Great customer service and amazing waiting room! Did a great job fixing my windshield

Fantastic customer service! Walked in and was immediately greeted by the staff. They explained to me what they would be doing to fix the windshield on my car. After that they proceeded to walk me into a movie room with a huge movie screen and all the goodies you can eat. They came back in and explained that my car was a different model than what I expected and that I would need a different windshield. News to me. The wait wasn't a big deal cause I was chillin in the movie room, with lots to snack on, and they were really good to me and took care of me. Come check them out! read more

I had a couple of men tell me that my chip could not be fixed that well due to the legs (star chip) on the chip. I decided to have it repaired anyway and just get it done through insurance. I saw several great reviews for this place and decided that this was the place to go. We were in and out super quickly (sadly because we were so happy watching a movie in the recliner seats and were so wowed by all the snacks while we waited.) When we left my daughter asked when I would need my windshield repaired again. He did a fantastic job on the chip and you can really barely see it, which I was hoping for since it was on the passenger side right above my line of vision. We will always return here and I will tell all my friends about it! read more

My windshield was cracked over a foot. Called in two days prior and made an appointment. I was quoted $180 and to pay in cash for in shop replacement. I arrived 45 minutes early and they warmly took my car in early. Only took 30 min. They have an awesome theater room loaded with candy and drinks. Everyone was SO nice. Fast, friendly and super easy. I went to their location today, spent zero dollars and left with $120 and a brand-new windshield. They estimated it would take an hour and my car was done in about 45 minutes. Josh and Chris at Advantage Auto Glass came to my home replace my glass in my car. I was about four minutes late getting back home. When I arrived they weren't just waiting doing nothing. They both were getting the set up ready to start as soon as I arrived. Not only were they both super friendly they were lighting fast. Josh gave me verbal instructions for the glass and left placard on the mirror to remind me of the instructions given verbally. We are currently getting our windshield replaced and I just have to leave a review for this wonderful business! The minute I got out of my car, the gentleman were opening their front door for us. They take our keys and lead us to this cinema and put on Finding Nemo for my children (my son asked for a movie they didn't have and the gentleman was quick to say he'd order it) This room is stocked with snacks and drinks for their guests to enjoy for free as they wait for their repair. These guys are awesome very nice and polite. Found out that last time I replaced my windshield through safelite they had broke the trim panels never told me about it ( I had gone to them on 4 separate occasions all 4 times there was always something wrong). The guys here at advantage pointed it out to me and got me some new ones and put them on for me. Can't say enough good things about advantage not pushy in anyway nice and quick will be taking my car to them for now on. And I will be telling friends and family about them. Start to finish it was the best windshield repair I've ever had (and I've had a lot). Super friendly. I think they come to you, but I choose to take my truck to them. They had a legit movie theater with big leather movie chairs. Free popcorn and candy/pop. Time flew by. Best of all they gave me $120 cash, not a check...cash! And, they gave me a free set of windshield wipers. I, you and everyone would be stupid not to use them. Their work was top notch too! read more

Just had my windshield replaced. Staff was nice. Service was pretty quick. They seemed to have done a good job. Got my cash on the spot! The only thing I didn't like is they failed to mention they were renovating, it was extremely loud the 40 mins I sat there for. And then for some reason they broke the thing that hangs from my mirror!! I would use them again, but probably just have them come to me! And make sure I remove anything that could potentially break! read more

I received an advertisement in the mail from Advantage auto glass and it shows "valley-wide MOBILE service". I called to make an appointment and the woman that answered says they don't service Phoenix. She gave me the phone number to another company that she said they work with that can help me. I call that company and make an appointment and they never showed up! Why would Advantage auto glass print on their mailers Valley-Wide MOBILE Service and do mailers in Phoenix if they DON"T SERVICE PHOENIX????? read more

This place went above and beyond my expectations- they far exceeded my expectations in fact! Movie room with goodies and ice cream! They bent over backwards to make sure i was happy while i waited AND to make sure my windshield was done right. Turns out i have been driving around with a sub par windshield, that was the wrong size! They put on the right size (my drive home was quieter than it has ever been!) and turns out my vehicle has heated windshield capability - i had no idea! Now i have the right windshield to use this great feature! Plus they gave me cash money and are helping me get new plastic side trim pieces for next to my windshield since my old ones were cracking! I dont forsee myself going any where else for any of my vehicle glass needs! read more

