The Adidas Outlet store is on the smaller side with a limited selection, especially for toddlers. I was looking for soccer shoes for my 19-month-old and was disappointed to find only about 5-6 options available. I had hoped to find a blue and white pair to match his uniform but ended up settling for black since most of the choices were either black or white. On the plus side, the prices were very affordable, and the shoes will get the job done. Decent for basics, but don't expect a wide variety for little ones. read more

The Great Mall has a wide selection of store to buy shoes from but Adidas is my goto. They have a wide selection, some clearance some retail price. I usually walk away with at least 3-4 pair everytime I go. Honey and I got a way with 5 pairs of shoes spending a little less than $400. Be vigilant on your receipt making sure you only paid for what you buy. On my way out I checked my receipt cause I was wondering why I paid higher than expected. I noticed an item worth $170, 50% discount, so $85 was charged on me that I didn't buy. Went back immediately. The staff told me there might be a "tag" that was included when they check it out on the cashier. Staff immediately processed the refund. Good thing I was checking. This place is a mess. This was my first choice when I came to the mall but I ended up leaving and taking my business to New Balance. There were shoes strewn around and they were not well organized. Came here specifically for shoes. Things were in disarray from folks looking for a good deal. The folks tend to forget they are not the only ones in the store; blocking the entire pathway and all. Great prices but terrible selection. The employees are supposed to be regulating the amount of people who enter but there were 30+ people in the store on 1/4/21 around 5-530pm. I had to keep telling people excuse me. The shoe selection here is terrible. I only came to return an online order but it was ridiculous. 3 registers going and still had to wait 20 mins. I frequent this store and my rating is based on the merchandise I score here but may be subject to change as Adidas loses its license to manufacture NBA merchandise. As a Warriors fan (not a bandwagon fan and have lived through all the bad management decisions, trades, draft picks, hires, etc. in case you were wondering), I love that you can always find recent gear here and even better that it's almost always on sale. I've bought A LOT of Warriors stuff here from shirts to jerseys to shorts. They also have a good variety of shoes, soccer gear, shirts, and clothing here. The store is not as big as Nike but decent. For those of you frequent Great Mall shoppers, this used to be the old Reebok store. It's funny how you have to catch the attention of store clerks just to ask for shoe sizes. They all seem to be running back and forth to their stock room with faces that ask not to be effing disturbed. Pretty much everyone don't have enough good customer service skills (with the exemption of two young Latino men and Kimberly who assisted me and my mother). Came during opening week because I got a flier in the email. Walked in, wearing Originals FARM tank and shorts (new arrivals purchased online), but wasn't greeted. But my friend, who is kind of tall and looks like he could possibly play basketball, was greeted. But actually he NEVER shops Adidas. pro: had Originals track suits, had Superstar 2 shoes. con: Only 1 fitting room, and the back area by the shoes is not so roomy. Their hours stated a noon time opening on Sunday during Memorial Day weekend. They opened 15 minutes late, offering NO apology for being late, as if we the customer was bothering them. Employees of this store have no etiquette, horrible customer service. Instead of interacting with the customer and actually ringing them up efficiently, they're gossiping about each other. This cashier told me to swipe my card... before she even scanned my items. She later realized I didn't swipe because there was nothing on the screen. They make up "policies" and prevented me and my sister from buying merchandise because of a "limit" which changes from employee to employee. FIRST OF ALL there was no signs anywhere about any limits, waste of time picking sizes! Then when we asked about limits it was 4 warrior shirts each (even if it wasn't championship shirts there was a limit!?) then another employee said 2 per person, then when we went to check out they denied us because we were the same "party" UNHEARD OF! Bewildered, I asked if I can call my other sister (who hasn't purchased anything in this store) to buy my items for me. They said they couldn't hold items, okay I'll stay in the store and wait for her. NOPE! APPARENTLY, even if I had my cousin, sister, or friend buy these FOUR shirts they said they wouldn't sell it to them either. Their excuse was so that it gives other people a chance, WHAT ABOUT MY CHANCE!? We aren't even in the same household! We have different families and different people to gift it to! I went here last week to buy my dad's jacket. Unfortunately, i got the wrong size and have it replaced twice. The associate rahul was really helpful and accommodating he patiently waited for me to replaced the jacket with another style since they ran out of the size i needed. I'm usually a Nike guy but wanted to give Adidas a shot. I went to the mall with my family and I remembered where the store was but found out they moved. After circling the mall, the new location was situated right near where we entered in the first place. Lol. Once we entered the store the new location looked a lot better and more spacious. What really stands out is the service we received by Rahul. He was on top of his game and answered all my questions and helped with everything we asked him.
