This store is extremely easy to miss since it's tucked away in a fairly run down plaza. The overall store is pretty small and the stock of tennis rackets available to purchase and demo is a bit limited. It seems like they had a lot more variety and brands available in the past, but now they only carry a limited amount of rackets that are higher end. I was looking for an oversized racket and they only had 2 available. If they don't have a specific racket you're looking for in stock, or your correct grip size, they can special order it for you (estimated 7-10 days turnaround time). PRICING They didn't have the 2021 Babolat 110 available in the 4 1/4 grip size so they had to special order the racket. I didn't mind waiting since their price was competitive at $20 off the list price ($189 while list price is $209). Additionally, they'll string the purchased racket at your desired tension for free with synthetic gut strings. I was expecting labor to be free as long as I purchased strings, but it was a nice surprise that they'd throw in basic strings. DEMO PROGRAM - $10 per racket per week - At a given time, you can only demo 2 rackets - You can apply up to $40 of demo costs towards your racket purchase - For each racket you demo, they'll put a $200 security hold per racket onto your credit card EXPERIENCE The employee seemed busy so I felt a bit awkward to ask her a ton of questions but every time I did, she was helpful. I looked at some of the rackets they were selling in addition to their demo rackets and never felt pressured or rushed since she stepped away. One thing that's strange is that they have to get the rackets that you want to look at for you, rather than just letting you browse through them which makes the process just a bit unfriendly. read more

I recently, 3/8/22, found this place and bought a Badminton Yonex racquet and also paid for new string for my daughter. After 1 month of play, the string broke. She is not a big hitter and had been playing in my other rackets for years without any string problem before this new one strung from this store. I brought it back requesting the store manager, Maggie and owner Ray to consider covering half of the cost to replace the string, not even requesting for full coverage. They refused and automatically blamed it on my daughter hitting it incorrectly and that I bought a thinner string while they had no idea or ever saw my daughter played or didn't even contemplate it could have been a string defect. I am a sensible customer however with customer services like this, I can't recommend this place. I am sad and disheartened by the attitude of the store manager and owner, although I think they maybe the same person, one disguised behind email. Avoid this place if you can! read more

Came across this place by pure luck of it being close to my work. It is a family run business containing supplies for all racket sports from tennis to ping pong to badminton. They provide racket stringing services at about $10 for a string job, strings not included but you can pay more to also purchase strings on site. I requested a tennis racket string job and a nice lady who helped us(forgot her name it started with and M) said that if we bring in the afternoon, we can pick it up the next day. Worst ever and the manager is a lier. I had one tennis racer restringed and the racket got damaged only after 3 plays. The manager said they called me for a crack in the old racket but someone answered the phone to go ahead. I have never got a phone call from them informing the "racket defect". When I explained I was 35 min away she looked at her schedule and found time and told me to comeback in an hr. Yes there was a rush charge but she delivered. Good service. I've been to this spot a few times to purchase a few rackets other than Yonex brands. Recently got into purchasing Victor brands as I've bought so many rackets in Yonex, Carlton, Gosen, and HL. Decided to change it up a bit. First racket I purchased was the Victor Meteor X-80. Great feeling on this racket and love the stiff feeling. I have two rackets in Armortec 900 P & T, but the feel of this racket is much better in comparison. After using Victor for awhile, they had the anniversary sale. I got another Victor Meteor X-80, Meteor X-80N, and Meteor X-90. I've yet to use the Meteor X-90 as I've come to having a collection of rackets base off of my own style of play. Recently heard of the Hypernano 800X and might be planning on getting it also. Like the specifications on the racket. Came here to restring 5 badminton racquets. Prices are good way better than academies and asby sports. Nice people. Downside: they don't have any string warranty if any kind, even if it is their fault. Affordable restringing, and great place to buy strings.

This store is kind of tucked away. You might have to look twice to find it. But it's definitely a hidden gem. Pretty much the best shop in the area when it comes to Tennis. I randomly decided to walk in and the staff was quite nice and helpful. They have pretty much everything you'd need from strings, shoes, bags, grips, etc. As for the selection of strings they've got a pretty decent selection, but if you're looking for that crazy mystical string everyone harps about in online forums, let's face it almost no one carries it. And it if was really that good everyone would. To sum it up: Good selection of products for a store its size, definitely more than any chain store and about on par with any other specialty Tennis shop. All the prices are pretty reasonable and for the most part matched up with the online giant warehouse retailer. Oh and their demo program is FREE. Just show your ID and you get 3 days or so. read more

I can only vouch for their tennis stuff, but it's my new go-to place for tennis racquets and restringing. I haven't had much interaction with the staff so far, however they knew exactly what I was referring to (and even better, had it in stock) when I requested a specific racquet and strings. The restringing service is prompt and they have it ready when they say they will. Good collection of strings as well. The people are knowledgeable and help me every time I have questions about strings. Also, the tennis rackets are sold at a lower price than tennis-warehouse (incl the latest models). All in all, a good stop-shop for racket stuff. Their demo program has changed. You can keep 2 rackets for 7 days, and can change rackets anytime during this period. But they will charge you $400 upfront (refundable), and $5 non-refundable. If you decide to buy a racket, the $5 will be applied to the purchase. One less star for not having tennis apparel and limited shoes options. read more

I went to buy some badminton rackets last week and been surprise when I enter the shop, they have soooo many things. There was a girl attending at that time and she was very kind. She gave me recomendations not only for the badminton rackets but for the tennis one as well (and she is so pretty). They have almost all the Victor rackets I've been dreaming to get. I come to this store mainly for my table tennis needs, and occasionally to get my sister's tennis racket restrung. The girl working the counter was very knowledgeable and helpful. She was able to recommend and explain the difference in string brands and tension to me as I don't know much about tennis. As for there table tennis selection in terms of blades they mainly carry Butterfly and Yasaka, if you are looking for Stiga or DHS you are out of luck. I have been using a Butterfly so it isn't a problem for me. They have a decent selection of rubbers, again mostly Butterfly products, though they do have some DHS rubbers. They also carry 40+ balls from all the major companies minus Stiga. Overall I like the store because of the friendly and knowledgeable staff. read more

I love their racket demo program, which has a wide selection of Victor rackets...even the newer ones. It really gives you a peace of mind knowing that a racket is right for you before buying it. I highly recommend taking advantage of this service. Another real plus about this place is how easy it is to get a replacement racket if you find a defect on your racket. After a few months of playing with my racket, I started to notice sounds coming from inside the frame. It seems that some particles might've fallen off inside the frame. I brought the racket to Racket Supply, and they replaced it without asking any question saying how Victor has a really good warranty.
