This adidas store has the friendliest staff and very clean displays. The very first time I walked in I was greeted and helped out with my purchase. The workers were all super helpful and nice. The store is also super clean (particularly the shoe section). I would recommend going to this Adidas in the great mall if you have time! read more

The store didn't announce time to close ahead of time. I was there with child and one of the staff was rushing us to leave. When I bent down to help my son who was sitting on the floor to put his shoes back on, he walked crossing us directly, then turned around saying: I told you the store is closed. This store is sucks, starting with the managers, they do deny any "adidas outlets coupons" claiming whatever items we do purchase don't qualify for the discounts for these same "adidas outlets" coupons. People is rude, prices are slightly lower than the average sporting goods store and the variety and availability of sizes is always very limited. No point to spend any time at this location. First of all I want to say customer service in my books is important. If you lack that then u should not be in the retail industry. I came to the store to purchase some items and I was waiting in line. The cashier then says"next in line" the lady behind me goes ahead of me . I didn't want to cause drama but, I want to say are you guys awake or you just talking to each other vs how the customer found anything . I told both cashiers clearly I was next in line and yet you didn't address it to the lady" I'm sorry ma'am it's, not your turn". No they just a bunch of unprofessional high school students trying to find some boy friends and get compliments. I spoke to the manager about the situation and all she said was "oh we have people like that." So then why do you guys have baracades for a line???? If you as the manager can't keep customers from breaking rules maybe u should be a manager. I also told her I will write a yelp review, she rolled her eyes like she didn't give a crap at all . She rang up some joggers pants with no label and tag . I said can u make a tag she said no. She said if it doesn't fit can I bring it back she said ya. Horrible experience wanted to share never in my life I have had this at another location. Management should hire different staff you guys don't appreciate a job. The customer service at great mall in Milpitas California is worst. The worker think Asian people stole the shoes in the store and we bought 4 pairs of shoes. Horrible customer service.... So, you are only allowed to buy six items here. I know this because I spent a lot of time waiting in line and only told this when I got to the register. I was told they don't sell team stuff. I told them it wasn't for a team and I was told to call corporate. I've never heard of a store that doesn't want your business. This review is for the service. Went to return a pair of my husband's shoes today at around 2pm. After waiting in line, the cashieress says I can't return them bc there's no box. ????? The fellow cashier confirms this, saying they can't sell the shoe without the box, both super unapologetic and rude. So I leave thinking this is the most absurd policy I've heard of, and call my husband who says he bought the shoe with no box (I thought they can't sell shoes without the box?!?!) I come back and the girl is no help at all, tells her manager and he says something to her like "it was on clearance, there is no box, see? Give her the refund." So I get the refund but everyone including the manager is unapologetic and annoyed for the mistake they made. Worst experience ever. Never coming back. read more
