I had the pleasure of using Camelback Auto Glass recently! Michael and Adrian were an absolute pleasure to work with! Communicated clearly, professionally, and never left me out of the loop. When I compared them to other companies, there was no doubt they were the right option. They had an appointment scheduled for the next day within minutes of contacting them. I will be undoubtedly be using them personally and for my business as I move forward. Thank you! read more

I just wanted to say a special thank you to Glazy. This incredible young lady helped me get my window repair scheduled and made my day! After dealing with Safelite and their ignorant AI answering services trying to get help, I decided to make a random call to you guys who I found online. Glazy answered and immediately looked to see if you had the glass in stock and told me you guys could come to Glendale and replace the window on my daughter's vehicle the next day. Safelite said none of their stores in the ENTIRE Phoenix valley could do the repair until the 8th, A week later. She then waited on the phone with me to get Geico on the line and switch the claim repair to their shop. I am in Tucson, so the help she offered to get my daughter's car taken care of was amazing, especially to parents who have their children going to school in a different city or state. You know how important that is. So, once again, thank you Camelback Auto Glass for having someone like Glazy working for you and also for not making your customers deal with annoying AI answering services. Please give Glazy a bonus or pat on the back for taking care of customers in amazing fashion. Tommy Crawford. read more

Gal on the phone was great, service was late, was told I had the 1st appointment (finally showed up just before 12 in my 8-12 timeframe, when am I supposed to eat lunch??? 1:30 in the afternoon??? Thanks a lot) Even with that this would have been a 5 star BUT....... I got the old Bait and Switch, I was told I was receiving Pilkington Factory Glass and instead got "Auto-Lite" glass. I can't even find Auto-Lite Glass on line to see what they're about or any reviews on them. I also noticed a new rattle in the cab when hitting bumps. Trying to locate it, but is definitely new since the windshield install. Honesty and follow through are important to me, and so is retaining factory equipment on most items on the vehicle. This is one of those items. I now have some unknown between me and road debris, it does not inspire a feeling of safety. I will not repeat with Camelback Glass due to these reasons. They probably switched brands to save a few bucks but I'm not sure because I can't even find the windshield make on line. Next windshield replacement will get an email from the installer stating Pilkington Glass and it will be inspected PRIOR to installation. If it's not Pilkington it will not go on my vehicle. I really hate dishonesty. read more

Pro's - Was able to get service scheduled for the next day, and they put the new windshield in at the parking lot at my work. Con's- They subcontracted out the work to another firm, even though I work just down the road from their office. The men who replaced the windshield were okay, but left a little to be desired. Unfortunately after they were done, I had smudges of an unknown substance all over the rear-view mirror. I had to call 3 times over a two week period to get my rebate. After the 3rd call they did increase it from $50 to $65, which was nice, but should have never had to call that many times. Overall the windshield seems to have been put in okay, but I would use a different company should I need glass work again in the future. read more

I needed my windshield replaced in less than 48 hours and that was no issue. I was assisted by Ada over the phone who was lovely and patient as my cell phone dropped our call three times as she set me up for an at-home repair the following morning. My technician Richard communicated well, was polite & professional, and completed the job very quickly. Both of these team members are part of the Auto Glass Direct faction of this company and exceeded my expectations completely. Thank you. P.S. My new windshield looks great! read more

Never returned my phone calls. Had my claim number as well as my referral number would think it would be as simple as setting an appointment but never heard back from anyone. Left 4 messages over 3 days and to this day not 1 call back. Business must be great for them read more

They use decent glass that last maybe half a dozen rock hits on freeway. They do great work but make sure you are around when they do the work since the cash back was never given to me. Their offer is much lower than anyone else so don't let them fool you with advertisement offers. When I called to ask about the cash back offer they said it would be mailed to me since no one was around during install. I gave up after a week and figured I'd just avoid them like another garbage company, look up my other review to know what glass company that is. Overall I would recommend them but make sure to bother them non stop for that cash back offer. read more

Quick and easy, what more can you ask for. They did leave the wrong check with me but when I called them they exchanged the next morning

