This place is amazing! Not only is the staff extremely friendly and welcoming, they are very quick and efficient. Walking into the office, my boyfriend and I were already impressed... Then we were asked if we wanted to wait in the theater room. Looks like an actual movie theater with complementary snacks!! I would recommend this place to everyone. read more

Just had my first experience with Advantage Auto Glass. I opted to have a windshield installed at their location. Their price quote OEM quality glass was competitive, their waiting room is a movie theatre, with free treats, coffee, and a clean restroom. The glass looks great! read more

They came out and did a great job on a hot day. Really good work. No stickers or advertising on the glass, and all promises fulfilled. 10/10 would use for future glass replacement. read more

You're drawn in by the movie theater but you won't have time to watch a movie or enjoy any of the free snacks because you're in and out in no time. The staff is friendly and they did a great job. I'll recommend my friends and although I hope I won't need another windshield for a long time, I will definitely be a loyal customer. read more

Saw their mailer so i called and set up an appointment for saturday. Showed up. They fixed the windshield and put tint on it. Did a great job. Took about an hour. And they handed me 120 bucks cash. Ill go back and tell people to use them. read more

AMAZING! These folks worked me into their schedule on very short notice, did an excellent repair of a rock chip on my windshield, had me wait in their over-the-top waiting room, and didn't charge for the repair. They just asked that I keep them in mind when I need a windshield; I will. read more

They were very professional and helpful with our insurance. It was a small shop but they were very customer service oriented and organized. We passed up an alternative in the valley who seemed both disorganized and willing to cut corners. We will not trust just anyone with our cars, but we would use these guys again. read more

Met with the business owner, Jeremy. He assessed my chipped windshield and offered to repair the chip free of charge. The guy is the tits, a regular windshield wizard. He has been doing this for 15+ years. The repair took less than an hour. Could barely see the chip once the repair was done. A+ would recommend to anyone. read more

Amazing experience. I had a chip less than an inch, and I took it another company that repaired chips, they said the windshield needed to be replaced....so I took it here to get a 2nd opinion. Not only did they tell me it didn't need to be replaced, they would fix the chip for free. Complete honesty. When I do need a new windshield I am definitely only coming here. They have my service. read more

Advantage Auto Glass is great! Darren was so helpful on the phone and with my insurance company. Had my windshield replaced in less than one hour. Don't go anywhere else! read more

I put off getting my windshield replaced for ages, dreading the experience and sitting in a lobby or having to coordinate someone come to me. I finally had a Saturday off and remembered seeing an ad for this place. I grabbed my best friend and we headed to the shop and man were we surprised! We walked in and was immediately greeted by Adam, who made it top priority that we were taken care of. He took us to the back room and there was an entire movie theater setup- free candy, coffee, tea, soda, juice, popcorn, and ice cream.. an ENTIRE case of ice cream. Adam made us feel right at home and helped us get set up with literally any movie we wanted. It took them 40 minutes to change the windshield but I did not want to leave! There's also a money machine. A full on money machine with dollar bills flying around and you can KEEP them. I can guarantee I will never get my windshield replaced anywhere else. I took a whole bunch of fliers and will be handing them out as well. read more

There have been many books written about exceptional service - like "Purple Cow" by Seth Godin and "Inside the Magic Kingdom" - and if you ask me, Advantage Auto Glass in Mesa could easily have been a case study on Best Practices for customer service. Having had a pebble jump up from the freeway and leave a divot in 2-month old newly replaced windshield, I wanted to get it fixed quickly. Being in Apache Junction at the time, I went to Yelp to find someone local who would offer Mobile service. I asked about 10 different vendors for a quote using Yelp to deliver my request. The first reply to come back was from Advantage who let me know they did not offer "mobile" service but if we would like to come in to their shop they will do the first chip for free and the second for $10.00. They then invited us to come and enjoy a complimentary ice cream or coffee in their massive theater/game room while we waited. Thinking this was too good to be true we decided to check it out since we were driving into Mesa anyway. Wow, what an A+++ experience from such nice people. In fact, the owner Jeremy did the chip repair himself with a big smile. I was so impressed I tried to tip him, but he would have nothing of it. I talked about exceptional service with Jeremy and he said in a sea of businesses like his, he really wants to offer that good feeling that will make Advantage top of mind when someone is looking for auto glass replacement. I would absolutely recommend Jeremy and Kara and the entire team at Advantage Auto Glass if you are needing any auto glass service around the Mesa/Phoenix area. read more

READ THIS REVIEW!! IF YOU NEED TO GET YOUR WINDSHIELD FIXED, THIS IS THE PLACE TO GO!!! We live in north Phoenix but drove 35 minutes to fix my Porsche Cayenne's windshield at Advantage Auto Glass. We had a mailer coupon that gave us $125 cash back and 20 seconds in their money machine which was extremely enticing and an awesome deal. And the customer service is the best I've ever had. They know what they are doing and worked everything out with my insurance company before I arrived. Their waiting room is amazing! It's a movie theatre with movie theatre seats, complimentary popcorn, snacks and drinks! We didn't want to leave when my car was ready. Also, Jeremy and his staff are awesome. They do great work and take care of their customers. It only took about 35 minutes to complete and they literally just handed me $125 cash when we left. No BS, no hassle. Just a great place with great people. I recommend this place 100%. Thx for everything!!! read more

Fixed my chip for free and sent me to their movie theatre waiting room with free sodas and ice cream. Excellent customer service.

