Take out in person order did take about 15 minutes on a Friday at 6pm, so for me that is fast and friendly service. Orders are made per order and no preference is made based on in store or online order, as far as I could tell. Wings are good, I definitely would get them again. I have been all over the states and always look for two things. A cool mom and pop hot dog place. The Cube in Albuquerque, NM and Dirty Franks in Columbus, OH are two of my all time favorites. Second are great chicken wings. My favorite place ever is Peaches Grill in Yellow Springs, Oh. But my all time favorite is Wingstop. Seems to be a well-run, reasonably-priced addition to our growing list of fast food chicken options here in the "Field of Springs." Easy to order online, hot and ready even earlier than I was told on their site, fast and friendly service, and while not my choice for every day eats, my pickup smelled soooooooooooo good that I almost had to stop on the way home to have a "pre-dinner!!" Have been trying wings in several locations in my city. I tried Wingstop today and the were a solid 8/10 rating. Ordered dry rub w/a side of sauce. They were large & meaty although the drums were a little tough but the flats were great. Next time I'll just order the the flats ( they are my favorite anyway. My teenage granddaughter wanted to stop here. I barely noticed it where it was. It sits in the small shopping area on E. Main St. ,(Bushnell square) that previously I believe had been a Cassanos pizza place. So she had texted me and asked if we could try it for lunch. I asked her to please order me something small- like 6 pieces, no fries, nothing else. She ordered 2 lunch "specials " and it came to well over $30. She didn't check at the restaurant but they charged us for chicken and a huge tub each of fries smothered with cheese, the kind like they serve you with hot pretzels at a kiosk or sports event. She said the woman didn't listen to her well and ended up giving both of us very hot, spicy chicken. It was truly inedible- all of it. We were also charged an extra $1 each for ranch dressing she states she didn't order. To top it off my chicken was boneless when the server was only asked for one order to be boneless. So I chalked this up to maybe my quiet, shy granddaughter wasn't clear. My son went about a month later to try lunch and wanted to bring me something. This time I did get wings but the sauce requested was again very spicy , not what I ordered and not something I'd eat. Again we were given 3 containers of ranch and charged for each- without asking. I heard him order the meal and it wasn't what we received. Again, inedible to me. So I'm done. I was disappointed because I do really want to have something different we can bring home instead of sandwiches, but found this place to not do well for us. I like a sweeter honey bbq and both times the sauce was very spicy and apparently they don't have a sauce that's mild. Seen it advertised on tv during a college football game and it looked great! So drove and hour to the closest one to try this place out. The boneless wings are way bigger the the boneless thighs and I don't know why. I thought my thighs were going to come out like I seen on tv... big and juicy and like they were baked but instead it was more like popcorn chicken and the Louisiana rub was very salty and hardly any garlic taste. I see a lot of service issues I'm the reviews and yeah it took a while to get my order and they weren't overly friendly but my issue was flavor. I'm very disappointed in this wingstop location. I understand COVID and everything we have to do but this is my third visit and third issue with my order since they opened. The first time I'll give them that because it was the weekend they opened, they forgot my fries. The second trip, my order was short an order of tenders, I told them and he said 20 minutes, no you need to remake all my food because it will be cold. Well I'll just give you this order coming up, got home and it wasn't my 5 tenders it was 3 tenders and some boneless wings thrown in to make up my other 2, seriously. So then today I go in and order 1 combo, wings fries and a drink, she says I'll call you when it's ready ok. I go to my car and 20 minutes later I watch them put a bag up on the take out rack, no call and several customers came in and got food that bag sat there. About 10 minutes after she put it up there she went and got a pop and put it up there with it, still no call. 10 minutes later my phone rings and she says this is wingstop your order is ready ok than..she hung up, very rude. And sure enough walk in and she grabs that bag, said excuse that's been sitting there 25 minutes now, no it hasn't I said ma'am I watched from my car, no it just came up.
