Altísima winery is a great spot to catch up with friends! My friends and I have wine club membership and is totally worth it! They always have fresh food and the best wine! Their service is prompt and they have an organized system for when it does get busy. Will keep coming back here when we visit our friend in Temecula!
A time was had. This was my first ever winery experience and it was to celebrate my friends Isabel Irma's birthday. She had made the reservation for us, she's a Temecula girly so we drove up from San Diego and again, a time was had. There is ample parking so don't be worried if you come and the scene here is just stunning. We were a little early waiting for the birthday girl so we checked in and roamed around the restaurant, it's is just so beautiful. Once we all arrived we were sat outside which I was a little nervous for, considering the temperature, but they started misting and everything cooled down. For drinks, I ordered the pina colada while my friends ordered the mango froze, guava froze and sangria. We opted for appetizers instead of meals since we were going to be having a big meal later that day. Our drinks were strong, since I was driving I opted to drink half of my cocktail and give the rest to the birthday girl. Out of the drinks I would definitely say the guava was my favorite, it was perfectly sweet and if I wasn't driving I would have drank my first and ordered the other. We ordered the potatoes bravas, calamari and empenadas, the food came out so quickly and between the four of us we devoured it. The calamari were my favorites and especially loved the fried peppers! Would definitely recommend this place, the food was delicious, drinks were perfect and refreshing, views are stunning and service was fast and attentive!
Altisima Winery is such a beautiful place! The views are absolutely stunning and create the perfect atmosphere to relax and unwind. The wine was excellent, and the live music added a mellow, enjoyable vibe that made the experience even better. Whether you're celebrating a special occasion, going on a date, or simply spending time with friends, this is a wonderful spot to visit. I'll definitely be back! I gave it 4 out of 5 stars only because I think the patio could use more umbrellas. During the summer in Temecula, the California sun can be intense, and there are only a few shaded tables in what is otherwise a fantastic outdoor seating area. Adding more shade would make the experience even better.
It was a busy Saturday as the weather was gorgeous. It was tough to get pours and i thought the wine was ok. Ambiance was nice at the tasting bar. However service could improve as felt I had to flag someone to get the next pour even when the crowd dissipated
Checked this place out last spring with 3 friends for wine tasting experience. We got sitted right away in the patio, without reservation. Ordered wine and charcuterie board, it was good amount of portion for 4. Our server was attentive and made sure we were okay. Place is nice to hang around for a bit to take pictures. Overall, it's a nice experience and will definitely recommend to Yelpers.
Came to visit the winery on a Sunday morning to celebrate some birthdays, and we went upstairs to have glasses of champagne and enjoy the views. We had previously had lunch and drinks during the weekend and so we decided to just out for drinks upstairs in the members lounge, although we would've liked to have had food served upstairs. Our overall experience with the winery has always been plentiful and joyous with the memories we have with family and friends. The parking is a little sparse, but the service and accommodations have always been five star. I would recommend this winery as one of your stops to enjoy your day.
Love this place!!!! It has an absolutely amazing view of the mountains and rolling hills. I was so amazed by how dynamic this place was between quiet chills afternoons and entertaining/loud evenings with live music. They also offer some good food (fries), really good margaritas (they have a full bar), and great tasting wine slushies ! I love the friendly staff with the extra / heavy-handed pours that I even proposed to my girlfriend here ....she said YES! 100% recommend this place.
Went to Temecula for a day trip with the girls. Altisima was our first stop. We had reservations at 1130 for brunch on a Saturday. The place was decent, got sat right away, and took our time ordering food and drinks. 4 drinks, 4 entrees, and 2 appetizers to share came out to about 85$ a person including tip. The food wasn't amazing, but rather decent. Some of us liked the calamari, but I didn't like it as much. I should have tried their ceviche. I ordered their tomato pasta with salmon. The salmon was way overcooked and dry. Wasn't worth what I paid for it. Eventually a live ban started playing. Lots of outdoor seating and spots to take pictures. Staff members were nice and place was clean. We were celebrating belated birthdays so they gave us churros which were good and came in perfect bite size.
The environment here is great. The location is picturesque. There are so many reasons to visit here. The location, the wine of course, the decor and set up. Just beautiful. The atmosphere is perfect for day drinking. My friend has a membership, so we were able to be seated upstairs on the 2nd level in the members' lounge. It felt like VIP getting in that elevator. I love the view from up there. I did not drink the wine but from what I saw, the pours were very generous. The property is well kept. It is beautiful and modern with an extremely accommodating staff. Our group had a wonderful time. I will definitely visit this winery again so I can get the full experience.
I can't wait to visit again. Altisima has some of the best food and views in Temecula! Service was excellent very quick and helpful. They have amazing wine cocktails definitely a must try!
Visited this winery for the first time. What a beautiful venue. There's a beautiful restaurant and a tasting room. The staff is super friendly. We had Shawna who was super personable and very informative. It's a great place to visit on the weekends, enjoy the outdoors with live music. I highly recommend this winery.

