We've used this company for prior jobs at our commercial building, including a water heater and…read moretoilet repair, and those experiences went well. On this most recent plumbing repair, however, communication and follow-up fell short. The following week after the repair, a staff member noticed the kitchen sink near the repair area had very low water pressure. Since our office has limited in-person use, I followed up the next week once I was able to review the issue. I also had not received the invoice, even though my business card was provided onsite. When I spoke with the owner, the invoice was sent that evening, and I was told they would call the following week to schedule a time to look at the pressure issue. That follow-up call never happened. I later called and sent a detailed text with my availability to meet onsite, but received no response. Due to the lack of follow-up, we are moving forward with another plumber to assess and resolve the issue. In a commercial setting, timely communication and reliability are critical, and unfortunately this experience did not meet that expectation.

I thanked him for his time. I did a thorough seach and finally found Mike's number. I called explained the situation, sent pictures and a short video of the leak. Mike came out with his helper in what seemed like 30 minutes and removed and replaced the faucet and hoses in 10 minutes!! His price was very reasonable and again the courtesy, professionalism, and knowledge displayed is above and beyond. The response time is epic. Thank you Mike and your helper (Bobby I think) for being an outstanding person!

We discussed over the phone with detailed pics of the spot and size etc. once you get over sticker shock of the cost, everything went great. Since I was dealing with insurance I had to get two quotes and picked a highly rated company on Next Door. Both companies were professional and quick on the quote but the prices were over $1,000 different for a smaller unit 40 versus 50 gallon, but same maker etc. Based on response time, follow through and people skills, and price I highly recommend Pasadena Plumbing. Only issue is both companies gave a one line quote. Insurance requires a broken out quote which they complied with quickly.

Long overdue review for John's Plumbing and Drain Services!…read more I meant to write this review back in July, but I'm finally getting the chance because John and his team absolutely deserve the recognition. We originally found John's Plumbing and Drain Services through Yelp, and after double-checking their reviews on Google, we decided to give them a call. I'm very glad we did! From beginning to end, everyone was responsive, patient, attentive, professional, and hardworking. John, the owner, Anna, the office manager, and Aric, one of their main technicians, each took the time to assess our water heater situation, answer our questions, provide quotes, and explain their recommendations without making us feel pressured. They let us know that, in addition to replacing our water heater, our home needed a new pressure regulator since ours was over 30 years old. They also explained that we were missing an expansion tank and discussed adding a sediment trap for the new water heater. They clearly explained what was necessary and what was optional and gave us very reasonable and affordable pricing compared with other plumbing companies in our area. Aric came first thing in the morning to drain our old water heater and also started work on replacing our old pressure regulator. He was very fast, diligent, and professional. Anna was also wonderful throughout the entire process. She contacted me every step of the way. She was extremely patient and helpful with our requests and even provided us with a handwritten, itemized receipt. Having such an attentive and hands-on office manager made the whole experience that much easier. John went above and beyond for us. Our old water heater was still covered under the manufacturer's warranty, and he personally went with us to Home Depot to help transport and exchange the old water heater for the replacement. That level of service and willingness to help really stood out to us. I also have to say their cost for this round trip service was more affordable. The other plumbing company was charging us just for 1 way $150. Which was way too expensive. John's Plumbing & Drain Services charged us round trip $160 which was way more reasonable pricing. John then completed the installation of the new water heater, added the expansion tank and sediment trap, and did a very clean and professional job making sure the water heater was properly secured for earthquake safety. After the installation, John also informed my mom that they provide a warranty on their services, which gave us even more peace of mind. My dad normally doesn't like others to do repairs for him but my mom and i told him he's 82 now he needs to rest & let us hire a professional. Since we know my dad is very particular about how things are done. When my dad checked the water heater for apt #1. My dad even gave John and Aric two thumbs up and had nothing but positive things to say about the quality of their work -- and that says a lot! It's hard to find a company where you feel taken care of by everyone, from the owner of the company, to the office manager & to the technicians. John's Plumbing and Drain Services is definitely one of the best plumbing companies in our area. They are responsive, patient, fast, diligent, fairly priced, and genuinely care about doing the job right. Thank you John, Anna, and Aric for taking such great care of us and for going above and beyond. We truly appreciate all of your help and highly recommend John's Plumbing and Drain Services! They will now be our go to plumbing services.

I could tell he was detail-oriented and took pride in doing the job right. Once the new valve was installed, he tested everything thoroughly and adjusted the pressure to the perfect level for my home.
