worth the fees. I'm an onyx member & attended the Valentine's Day & recent Mother's Day event. Over price events. I signed back up to be an onyx member to attend the brunch. The member's lounge is always full and busy. Spent almost $800 on Mother's Day brunch to only sit in the sun, stand in line for drinks and to be told no more coffee and to pay for it down in the main dining room. Customer service is not about customer experience. They didn't offer to make it right other than an email that was not apologetic. I've explore other wineries where the $500 quarter membership will be appreciated and much more customer service. read more

It's my second time here, I tried the restaurant but don't remember what type of burger I got...chicken? It's a nice ambience and the servers have great service. The tasting room is nice and cool. My favorite wines are La Reina and Luna Mia. Most of the reds and whites are aged in American oak. It's too Oakley for me. I hear they are aged in American oak and moved to stainless steel later. I've been a member here for over two years, and unfortunately I've watched the experience steadily decline over the last year. When I first joined, the service was much better and the membership felt like a good value. Now, it takes an unusually long time to get drinks, the food has become uninspired, and the menu can be confusing. The cheeseburger is probably the safest choice, but even that is just average at best. One of the main reasons I maintained my membership was the included drink credits. Throughout my membership, I had never been charged for drinks, so I was surprised when my wife and I received a bill for over $120 for two cheeseburgers and four drinks. I was told the drinks weren't covered because they were categorized differently than the drinks included in the membership plan. If that's the policy, it was never clearly explained, and the menu certainly didn't make it obvious. What disappointed me most wasn't the bill itself, it was how the situation was handled. After expressing my frustration and asking to cancel my membership, the waitress said she would get a manager. No manager ever came. Instead, she returned with a cancellation form. After more than two years of being a loyal member, it felt like nobody cared enough to even have a conversation. I understand businesses change policies and menus over time, but customer service and member communication matter. Unfortunately, this experience left me feeling that my loyalty meant very little. read more
