very vibey. loved this little hole in the wall. we stopped for beer and a quick lunch and we're not disappointed one bit. my friend got the mini fig, goat cheese, prosciutto & honey pizza, and I got the chopped salad. both were SO good! our server was really great and the service was quick. also great happy hour deals!

I've heard good things about the pizza from here, so came down to check it out. First though - started with the appetizer - which was apple slices, honey, brie, and focaccia. This was an interesting combination of stuff. The focaccia bread was solid. It wasn't really crispy at all, but it did have solid air to it. The brie was good, but the apple slices were a little confusing. Dipping each of the elements in honey resulted in something solid overall though. Next came the main pizza - a chicken and bacon version. I did not like this that much. The chicken and bacon on top were fine, but what tasted odd was the sauce and the crust. The ricotta garlic sauce just didn't quite taste right. The cornicone was also super chewy and hard to eat. I would call this pizza consumable, but not enjoyable. The good thing is I would say the pizza is enough for two people. The total ended up at roughly 28 per person at the end, which with the appetizer isn't terrible. Overall, I would rather go to a lot of other places for pizza. 6/10

This is the single best gluten free pizza you will ever have. Period. Super fresh ingredients and the goopiest stringiest cheese you'll ever have on pizza. It's incredible. Locals love this place - tucked below the Pike Place Market in the gum wall alley. This place is a whole vibe! Dark and moody. Everything is fresh and you can see everything be made. Ask for hot honey be added to the pizza!!!

They were out there really late. We got to the airport and to the restaurant that was close. This place had pretty good ratings over on Yelp. The waitstaff was great. Pretty dark place, but it made sense for the vibes. We were torn between the chicken jalapeno pizza and the pizza con carne, as they suggested. We just did a half and half, so that's what we did. The pizza con carne for me was a 3.5 out of 5. The chicken and jalapeno was a 3 out of 5. The pizza con carne had a good flavor, but it wasn't a great flavor, but the ranch was a must for me. The pizza con carne really increased the flavor of the pizza. The ranch did the same thing for the chicken jalapeno pizza. All the ingredients were very fresh, and the cilantro was very pronounced. I enjoyed that portion of it. It was a cool place, definitely great to go after hours. I would go again and try some of the other pizzas this morning. Overall, I liked it. The restaurant gets a three out of five.

Goat Cheese, Prosciutto & Arugula Pizza with the Alabi Special (shot and a beer).

Late night gem, serving your favorite pie till 1AM and drinks till 2AM. Flew in late to SEATAC and needed some food downtown. Friend recommended the Alabi Rm. I had a really good pizza and some top drinks. My three things: 1) If you need a buzz the Alabi special is Jaemo shot and a Miller High Life for $12. 2) Pizza crust is thin with a good snap on the bite. Had the goat cheese, prosciutto, and arugula pie. The earthy goat cheese matched with the sweet gravy was great. 3) Played cocktail roulette with the bartender and had some great drinks.

Went in hoping for any vegan options and was ecstatic to get two apps and a delicious vegan pizza during their extensive happy hour. Highly recommend. White bean hummus and pita - the happy hour menu options doesn't have feta (but still confirm because the main menu option has feta that can be removed). 4 stars - it is a little bland but very delicious (especially when paired with the olive tampenade). Sun-dried tomato & olive tampanade with focaccia. SO GOOD. 5 stars. Vegan pizza (mini on the HH menu) with chickpeas, white bean hummus, Kalamata olives, and balsamic reduction. VERY good. I'd ask for extra balsamic next time. 5 stars.

Stopped here just before. Show at the Showbox on 1st. Pizza was fantastic. It especially nice that we can split the pizza with two different flavors, which was nice. They also have an option to have hot honey on the side so that you can drizzle them yourself, which was nice. The service was very quick even though the bar was very busy. Very much appreciated the waiting staff: The vibe is always cozy and immaculate. It's such an iconic Seattle place in the heart of Pike Place Market with the grungiest vibes. It also helps that it's a little hidden just steps away from the gum wall. I strongly recommend taking someone from out of town to experience the true Seattle vibes here! Cheers!

