We recently encountered what appeared to be a slab leak, so we contacted Here To Help Plumbing hoping that they handled such issues. As my wife has called them in the past for our plumbing emergencies, we were relieved when Mario let us know that such a task was within his scope of service - and, as with past plumbing issues, Here To Help did an excellent job of rerouting four of our lines to avoid having the costly (and destructive) process of jackhammering into the slab. I really appreciated the fact that Mario offered several repair options ranging from the least to most expensive. (We took a middle one.) I cannot express in this short review my gratitude to Mario and Henry for the careful, thorough, and quality work they put into addressing and fixing our problem (which actually turned out to be two leaks instead of one). They kept us updated on progress and showed genuine concern for us when the repairs necessary resulted in the need to have the water off overnight. I wasn't surprised the actual rerouting took as long as it did since we have a two-story house with lines running numerous directions for both upstairs bathrooms. Mario was able to enter the wall through our downstairs closet. This eliminated the need for cosmetic patching and/or replacing of drywall (and subsequent painting) in a highly visible area of the house. When finished, however, the same care was taken in replacing the drywall as if it would have been in a highly visible area - even though we let them know that our closet would be refilled with the junk we removed for the repairs, so you probably wouldn't even see the wall. (Yeah, that closet is usually full!) Mario and Henry are honest, hardworking, thorough, pleasant, and all-around stand-up guys - AND they are my family's new heroes! The quickly developing marsh on the side of my house is no more, and the bill presented for their services was less than I anticipated - undoubtedly due to their patience in finding repair solutions that minimized the overall cost of said repairs. We bought an older house and he helped fix up our laundry piping with a new laundry box, ABS cleanout and stand pipe so that we can install our washing machine. He then descaled and did epoxy piping for our laundry and kitchen drain pipes, and descaled, lined and epoxied our main drain pipe as well! Lastly he added a cleanout on the bottom floor which the house needed so he wouldn't need to take out a toilet on the second floor to get to the main drain! He explained what was needed, what epoxy vs. lining pipes does, and he uses the best equipment and cameras to look inside all of your pipes.