No movie theater when I was there. They sat everyone under a tent next to the dumpster outside . They did have drinks and snacks but not one magazine. Oh Yea they didn't vacuum the broken glass off the dash and floor. read more

Customer service was good as I was waiting to get my windshield replaced. As soon as I drove off the lot and onto the freeway I noticed loud wind coming into the car not really sure where is was coming from. I called them and they informed me to come back to check out where the wind was coming in from. Both me and the owner Jeremy took a drive and realized the air was coming from my driver window which was oddly because they weren't working on my driver window. I've never heard air coming into my car prior to taking my car here I have no idea what the workers did if they slammed my door or accidentally pumped my window while replacing the windshield. The owner Jeremy confirmed that he would take care of it but have not got a call back from him, I've left multiple messages and still no response! Note: 2015 Ford Mustang that usually sits in my driveway I also was leaving for a trip that day but there was so much air coming in that I decided not to take it and has been sitting ever since! DONT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE THEY OBVIOUSLY NOT CAREFUL WHILE REPLACING YOUR WINDSHIELD! read more

Awesome facility! If customer service is important to you, this is the place to go. My kids loved the candy, popcorn, games and theater room. Friendly staff and the owner is super cool too. Staff helped me file the claim with my insurance. They were able to get the replacement windshield and have it installed the next day. I will not go anywhere else. read more

I used Advantage Auto Glass before, so I decided to use them again since they did an adequate job the last time. They made me wait for 1 - 2 weeks to replace the windshield of my Mercedes SLK, then I get I call from Garrett, saying that they ordered something aftermarket, which they were not confident with due to the specifications of my car. So, they made me wait again for a genuine Mercedes windshield for another week ++. I spoke with the manager because of further delay, then I get an appointment date from staff later on. No one showed up and there was no phone call. I called them again, and the woman I spoke with stated that they couldn't find my file. Oh, so you just lost it or have no record of it, eh? Deplorable, considering I did speak with her before. Are you so low that you need recordings of the phone calls? Dishonest, inconsiderate charlatans. If you are not capable or willing to change a windshield of a certain car, just say so. Do not waste someone's precious time by prevaricating and equivocating. It is pathetic and shameless. If Yelp doubts the veracity of this review, I am willing to meet with your managerial staff or speak with corporate regarding this issue. Do not protect this unethical company. read more

Okay this is absolutely the most incredible place. Theater seating with free snacks but don't get to comfortable because they are lightening fast. They also have a cash booth and they give you the cash added to your cash back for using them. Also if you don't have insurance their cash price can not be beat. Had my windshield replaced in-store. It was an A+ experience from the moment I opened the office door to enter! I had set my appointment up and taken care of the insurance information the day before with the friendly front desk lady. As I walked in I was greeted by all the employees in the office and I immediately handed my keys over. The owner greeted me and escorted me to their waiting theater room. I had come with the intention of using the wait-time to activate a new phone, but he kindly pointed out the snack/beverage wall and simply said "please, help yourself, everything is free". They had a Keurig coffee machine, so I made myself a cup of good Joe and had some cookies. It didn't take them longer than 20 minutes to be done with my truck. While I was waiting in that room, any employee that walked in, smiled as I sat at a corner table with my cell phone task. I felt very comfortable here. There was another Parent with his two teen boys watching the movie when I arrived and the first thing they said to me when I walked in was "this is the best place ever!" LOL! On top of my cash-back offer for bringing my truck in for the windshield replacement, they also have a hilarious air powered money-grab Booth contraption! How can I say no to more cash in my hands?! It was 15 seconds of grabbing at play dollar bills, I have small hands, but managed to snag 12 bills, which they rounded up to 15! The techs, front desk lady and owner were genuinely HAPPY PEOPLE, and it showed. They enjoyed their jobs and I'm sure they were treated well. I was there around lunch time and the owner had gone out to grab lunch for his employees, they offered me a sandwich, how kind! Jokes were exchanged as I was handed my cash, and I will 100% return here for any future windshield work! I left with a pep in my step and a big smile on my face, what a pleasant experience! read more
