Originally had a plumber sent out from Alpine this morning which he did not have the correct equipment. Following the miscommunication on my part (Plumbing vs HVAC tech) the owner Vince personally called me and told me that he was sending out another tech in the next hour that had the correct HVAC equipment to get the pipe cleared. (He said the drain pipe is a grey area between Plumbing/HVAC as while it drains into the sewer, that the plumbers don't usually work with pipes that small.) Incredible service! And really appreciate the owner calling me to make it right. We'll certainly call Alpine back the next time that we need help.

As my wife has called them in the past for our plumbing emergencies, we were relieved when Mario let us know that such a task was within his scope of service - and, as with past plumbing issues, Here To Help did an excellent job of rerouting four of our lines to avoid having the costly (and destructive) process of jackhammering into the slab. I really appreciated the fact that Mario offered several repair options ranging from the least to most expensive. (We took a middle one.) I cannot express in this short review my gratitude to Mario and Henry for the careful, thorough, and quality work they put into addressing and fixing our problem (which actually turned out to be two leaks instead of one). They kept us updated on progress and showed genuine concern for us when the repairs necessary resulted in the need to have the water off overnight. I wasn't surprised the actual rerouting took as long as it did since we have a two-story house with lines running numerous directions for both upstairs bathrooms. Mario was able to enter the wall through our downstairs closet. This eliminated the need for cosmetic patching and/or replacing of drywall (and subsequent painting) in a highly visible area of the house. When finished, however, the same care was taken in replacing the drywall as if it would have been in a highly visible area - even though we let them know that our closet would be refilled with the junk we removed for the repairs, so you probably wouldn't even see the wall. (Yeah, that closet is usually full!) Mario and Henry are honest, hardworking, thorough, pleasant, and all-around stand-up guys - AND they are my family's new heroes! The quickly developing marsh on the side of my house is no more, and the bill presented for their services was less than I anticipated - undoubtedly due to their patience in finding repair solutions that minimized the overall cost of said repairs. The next day Sam followed up with me and gave me a quote for a water heater install and said he'd be there within 2 hours when I was ready. I told him I needed to discuss with my wife. During this time, I called another local company for a quote and they quoted me about 800$ more for the same exact branded/sized water heater, installation hoses/connection, etc. their warranty was also one year less than AAA was providing. I then called another plumbing company and their quote was even more astronomical than the second company. So I called Sam back after agreeing with my wife that we would proceed with him. He stated he had a new customer in the 1 hour we'd last spoken, but not to worry because he'd still be there same day just later in the afternoon. He provided a time frame and text when he was 30 min out. He arrived and got the water heater swapped out in 2 hours as he said over the phone. We went from having a leaking water heater to a brand new one. It's all up to code and we feel very confident in Sam's work. Additionally, Sam was a very courteous and polite guy. He explained everything and answered every question we had. He never seemed rushed or tried to upsell us anything. His customer service was outstanding.
