Threw a 289 my first game with my newly drilled ball. These guys know what they are doing.

Love that this Pro Shop exists inside of Homestead Lanes. I've bought many balls here (including for my children) and had my entire arsenal switched over to vacu grips and IT interchangeable thumb inserts. For the first time ever, I'm not frustrated with the fit of my bowling balls. Super friendly staff that is very helpful and willing to fix any issue you have. Highly recommended!

Matt also helped me with my arsenal and suggested The Road and gave me a different layout to help fill my bag.

I happened to show up for the soft launch of Cyb3r_Southbay, a super inclusive, friendly goth community that is alive and active. And...I made new friends, was dubbed the goth fairy princess (I love this title, shout out to the curly goddess Misty), took selfies with lovely souls, and was just so pleased at all the melanin that ended up in the room. Now, I have to shout out the sound guy Kyle. He runs the lights, the sound, the back up DJ with a professionalism you catch in far bigger places. Could this hidden gem be a new place to catch local talent? My vote is YES! Not a bad night for a $12 door cover. I'd put this on your list of places to hang out in Cupertino...move over Blue Pheasant (but we are keeping Paul & Eddie's on the list for when you need a chill dive bar, and not a night out on the town).

The score counting was awful! The technology they used to count how many pins you knocked down was completely unreliable. It counted extra pins at least 5 times a game. The first time it happened, we called over the attendant guy and he fixed it which was nice, but it happened so often we didn't even bother calling him over repeatedly. We didn't order food Ambiance was actually pretty nice

They have a lot of popular games, but they don't have Time Crisis! I was also pretty bummed that quite a few machines were broken. The ticket to prize ratio is very high. The claw machines seem really difficult, but there were a decent number of people walking around with plushies. The price per try for a claw machine is ridiculously high as well, so probably not attainable for casuals. The arcade games seem reasonable in comparison, but 8 credits still maps to around a dollar per play. $20 each and a lot of walking around lasted us maybe 2 hours. Jenny and Chris are not at work. The thing was, I got charged another 16 dollars after paying the first time at the counter when I first got the balls and the rack. I overtime an hour. That was what the charge was about. I had no problem paying another 16, but this shift leader failed to prove that she was responsible for noticing that my time was up. It was 30 seconds to have someone coming up telling me, "Hey, time's up, pack your shit and leave." Then I'd be happy to pounce, but no. She argued that it is MY responsibility to have my time managed, and their employees indeed wrote down the time I have to be out ON THE RECEIPT. Well, I never pay attention to my receipt but the amount I have to pay. And by that handwritten note on the receipt which was in the trash can 15 seconds after I took it. I have no idea I got overtimed. Well, $16 is not a big deal to me. It might be somebody's wage for an hour, it might be a good meal for a homeless person, but today there is a reason for me to write down this review about having bad customer service at the overpriced place in the arcade. Thanks for spending time reading this stupid complaint. If you are looking for a place for billiards, try Jimmy's or California. Trust me, they might be a bit distant, but they got a cheaper rate of 11.5-12.5/hour compared to what I paid, 16/hour. And got diamond tables ;) To be fair with round1, they got shitty brunswick crown fucking 10-20 years old. Cushions are busted on #2, 3. Clothes are filled with food and drink. TOUCH it, and you will feel sticky :))) Well, it is "well maintained"!!! The ONLY table having no problem is #6. Why? Because nobody wants to be put in the corner, and there is no space at all for the shot :))) but I handled it. Jenny and Chris, this is not just a complaint. I am also a manager and I DO care about my customers, because I put myself in their situations. I do sympathize and learn about my business's mistakes. Finally, this is a trick of trade. If you actually do care, try coming into your place and enjoying service as a customer. Don't let your employees know you were there. Then you can find problems and fix them.

Plenty of TVs to watch games. The few bowling alley's in the front are meant for parties. Last time we went bowling, the service was nice. They have QR codes on the tables so that you can order when you're ready and it links to what aisle you're in. You can keep the tab open until you're done. Food was pretty good. The platters were way larger than we thought, but I guess we should've known from the price...Beer is about $10 for 16oz. Depending on if there's games or parties, parking can be harder to find. Overall, I do like this place and I'd rather come here than D&Bs.

Our group had a private area roped off and a plethora of food laid out for a buffet feast. There was salad, chicken kabobs, plates of antipasto, cheese, peppers, hummus, and of course nachos. Everything was delicious, as well as being lovely to look at. In fact, I think it was the first time in my Yelp history that I was so busy eating and having fun that I forgot to take photos! *eyes crossed* The area we were in had pool tables and shuffle board. I think there was pingpong too. I didn't interact much with the servers since it was a buffet and I was there for a function, but we had everything we needed while there. Be prepared for a lot of noise when you go. We had to use a karaoke machine in order to hear our main speaker. Lots of TVs blaring sports, video games and music. It's a great place for families or groups.

Oof where to start…read more From the dirty premises, slow service, and bad food, to the rip-off dilapidated arcades, badly designed lane computers, and high prices, I can be pretty confident in saying Bowlero pretty much sucks. I came her for a birthday and they initially sat us at a dirty table sharing space with a huge group of loud drunk people. There were so many open lanes, why do we need to be right next to a bunch of shouting people spilling food and drinks everywhere. Great. After complaining they moved us, and then the rest of the problems reared their heads. First, we took some of the kids in our party to the arcades, only to discover the price per play is so high you burn through $20 in 10 minutes. So unless you like wasting money this isn't really kid friendly as there is nothing else for kids. Second, the shoes - good god it is a bad day to be a foot when you put these gross, junky things on. They were basically glued together. Our food started to arrive and my god, I have had better frozen food than what they serve. The pizza is dried and barely has toppings, fried stuff all limp and greasy. It was gross. So I decided to get a drink at the bar, except the clueless slow bartender didn't even look at me for 15 minutes while there were literally 3 other people there. I just gave up, I'm sure a $15 watered down cocktail or flat beer wouldn't improve my mood. Anyway, this place sucks, it's gross, it's expensive, and the employees don't care about service. It'll be a cold day in hell before I come back.