I can't speak of their service, but their choice in customer service sucks. The answering service refuse to give me a direct number so I can talk to someone because I did not want to give out my phone number and then she hung up on me. read more

I spoke with Ada on the phone to schedule my replacement. She was an absolute delight. She was outgoing and pleasant and made me feel like I was truly important. If you are looking for a fair price for a windshield replacement and a company that clearly takes customer service seriously I would strongly recommend camelback auto glass. Ada, thank you for being the most friendly receptionist I've ever encountered! You really made my day! read more

First off, the quote I received was $150 cheaper than one of the two big companies I had received a quote from before calling camelback around 4 pm on a Tuesday. They then were able to schedule me for 1-3pm Wednesday the next day! The very next day I received a call at around 11 am and it was my installer asking if I'd prefer him to just come now or wait until 1 as agreed. I really wanted it fixed ASAP so I was ecstatic to have him come earlier. He had told me it would take about 45 minutes to install my whole new windshield and was done in 20. Great install, great customer service. Highly recommend. read more

I honestly would not recommend this company. I chose this company because they were close to my work and I was hoping to get in quickly and have them come to my work. When I called, they told me my new car had to go to their actual workshop because they had to realign something, whatever. At this point I was outsourced to a 3rd party company called auto glass direct. I had such a difficult time finding their shop as there were absolutely no signs or anything marking their location. I had to call them and ask someone stand outside on the road so I could be directed to the right place. When I got the call later that my car was completed I was happy with the work, However the technician told me they actually didn't need to do it at the shop and they could have come to me since this "re-alignment" was for a feature my car did not have. Great. I just spent money in Uber's that was unnecessary trying to get to and from this shop when they could have just come to me. Lastly, they promised me a $50 rebate for using my glass insurance for replacement. It has been 3 months since I had my windshield replaced and I still have not rec'd a check. I have called 3 times and e-mailed twice and nothing. They stated they sent it out 3 weeks ago and can't do anything about it until 90 days is up and then something *might* be able to be done. Just take your business elsewhere! read more

Definitely get your windshield repaired or replaced from here. Melissa was so helpful and kind helping me set up an appointment and filing my insurance claim. Above and beyond! Plus she had them come out to my work the next day to repair my windsheild. It was awesome. Also Luis who repaired my windshield was 10/10. Kind man and did a great job. If I ever have the grief to get another windshield replaced it is a comfort to know I have a great company to call. read more

They damaged my car in the process of install in a new window! Not only did they leave tools in the window, they caused over $600 in damage to the molding in my car. There are plenty of companies out there capable of doing this simple task without damage. Go find a someone worth working with. read more

Mandy was amazing! She was always there when I needed her and was quick at responding to our requests! They were friendly, quick and efficient! I couldn't have asked for a better company to help me with replacing my cracked windshield! read more

This is the first time I needed a windshield replaced, so I can say that they did a fine job!

I scheduled my windshield to be replaced only to have the tech bring the wrong windshield. I had to wait another day for my windshield to be replaced. The second guy who came out was rude. He said he had a schedule to stick to and didn't want to wait on me. I told him that if they had gotten my windshield ordered correctly the first time, he would have no reason to wait on me. I had to remind him that I was his customer and that I did not appreciate his attitude. I would not recommend this place to anyone. It was such an inconvenience and customer service was horrible. read more

Upon the advice of my auto insurance agent, I had Camelback Auto Glass repair a chip in the windshield of my vehicle to prevent it from spreading. In my opinion the technician who came to do the job did not adequately get the resin to flow into all the damaged area. The propagating crack are still visible. I would not recommend this company. read more

I needed to replace a window in my vehicle and called several firms for quotes. To my pleasant surprise the best quote came from the company I considered to be the most honest and professional - Camelback. Unfortunately not all the firms were and some tried to lower their original quote when they learned I decided to go with someone else. Still, Camelback Auto Glass was as much as 40% lower. The installer was on time, fast and friendly. A great experience. read more
