Oh my, the Bourbon chicken here is the best! Today we tried the Chicken, rice & red beans. Small plate for $9. It was amazing!! I have had other bourbon chicken as there are way too many of them here but this one is by far the best. The chicken was moist and had a light but very nice sweet flavor to it. The rice and beans were perfectly cooked and it was so delicious. Definitely a must have when here at the show.