My first time here and I ended up signing up to be a member, so that tells you how great it was! The staff is all so friendly and helpful. The brewery is a beautiful spot with so much outdoor seating and can accommodate large parties. They had live music on Sunday which brings the entire atmosphere together. One of the wineries that's I would take visitors to since they have a wonderful space, back patio area overlooking the vineyard, and music on the weekends. They also have a restaurant onsite that is well integrated into the space so would recommend making reservations. They also have tours that you can book too. Been here many times and Hands down still my favorite winery in Temecula! The beautiful views of the vineyards on top of the hill are breathtaking. Love it so much brought 3 different groups of friends and purchased the membership. It can get pretty busy on the weekends and appreciated the ride in nice clothes from the top of the overflow parking lot down to the main area and the driver was so friendly he let us ladies take a quick peak in the wine barrel room. There is a new chef and they added some new delicious items. The beef empanadas are my favorite appetizer. There are also 3 items only offered Friday-Monday. We tried the sea bass and the Rib eye which were cooked to perfection. The sangria flight is so refreshing and my favorite is the peach sangria. The service is welcoming at Gaspars and the membership lounge. JT was our server at Gaspars and he made sure to take are of all of our employees we brought for one of the appreciation dinners we had at Gaspars. Love the thought and detail in the service from JT to the hostess and servers in the members lounge. Cannot wait to sip another sangria. read more

Altisima Winery / Gaspar's Restaurant is consistently a fantastic experience. The serving staff is exceptional - JT, Mike M, and Angeline are all wonderful (honestly not a bad one in the bunch). The outdoor patio is beautiful, with stunning rolling hill views and endless blue skies that make you want to linger for hours. Food is excellent across the board - the Spanish grilled cheese and truffle fries are perfect if you're feeling indulgent, while the braised beef with garlic mashed potatoes is incredibly satisfying. Pro tip: stop by the tasting room before eating. Jay and Ty, longtime wine servers at Altisima, make the experience especially fun and welcoming. read more

Had reservations for the restaurant and I've always loved Altísima, but this visit the food missed the mark. I ordered the grilled chicken sandwich and the chicken lacked flavor even with the pesto. My friends ordered steak frites medium rare but came out a different temp. That said, the wine, views, and overall vibe are still beautiful. The service and food are exceptional. The winery and surrounding property is fantastic, really beautiful. If your a member like the friends we were with you get free tastings. The wine selections are great and there are some medal awarding gems to sample from. I mean, there are really great Vineyards in Temecula to begin with. Five Star Winery! While my wife and I are new to Altisima, we are not new to wineries in Temecula. There are many wineries with good wine, some with good food, others with great service and a few with amazing views; however, very few excel at all those elements that make for a truly exceptional winery! The most romantic winery! A trip out to Temecula makes for the perfect day trip if you're coming from SD. We stopped by around late afternoon to grab a glass, enjoy the scenery, and catch a gorgeous sunset. Altisima has ample outdoor seating options with plenty of tables, plush chairs, and more, overlooking the winery landscape! If you're feeling a bit peckish, they have a superb restaurant with patio seating, so you're not missing out on any of the outdoor views and vibes. It's my second time here, I tried the restaurant but don't remember what type of burger I got...chicken? It's a nice ambience and the servers have great service. The tasting room is nice and cool. My favorite wines are La Reina and Luna Mia. Most of the reds and whites are aged in American oak. It's too Oakley for me. I hear they are aged in American oak and moved to stainless steel later. Came here on a Friday afternoon and was seated right away! We had a really nice view of the mountains, which made the whole experience even better.
