This store needs dire help from management to make the operations more efficient. You can barley find any employees to help and there always seems to be only one cashier working always. On top of it all, this is the ONLY Adidas that still has their fitting rooms closed. Livermore and Gilroy have their fitting rooms open. Avoid this location. read more

Staff can be rude and barely speak to you while ringing you up. Sales Associate did not even acknowledge us and could barely be understood while mumbling. Overcharged for products and then took a long time to correct it and doubted me to my face when the product had a clearly attached sale tag. Watched Sales Associates argue with a customer. This store is so stupid. It's such a big store with only one fitting room. The only reason I didn't give this place only one star is because the employees are really nice and helpful. If you come here during a big sale, you better know your size or be prepared to wait at least 30 minutes for the fitting room and an additional 30 minutes for the check out line. read more

This is the old Reebok since Reebok is owned by adidas, they had taken over the place and made it look less grimey. The build is still the same, but it the lighting and art is better, along with the products and product placement. The employees are the same. Try it out! YELP! read more

I called the corporate office to make a complaint about him thats how bad my experience was. As much as I hate the great mall, I love coming here. I recently started going to the gym and needed new gym clothes because I have outgrown my old gym clothes because I haven't gone to the gym in like 10 years because I like to eat because food is amazing. Anyway, I come here because Adidas makes the best clothes in my opinion to move around in and I could save money bu going here. The shoes on the other hand are a different story. I walk in here and are immediately greeted by the staff. I walked around and find the stuff I need and purchase them like any other person. The staff was super friendly. The store was clean. Horrible customer service. I visited this location twice and both times i entered, walked through the entire store, and searched for a shoe for several minutes that wasn't in its location. The shoe i wanted was on an endcap and i couldn't find the stock nearby. I gave up because i was in a rush and figured i could come back. I went back a couple weeks later and again couldn't find the stock. Not one person helped me or even acknowledged me. I could understand if it was busy, but the store was pretty much empty. The worst part was an employee saw me looking for a shoe and just walked by. I ended up finding what i wanted but by the time i found it, i was so irritated with the lack of service that i left. No point in giving them my money. As i walked out, i passed several employees and still no acknowledgement. I went to the nike store instead. Right when i walked in, i was greeted and i was helped when i told them what i was looking for. Bought some air max 2016 that I'm in love with.
