    Chicken Quesadilla

The food as usual was very good. We had grouper finger sandwich, quesadilla, The food here may take 30-40 minutes but as they say they are not a fast food restaurant. mushrooms and onion rings. It was a beautiful day to sit on the patio. However, there was a 4 top of very obnoxious loud young women that drank buckets of beer the whole time we were there so it was a little hard to communicate with my companion when they were so loud. The service as usual was as well good. I would recommend again and only gave 3 star this time because of the loudness of the table out on the patio. Other than that this place is always good.

New to us place, just down the road. Crossing fingers.

Food good, great dive, only problem is seating. As a big boned American with bad knees high top tables are no go. So are booths. There are a couple regular tables, if you are lucky to get one. But the foods good. Priced good, big portions.

Melissa melted my heart. She was a fantastic server. We ordered the sampler, cheese curds, old fashioned, bahama mama, and beer. The sound system is on different speakers and Melissa was able to turn off the one that was by our booth. They have a couple of games you can play...pool, darts, all star gaming machine , and a pay as you go jukebox.

Love this place! Grilled Chicken on a pretzel bun is my favorite sandwich! Taylor's tenders and wings are also a must try! Also their house salad and ranch makes me so happy! Sometimes there is a little wait time, but I love sitting on the patio and just relaxing. Great place to hangout with friends!

Side salad! You shoulda seen the lasagna that followed.

Well, my bad - their website includes multiple accessible places to park in and around the village. That said, we got it, and decided to belly up to the bar for a better look at the offerings and the place in general. Matt O was our server. I started with a delicious Scottish Ale, and my companion had a glass of wine. Prices are reasonable. My companion ordered and raved about the Shepherd's Pie. I had Bangers & Mash - sausage (3 pieces) with imported horseradish mustard, mashed potatoes, gravy, delicious baked beans. It went perfectly with my pint! It was a warm afternoon so the glass garage doors were opened wide and folks were eating and drinking outside in the beer garden too. The vibe was loud, lively and very positive. Music was old school British Invasion '60s style. Good times seemed to be had by everyone. We finished with a locally produced Chocolate Rum Cake - it was rum forward and smooth, dark chocolatey! Highly recommended.

The atmosphere was charming, the décor was exactly what we were hoping for, and the menu felt genuinely true to British cuisine rather than a themed interpretation. Unfortunately, our visit took place on a colder day, and the large garage-style door connecting to the outdoor seating area was left open. As a result, the entire restaurant felt quite cold throughout our meal. Since we were dining with our infant son, this made it difficult to fully enjoy the experience and was our biggest disappointment of the evening. In fact, it was cold enough that we kept our coats on throughout dinner, which made it hard to relax and enjoy the atmosphere the restaurant had worked so hard to create. We also ordered the fish and chips. The quality of the fish was very good, and it was clearly prepared with care. However, the portion size left something to be desired. The meal included only one medium-sized piece of fish, which felt small for a dinner entrée, especially considering the price point. While the food itself was enjoyable, we were hoping for a more substantial serving. Despite these issues, The Last Queen delivered on atmosphere, authenticity, and food quality. I would be willing to give it another try, particularly during warmer weather, as I believe the temperature and comfort level had a significant impact on our overall experience.

The brewery was pretty empty when we were there but the employees were super friendly and helpful, talking us through all the options and what the favorites/most popular beers are. Nate got a flight and I got a beermosa, which you can order with any of their beers - they recommended the raspberry springer, which was perfectly fruity and a great pairing. I also ended up trying a canned seltzer that they had (not their own), which was very tasty and not a brand we get in Michigan. The space is open and decent sized, and they have plenty of outdoor seating too. There's a shelf of board games that you can play while enjoying your drinks. Plenty of parking including several handicap spaces. Speaking solely for the (all day) breakfast, food was delicious and perfectly prepared. Over easy eggs were wonderfully runny, toast had the perfect amount of butter, the bacon done exactly right, slightly crispy but soft enough to be comfortingly chewy. And a generous amount too. Turkey sausage links were as anticipated, mild in flavor, and the silver dollar pancakes were actually pretty large and quite tasty. Coffee was okay, served in a large mug. If you want milk or cream (which is probably the fake stuff) in your coffee speak up when you order, as we were not asked. Service started out somewhat shaky but improved as time went on. You pay your tab at a register on the way out, and they have envelopes for each server if you want to leave a cash tip. They have a shelf of local jams, jellies, and honey for sale. The dessert list on the chalkboard indicated some delightful sounding pies, but I'm saving my calories at present so had to pass. I see they have two other locations, so hope to try one of the others as well next time we're between Urbana and Eaton.

A lot of open tables, guessing it's a staffing issue. I feel like Applebee's is trying with the menu improvements and drink improvements. Still, the location could prob use some management improvements and a kitchen staff training program, bc a Triple App and a chicken salad shouldn't take over 45 minutes to make when dining in. We also heard the phone ring off the hook, and a few times it went unanswered. The bartender seemed to be the only one knowledgeable and working. Our server kept telling us the food would be right out for 45 minutes.... Three different t times. Yikes. Once our food came out, it was tbh a little subpar, the chicken salad was lettuce-heavy & chicken-light. The Trio App was decent, but the boneless wings lacked sauce. I really dislike leaving bad reviews, but I have to in the hope that someone at Applebee's sees this and tries to reach out to correct these issues before a small town loses another restaurant bc of bad management.

Ordered an appetizer, crab queso, and I ordered the Ultimate feast and wife ordered surf and turf (medium on steak). 10 minutes later waitress tells us that they are out of tortilla chips and wondered if we wanted anything else, no we didn't. How does a restaurant run out of tortilla chips (damn it chest and have someone run to Gordon's). That was the start of all the failures! Meals came out, steak was rare, waitress took it back, then we found the rest. The lobster (both of ours) was not thoroughly cooked, potatoes were not even warm enough to melt the butter, my crab legs were barely warm to the touch. Drinks were good!
