Herb made the entire process and assessment so easy, and he found the problem within just 5 minutes. He didn't even charge us for the assessment, which says a lot these days considering he still has to spend his time and gas to come out. Herb is friendly, down to earth, patient, and thorough from start to finish. This review honestly doesn't do him justice. We're already planning to use Alpine for a full plumbing and AC renovation on our home, and we're looking forward to being lifelong customers. Couldn't be happier with the service. Highly recommend Herb and this team to anyone who needs an honest, skilled plumber.

Originally had a plumber sent out from Alpine this morning which he did not have the correct equipment. Following the miscommunication on my part (Plumbing vs HVAC tech) the owner Vince personally called me and told me that he was sending out another tech in the next hour that had the correct HVAC equipment to get the pipe cleared. (He said the drain pipe is a grey area between Plumbing/HVAC as while it drains into the sewer, that the plumbers don't usually work with pipes that small.) Incredible service! And really appreciate the owner calling me to make it right. We'll certainly call Alpine back the next time that we need help.

We first called him when a gas leak was discovered on our property, which ultimately required significant gas line work and replacement of the main line from the meter to the house. Most recently, he installed a new water softener and took care of several other plumbing items for us. He has consistently been reliable, knowledgeable, honest, and very easy to work with. He communicates clearly, shows up when he says he will, does excellent work, and takes great care of the property while he's working. His pricing has always felt fair and reasonable for the quality and scope of the work, and I appreciate knowing that the job will be done right. He also leaves everything incredibly clean when he's finished. On our most recent job, he hauled away the old water softener, took all of the packaging and debris with him, and swept up afterward. We had an emergency at a mobile home park where the holding tank had overflowed, causing a major sewer backup. The tank hadn't been pumped in years, making it an extremely difficult job. We needed a company that could respond quickly and handle a challenging situation, and Craftsman Sewers delivered. They arrived on time with the right equipment and got straight to work. They made incredible progress on the first day and came back promptly the next morning to finish the job. They never complained about how difficult the work was--they stayed focused until everything was completed. What impressed me the most was their communication, professionalism, and work ethic. As a fellow contractor, I appreciate companies that show up when they say they will, do exactly what they promise, and take pride in their work. If you're looking for a dependable septic and sewer pumping company, I highly recommend Craftsman Sewers. They've earned my trust, and I'll definitely be calling them again when I need their services.

Our septic tank was not right until they came and were able to fix it. The septic tank had to be cleaned out and videoed. What was their discovery? Our septic tank had only one 24"cover . This cover was not heavy duty either. The 4" clean outs were only 3"clean outs. Nothing was right. Also discovered was that our sewage pit had collapsed! We had to drill, hand dig and put in a new sewage pit and connect it up to our septic tank. Now our septic system is complete and certified. This represents a ton of hard work to be accomplished during very hot weather. It took almost 7 days to complete our job. This was hard and very tedious work. But Felix and his crew are always up for the task. They do work very hard. I can tell you that Craftsman Sewers are honest, they communicate to you well and they do not leave you in the dark. You will know about your septic system with them. They do keep things as clean as they can. This is not easy to do. They even hand watered areas to keep the dust down for us. It was a true pleasure to have Felix and the Craftsman Sewers crew at our home. This was a once in a lifetime experience. Does this cost money? Yes it does. But are they worth it? Yes they are. . .Everyday! Thank you to Felix and the Craftsman Sewers crew.!
