I am a homeowner and had a busted pipe under my house which sewage spilled out from and contaminated the house's crawl space. I had several estimates to get it fixed and then spoke with Eric and Cory at Agent Rooter Plumbing. They gave me an appointment and showed up on time. After reviewing the situation they told me I would need to first have the waste dried, sanitized, and removed and immediately got a company to come out immediately to access the situation. The quotes I got from the other companies were not as competitive and they started their work. As they inspected various areas of the house I had some other nagging plumbing issues and they investigated all of them. Without pressure, they explained how bad my situation was and that I would need a camera to go into the line as well as a power flush of my line. I would also need a trap placed in the front of my house to avoid what happened in the crawl space. During their inspection, they fixed a toilet, had to cut out some clogged piping, and replace the trap in a bathroom sink. The trap in the bathroom they did for free. These guys are no-nonsense bonded professionals and are highly knowledgeable in their field. Cory stayed late to clean up the sludge and mess from the bathroom and outside mess. He also enlightened me on my house's plumbing and what future issues would be. The was not inexpensive but was better than all the quotes I had gotten and their attitudes were excellent. These professionals know their jobs and do it with great humor and understanding that the homeowner is taking a financial hit. Eric replaced water heater last year. Suddenly one day it started making whistling sound. Called Eric and he tried to trouble shoot over the phone. I could not understand so he came by (it was past 6:30pm). Turns out it was the pressure valve that gave up and causing the pressure built up. He fixed it temporarily until the valve could be replaced. He called next day to inquire if everything was ok. Besides not charging anything for the temp fix, the most important thing is, he came by right away when we could not trouble shoot the issue over the phone. Had a emergency drain clog right before we had house guests coming. We called them out to unclog the drain and before the stuttering fool came in to look at the problem he was trying to sell me on a extra clean out drain install in the front of my house for $2300. I told him ( I think his name was Tony) to just use the other 3 cleanouts my house has right inside every crawl space under my house. He then said they don't go under houses. ( WTF!!! A PLUMBER THAT WILL NOT GO UNDER A HOUSE??? WTF!!!) He said he would need to remove my toilet and snake it out from there. I am a General Contractor so I know how this shit works I tried to tell him, but being late in the evening on a Friday my plumber was not available. Against my better judgment I gave him a credit card and agreed on $ 50.00 if he could fix the clog because it was a absolute EMERGENCY. The dumb ass goes out to his van and starts back up the driveway with a cheap ass $69.99 toilet snake from home depot and pulls my toilet up and begins jamming in there like he has absolutely NEVER EVER done this before in his life. Of course 20 minutes goes by and he cant fix it so I told him to basically get out of my house. He then puts my toilet back on, doesn't clean up his mess and leaves. He then proceeds to charge my card $350 !!!!! It took my wife all kinds of energy to dispute the fraudulent bill, and they would not return any of our phone calls. So I got a hold of my REAL plumber 2 days later and he fixed my clog from the cleanout in about 15 minutes. Needless to say I sure hope I run into him and his Van again one day! I am so very shocked by the negative reviews. I've had nothing but the best experience with them and I am a very difficult person to please! They have been my go to plumbing company for the last two years - I couldn't recommend Agent Rooter Plumbing higher! I lucked out finding them one morning as I saw a truck with the phone number on it and just so happened to have heard a suspicious noise in the walls where my pipes are that morning. I called as I was finishing my morning walk and they were there within the hour. Eric guided me through the steps to get the broken pipes fixed and best covered across warranty company, insurance, and the various companies fixing what turned out to be a huge undertaking. He's since replaced toilets, installed faucets and done other fixes along the way. All their work has been done with impeccable quality and complete honesty about costs and where to save/spend for long term results. Within 30 minutes of calling on a Sunday to report a problem of having a toilet cleaning tool falling in and getting clogged in my toliet, Super Eric showed up! Eric just left my house for the second time. He was here about six months ago and kind of up sold me on a water jetting for a backed up drain, rather than an ordinary snake. It wasn't exactly an upsell because he couldn't clear the clog with a regular snake. Anyway, Back then, he said the water jetting is good and it has a one-year warranty if there's any problem just call and I'll clear it again. Cut to six months later which is today, and we were backed up again. Eric use the snake and clear the drain quickly and there was no additional charge. I wasn't really expecting to use the one-year warranty but I'm glad I did not have to haggle to honor it.
