Ordered an appetizer, crab queso, and I ordered the Ultimate feast and wife ordered surf and turf (medium on steak). 10 minutes later waitress tells us that they are out of tortilla chips and wondered if we wanted anything else, no we didn't. How does a restaurant run out of tortilla chips (damn it chest and have someone run to Gordon's). That was the start of all the failures! Meals came out, steak was rare, waitress took it back, then we found the rest. The lobster (both of ours) was not thoroughly cooked, potatoes were not even warm enough to melt the butter, my crab legs were barely warm to the touch. Drinks were good!
