Spinach Salad - A fresh spinach salad features leafy greens topped with sunflower seeds, crumbled cheese, and chopped red onions. A small container of pink dressing is placed on the side of the white plate, which rests on a wooden table. The salad includes various textures and colors, emphasizing fresh ingredients and simple presentation.

The service was amazing. This is a really rustic warm place. It is extremely clean and a good selection on the menu. I had the cod sandwich which personally I would not recommend because it was pretty tasteless actually. My guest got the spinach salad and french onion soup which she said was all pretty tasty. We also got the fried button mushrooms to start the meal and those were really good. The fries were very good as well. I would recommend this place and I will go back for a second chance at menu selection. The prices are reasonable but the drinks ( Mimosas) doubled the bill.

We will be back! Arrived right at the beginning of the supper rush and were greeted by a friendly staff. They service was great and the food was fantastic! Best spinach artichoke dip ever!

Very nice place, sharp decor and excellent service. My friend had the ultimate Cobb salad and I had a bowl of the 3 bean chili as we had a large lunch earlier at a party. Lots of other choices but we decided to go light. Both were well prepared and quite good. Next time in the area, this is a good choice.

Fried Pork Chop - Yum!!! - A white round plate contains a fried pork chop topped with gravy and a portion of mashed potatoes also covered in gravy. The plate is placed on a dark wooden table, with a knife on the right side and a person's hands visible at the top of the image. The person has pink nail polish and is wearing a light-colored, striped shirt.

Solid five stars...now, was this the best dinner I have ever had at a restaurant? No, but for Springfield Ohio it's five stars. Wife had the fried pork chop and potatoes. WOW...so good! I had the Mango Salmon...good, but it tasted like Mango Salmon, nothing extraordinary but still good. Waitress was awesome (Brandi) as was the bartender! Would definitely recommend and will come back again! Follow us on Youtube under "Blue Line RV Adventures" as we travel America!

Homemade chips and delicious fries - The image shows a white plate containing homemade potato chips and French fries. The potato chips are irregularly shaped, golden-brown, and appear crispy, while the French fries are cut into thick strips with a similar golden color. The plate is placed on a wooden table, and part of a napkin is visible at the top of the image.

What a wonderful evening. Our party of eight celebrated a birthday at Cecil and Lime, and…read moreeverything--from service to atmosphere--was excellent. Most impressive was how perfectly executed every dish was--the filet perfectly medium-rare, the salmon and lamb were flawless and cooked true medium and tender, the lasagna excellent, the potatoes au gratin beautifully caramelized, and the asparagus crisp-tender with a perfect char. Truly outstanding execution across the board. The restaurant matches any fine-dining spot in Dayton-Springfield but with a lively instead of stuffy atmosphere. A singer-pianist duo played jazz standards, adding a nice touch. Pricing was also very fair for the quality: most entrées were in the high $20s to $30s (the filet higher), while comparable places would be $10-$20 more for similar meals. For anyone in the Dayton-Springfield area, this is absolutely a destination. Enjoy!

We had a fabulous b-day dinner at Cecil and Lime out on the outside porch…read more We started with the bruschetta, the tomatoes topping is sweet and peppery, delicious. Then we got salads: I got a wedge salad and Richelle got the Cecil house salad. Wonderful salads plenty of dressing. Then for dinner go big for a b-day: We got the tomahawk ribeye, from Woodruff farms, cooked perfectly medium rare by the staff. This was our first tomahawk ribeye, it's impressive and enough for two with leftovers. Blue cheese dip for the ribeye, yes; cold or hot, that's the question! Richelle got the Mac-n-cheese for a side, a good choice. For desert we had the tuxedo cake with ice cream and berry sauce. The staff put a candle in the cake and sang happy birthday to Richelle. This is a locally owned very nice GOURMET dinner restaurant, with fantastic staff and relaxed atmosphere. Service is top notch, waitstaff is friendly and informative. The waitstaff answered all our questions and made suggestions to make dinner out special. They bring your check in a book, so you can sign the guest book. This is their 21st year in business. We even got to chat with the owners who stopped in for dinner, and sat outside next to us.

SEVEN WORDS: GREAT HOMETWON TASTE / COMFORT FOOD / GOOD PORTIONS…read more . Meadows Restaurant is a Destination Trip, so if you're not inspired, you may miss out - on a VERY Good Meal. Located Right on Route 40, its truly inconvenient if you're coming from the Wrong Direction. However, its really worth it to drive past it, make a U-Turn on a Busy Highway, and then turn into the uphill drive to the private parking lot. . Meadows is VERY CONVENIENT to the Nearby Antique Mall, though, so this is a GREAT DAY TRIP for anyone making the Journey. All that being said, let's talk Food! . I was feeling a little heavy from breakfast, so I opted for the Grilled Chicken Salad. My wife, ever the Pork lover, ordered the Pork Chops with 2 Sides. Our food arrived quickly - around 10 minutes - and we were pleasantly surprised with two large dishes. . My Dish, a Grilled Chicken Salad, came in a Large Chilled Salad Bowl. To be honest, not a lot of Restaurants understand the importance and sheer luxury of chilled China ware when it comes to cool dishes like salad. . The Lettuce was chopped Iceberg. Every bite was fresh and there were no clumps of lettuce that hadn't been fully separat3d before prep. The tomatoes, were hearty Roma, and the cheese was a grated Mozzarella.Four marinated and crisp grilled to near perfection. Juicy and Crisp, these Chicken Spears were a perfect. So yummy and just barely sweetened by the vinegarette marinade. I only ate half. However, gobbled up the rest as we got home. 2 meals for me. . My Wife's Grilled zporknCops came with two sides. She chose Apple Sauce and Green Beans. The Pork Chops were also well-cooked: Crispy outside, tender within. She cleaned her plate and did the same with her beans and apple sauce. Mund you, she hadn't eaten all day, so even if she eats like a 5-foot-tall farm girl, there was enough to fill most anyone. On top of that, she left appy, so there's that. . Why a 4? Location, location, Location. If you're nearby: YOU GOTTA GO. If you're not, i can't see it being a Destination you'd seek out over a place 10 miles closer to home. Sorry to the Owners, its just a small bit of bad luck.

The two bartenders thanked us for coming in and one of the employees who was arriving at work waited on us to cross the parking lot to hold the door for us and was very friendly. I never got rude vibes as others are suggesting and the service was at a good pace and done well. We have 4 prime rib dinners and they were all tempered right and everything we asked for we got. The onion rings were great the prime rib was awesome the patty melt was very good and we are already planning another trip to try more of the menu.