We stopped by here to get dinner before a concert and were lucky that they had room. We had previously stopped at a couple of other places that had long wait times. Tucked down the alley by the gum wall, it's a great option for wood fired pizzas. The space is fairly small and very low-lit, but thriving with energy. Our service was fantastic, drinks were good, but besides the pizza the food was pretty hit or miss. We had a table of 4 and we kept the table full the entire time. We started off with a salad, spicy mac n cheese, cheese sticks, and Brie and cheese. Salad was light and refreshing. The cheese sticks were pretty normal, but also good. The spicy mac n cheese to me had zero spice. Just some mac in a cast iron pan. The apple and Brie had a nice presentation but the smallest amount of Brie possible(my picture was too blurry to post). The Broccolini I am not sure how it was defined as broccolini because the 5 pieces that came on the plate were huge. While packed with flavors of lemon and Parmesan they had a very tree like feel and were a bit on the harder side. The El Diablo pizza, to be straight forward was by far the best part of the stop. The crust could have been a little more well done, but that's just me splitting hairs. I ate more of that than anyone else. Probably could have finished it myself if I hadn't stopped for a lobster roll beforehand. Either way, great service, good drinks and legit pizzas!

stopped by this place when i was visiting in seattle and looking for a dinner option. i really enjoyed my experience! i started with the apple brie for an appetizer and had a perfect drizzle of honey on it. for the main, i had a spicy hot honey pizza which honestly was very spicy for me. i was able to customize and remove the meat on the pie which was great. also i added pineapple and it was a nice way to balance the spice. the other pie i ordered was goat cheese and honey. i loved this combo. it has the perfect balance of flavors from the sharp cheese with the sweet honey topping and the figs paired really well with it. we split two pies among 4 ppl. i was seated right away but id probably rec a reservation the restaurant was busy.

We only got to have drinks but the pizza looked soooo good! If we hadn't of had dinner plans with family we would of been ordering it! As such, we had to be content with drinks. I had a hot buttered rum which not many places have and it was good. Tasted like a a butterscotch candy. The other drink, a hot toddy, was ok, it was strong! Will put hair on your chest. Lol Ambiance is cool. Has a great laid back feel. I got a kick out of them using big olive cans as the pizza stand at the tables

Pizza Con Carne Pizza

We ordered the Pizza Con Carne and added jalapeños and banana peppers for an extra kick. Everything was delicious! The pizza was the perfect size for two people and generously loaded with toppings--every bite had a great balance of flavors and ingredients. The crust was just right as well: not too thick, not too thin, and baked to perfection. We also ordered a few drinks. I had the Smoke and Mirrors cocktail, which was well-made and definitely didn't skimp on the alcohol. Overall, it was a fantastic experience with great food, excellent drinks, and a welcoming atmosphere. I would definitely come back again.

Hidden gem off the "gum" Wall route. Up high, at least four stories, if sitting by the open windows. Very cool! Pizza was thin crust, just like I like it. Andouie sausage with green peppers. "Happy Hour" all day so I had a house red - good! BEST thing I noticed, the glassware was sparkling clean! Server was friendly and efficient. I would definitely go here again.

Lovely spot for a snack and afternoon drinks!! We popped by here because we weren't sure hungry and in the area. Got a table for 2 around 5pm with no issue. We got some ciders to drink and shared their cheesy bread which I know is so simple but was divine. And then of course the cider was enough and they had this delicious deep eddy ruby red vodka drink which was so refreshing. All of the staff were incredibly kind. Great casual spot!!

Ask the Community - Alibi Room

Is this place good for large groups like around 7-8?

I wouldn't bring that big of a group since they have limited seating options. But if you call ahead they might be able to move two tables together?

Do they allow people under 21 for lunch in the restaurant?

Yes

Do you take reservations?

Yes they do!

Is there outdoor seating?

No outdoor seating but the indoor tables are placed far enough apart to allow for social distancing and it doesn't feel too crammed.

Are there any gluten free options available?

Yes! All the pizzas can be made on gluten free crust.

In the evening is the place kid friendly?

Nope

Hi, I'll be in the area soon, wondering what type of music they play? Thanks!

