Summary: Mike and his team did great work for a really good price. My house had washing machine water lines and drain outside of the wall which prevented me from pushing my new unit all they way up against the wall. Mike was able to come retrofit it and move the waterlines and drain into the wall with a flush mount box! he cut open the plaster wall just enough to be able to get everything in their perfect positions. It came out great! it only took them a couple hours even though when he opened the wall up, he saw some stuff he wasn't expecting...honored his price too! they cleaned up well and I was left satisfied. thanks again, Mike! read more

Needed Plummer ASAP. Pipes were clogged & back flowing, flooding. I couldn't get ahold of my landlord. I made some calls & Mike responded quickly and was able to meet me within the half hour. DO NOT HIRE MIKE GAGNON for anything more complex than to unclog a backed-up toilet or to fix a leaky faucet. I had a small leak in my copper plumbing, which, if properly diagnosed, would have required a small repair of the plumbing, a new recirculating pump, and a new piece of copper tubing at the water heater to replace a corroded galvanized pipe. Instead, this imbecil said I needed a whole new PEX repipe, which I agreed to. The workmanship was simply awful and the materials used were subpar. Skip ahead a couple of years, and another leak developed in a wall where, to save money, he joined several shorter pieces of PEX together to form a longer one. Sure enough, one of the PEX joints burst open and caused over $80,000.00 in damage to my home. He did not return a single phone call. My homeowner's insurance covered the cost of the repairs & my premium doubled. I hired a competent plumber to rip out the junk he installed. Never Again! read more

We had an emergency when our hot water heater caught fire and was damaged beyond repair. I called two large plumbing companies we had used prior and got a first quote of $4,500 for a 75 gallon tank and labor. The second was $3,500 for the same. Although I know nothing about plumbing I do have a dear friend who is a building contractor so I texted him for a recommendation. He immediately came back with Mike and wrote he always uses his plumbing services and he would be very fair and good. Well, I immediately sent a text to Mike and within less than five minutes he called me. I explained the problem and he gave me his quote which, let's just say blew my mind after just having received the other quotes that exceeded Mike's by a mile. First of all they gave me the best quote, they said it would take two days to do all the work and putting in copper tubing. They didn't finish the job at all and it took them five days. I've had quotes to repair what they we're supposed to do that are over $8000. They drilled into my house and had pipes screwed on to the side of my house and was not going to Hook up the Fossett on my front porch. I looked underneath my sink and there was several steel lines that were not connected to anything. Everything they did was Mickey Moused. I have everything documented in photos and there's an area where is constantly leaking. They were very messy and did not clean up after themselves and I had to beg them to come back and hook up a faucet for my front yard, then he insulted me by saying that I was a asshole customer. I only live with my two dogs that's why no one else will live with me, meanwhile my girlfriend was at work. The owner was there the first day and that was the last time I saw him. They said it would take them two days, and took them a total of five days, I had to stay home for all those days until they supposedly finished. On the fifth day his worker told me that he was through and he wasn't coming back. As he can tin you to insult me as he was getting in his truck. I have never seen a more unprofessional, professional service of any kind in my life! I have estimates up to $8000 of what it's going to take to do the job properly. My kitchen sink only has pressure for the hot water and very little pressure for the cold. Water is leaking from my pressure valve constantly all day. I had a HORRIFIC plumbing problem. Every drain in my house was backed up. Mike started at the clean out pipe near the street. That didn't help. Then he moved to one under the house. He pulled our a bunch of "flushable" wipes. Note to self: they are not really flushable. That cleared out a couple of bathrooms. But, in the guest house, where my millennial daughter lives, the toilet and the tub were full of the foulest smelling liquid in the known universe. And there was no clean out drain. Why? Because the original owners of my house decided to put a bathroom in there, but not put in a clean out drain. So, Mike VACUUMED out the gnarly sewer water, removed the toilet, and snaked out about 20 used tampons. Apparently my daughter wasn't aware that you couldn't flush those. Worst experience with plumber, and bad customer service-read before hiring. I had a bathroom faucet leak and called mike to get help since I only have one bathroom. Mike came and looked at sink and said would need a part, he stated he had to call around for part and could not come until next day around 10am. The next day came and no call or follow up, at 11 am I called him and asked eta, he finally came around 1pm and only to find out the part did not work. He left and said he would call me when he found the part, another day was lost. He did not follow up at end of day, so I called him again to ask for eta. He finally said the part was no longer available and that I would have to replace the whole thing. What a joke and horrible sense of urgency. At this point I have already had no bathroom for 3 days and was very frustrated.