Unfortunately I've had a few windshields replaced but in Phoenix you just accept it's going to happen. The good news, I can stop shopping for a company to recommend to others or go to if/when it happens again. Simply the best experience I've ever had from inquiry, to dealing with my insurance and replacing the windshield. Respectful, ethical, knowledgable and timely. Showed up on time, finished early. Actually replaced my oil change sticker on the upper left corner inside and cleaned up everything on the car due to the install. Honest to goodness this company restores my faith in American (local) companies and old-fashioned service. I get that this could have been a one-time fluke but this is the second install since my daughter's car needed one a year or so ago. Save some time. This company (and crew) is SOLID, SOLID, SOLID. read more

a service so bad, i lost a zippo in the car, the manager looked at me as a bad attitude and threw me $ 20, i never thought a manager did not say sorry to me read more

I can't say enough how impressed I was with the service here. Advantage was so accommodating and has the most excellent customer service. They have an awesome customer appreciation room with recliners and a projector, ice cream, popcorn, and treats! I couldnt be happier with my service. They even put my oil change sticker back on my new windshield :) I will never go anywhere else! read more

I have had two winshields done with them and was very impressed both times! They are very focused on customer service. The employees were very kind, professional, and welcoming, and the movie theater "waiting area" is the coolest thing you've ever seen! I look forward to my next winshield replacement with this company! A+++++++ read more

If you're looking for customer service, this is the place to go. Quality work, attention to detail, and friendly atmosphere. Their waiting room has everything you could want, drinks, snacks, movies, excellent if you are with kids. The owner is friendly and hard working and has been in the business all his life. As a small business owner myself, I understand service and these guys go above and beyond. read more

Recently got a beautiful new windshield from Advantage Auto Glass. Talk about the red carpet treatment! WOW! A beautiful movie theater, popcorn, soft drinks, Blue Bunny ice cream treats, and more while we waited. It was awesome! In no time flat, the new windshield was installed and ready to go. About a week later, a huge rock hit the new windshield, and Advantage fixed it for free quick as a wink! These guys are the best in the business! Don't hesitate to take your business here, you will be treated like royalty, and your car will get a fabulous new windshield! read more

You're not going to believe that this is a real review. You are going to think that I work here as I go on and on about how great this place is but I assure you, I do not. My daughter was having a bad day, she had the blues pretty bad. I was dreading having to make her wait in a car repair shop, as I got my windshield replaced. It was her half day/last day of school for spring break and I felt so bad making her come with me to do chores. Well, she learned that everything happens for a reason that day. We were greeted at the door by one of the nicest guys I have encountered in customer service of any kind. We were escorted to THE MOVIE THEATER of a waiting room, and my little girl was instructed to eat as much ice cream as she could. Bad day erased. My car was done super fast, looks great, easy peasy. We were invited to stay and finish our movie. We stayed for a bit, and then went on our way with $120 cash in hand as I went through my insurance to fix the windshield. Glass coverage is the best. This place is the best. Having the glass replaced on my car was the best part of our day that day. Who says that?!?! Thanks for everything!!! I would HIGHLY recommend this place to anyone. read more

I just had my windshield replaced at Advantage Auto Glass in Mesa and they did a great job. After 4 in a row screwed up windshield replacement attempts by Safelite, the worst auto glass company in the world, I finally found a company that cares about its customers and doing a quality job. Although you must drive to their location, it's well worth it! Take your kids too... They have a mini movie theater with free snacks while you wait. read more

I was really impressed with the service we received at Advantage. Our insurance required an inspection of our vehicles before they would authorize the service. Advantage contacted me as soon as it was authorized (I think it was like 30 minutes after the insurance guy finished and he told me it may take a few hours because he had to upload pictures and get it finalized in the system). Very easy to schedule an appointment with. We scheduled two cars for windshield replacement and they ended up finishing both in less than an hour. So basically both cars were finished before our second appointment even technically began! The waiting room was so nice and the free snacks a very nice touch! They provided every incentive they had advertised with no hassles and did quality work. Even went above and beyond and reattached part of my headliner that had been sagging prior to the appointment. Highly recommend them and would use them again. read more