White Stripes and Cake so far. Bluesy, funky rock. Edgy rock with horns (musical and devilish variety).

After waiting so long, we ended up going inside to place our order ourselves. When the server finally approached and asked if we wanted anything, I told him my sister was already ordering inside. He simply said "okay" and walked away without any apology for the delay. The view is beautiful, but it's not worth being treated this way. Save your money and go somewhere that values its customers.

The rooftop views are some of the best in the city, especially once Seattle starts lighting up, and the atmosphere is ultimately what you show up and stay for. Drinks are definitely pricey at $20+, but I appreciate that the snacks remain closer to happy hour pricing. We ordered the shishito peppers and hummus plate for around $11-$12 each, which felt surprisingly reasonable considering the setting. Staff was suuuuper nice! And after striking out on espresso martinis at our previous stop, we finally got our redemption here. The Nest's espresso martini ranks somewhere mid-tier for me compared to others around the city, but at that point we were just happy to have one in hand. You're definitely paying a premium for cocktails, but the food pricing helps balance things out and that view makes a pretty convincing argument for staying for another round. Come for a drink. YOU SPIN ME RIGHT ROUND..! 4.5…read more The level below the main observation deck of Seattle's Space Needle is home to The Loupe Lounge, which features the world's first revolving glass floor. Many years ago, I dined at the Space Needle when it was still home to its famous rotating restaurant. SkyCity Restaurant closed in 2017, and the revamped observation experience reopened in 2018. Today, The Loupe Lounge offers a very different experience, with a revolving glass floor that provides mesmerizing views straight down to the Needle's structure, elevators, and the streets far below. It's a fascinating perspective you simply can't get from an ordinary observation deck. The Loupe Lounge operates seasonally in the fall and closes from May through August. Since we visited the Space Needle in June, the full experience was unavailable. However, we were still able to access the roped-off lounge area for $35 each, which included two cocktails and two delicious burgers. We lingered in the lounge for at least 45 minutes, the time it takes the glass floor to complete a full 360-degree rotation and return to its starting point. It was wonderfully uncrowded, with only our table and one other party in the roped-off area. Access to this section is restricted to guests 21 and older, although visitors of all ages can enjoy the surrounding observation areas. During the fall season, the entire lounge floor is reserved for guests 21 and older. The fall-season menu features exclusive cocktail and culinary experiences, complete with show-stopping mixology and eye-catching food towers. Reservations must be prepaid, and guests select their preferred tower when booking. Each package also includes VIP elevator access to the lounge. Depending on your selection, the price can be quite steep; however, it also includes admission to the observation deck, which alone can represent a $100-plus value for two. Whether you visit at sunset or after dark, The Loupe Lounge offers a wonderfully romantic setting, with a unique vantage point that makes the experience feel even more special. We'd love to return one day in the fall or spring and reserve the full experience.

Past visit 2+ years ago the reservation is through Tock. Recently the reservation is through OpenTable so I thought the points credits will be honored here as they are in the OpenTable network, so I redeemed points to discount $8, only to not be applied to the bill since the reservation $15 per person is a deposit and refunded on seating, instead of most places where the deposit deducts the cost of the final bill. None of the bartenders could do anything, and didn't bother raising this to management (probably downstairs at Tavern Law could've remedied the situation but the short turnaround time implied they didn't try). Additionally, when I got my drink, the bartender did not bother taking a second look to see there's a bug. It was deep inside the drink, not at the top, so the bug did not just fly and land on the drink after being served. So it was a bit negligent, especially given they jacked up the price from $21 to $25 in just 2 years. The price increase did not justify the quality, if anything, price went up significantly and quality dropped... The bartender addressed the issue by remaking the drink but the drink was noticeably smaller than the original one. It would only have made sense if I drank a lot of it, but I only had small sip stopped when I saw the bug. The experience was very frustrating overall that I didn't wish to tip, only to find out they added a 20%+ service charge without my consent when I looked at the credit card statement. That is fraud. Fraudulently adding a tip to yourself earned you a 1 star. Otherwise this would've been more a 3 star experience due to the miss from the bug, and the OpenTable issue.
