Really good for bent arm shots. I hung it up in my garage with a 150 pound ceiling anchor that I got at Home Depot, overall great bag and it doesn't swing too much, but still gives a decent swing. Excellent service and attitude. I bought a pair of On Cloud shoes and within 5 days realized they were too big. The issue only showed up in real-world use: when walking downhill my foot slid forward into the toe box. That's not something you reliably catch by taking a few steps indoors. I went back to do a simple exchange (not a refund). The shoes were clean and in excellent condition. The only visible difference was very slight yellowing on the outsole contact pads -- noticeable under their bright store lighting but not dirty, or damaged. At first I was told the exchange would be fine. After further inspection, they reversed course and said the shoes were not "resaleable" due to wear. I spoke with multiple people (each initially identifying themselves as "the manager" before clarifying their role), and after a lot of back and forth the best options offered were: * 15% off a replacement pair, or * $60 store credit as a "no receipt return" value (they said this reflects the lowest recent selling price and excludes clearance). I ultimately took the $60 credit because my time is worth something and I needed the correct size. But the key takeaway is this: If you buy shoes here, assume you cannot test them outdoors -- even briefly -- without risking being denied an exchange. The 90-day return policy sounds generous, but in practice footwear appears to need to look completely unworn to qualify. I'm sharing this so others don't make the same assumption I did.

I drove to the Westfield location Thursday evening around 7 PM, through heavy traffic, specifically to purchase this jacket as a gift for a family member only to be told upon arrival that the jacket was not on sale. The associate who assisted me, Cindy, was dismissive and unhelpful including visible eye-rolling, which made an already frustrating situation worse. When I asked for clarification, the manager supported the associate's position rather than addressing the inconsistency. I was even told that a jacket I had just purchased on sale earlier that same day at the Stanford location was somehow not on sale at Westfield despite being the exact same item. At that point, I felt pressured and exhausted, so I purchased the jacket at full price just to be done with the situation. The following day, I went back to the Stanford North Face and explained what had happened. Within minutes they acknowledged the error, refunded half of what I paid. Their professionalism and customer service were outstanding and a complete contrast to my experience at Westfield. Why couldn't it be like this at Westfield?! Because of this, I highly recommend shopping at the Stanford North Face location. They were respectful, efficient, and transparent and they honored sale pricing that Westfield was selling at full price.

I scheduled online to complete the ppwk to pick up a firearm for Wednesday, April 29th @ 9:00am. I know that getting there early on the weekdays is the key to not having to wait in line. I got there about 9:02am. I told the gentleman, a middle-aged Latino man with a gray beard and mustache, at the gun counter that I had a 9:00am appointment. He told me that he wasn't ready and was still setting up and to join the queue by registering at the kiosk. I registered at the kiosk and got a text from Bass Pro at 9:35am that my 9:00am appointment had been cancelled. Now, I was number five in the queue and it was now 10:45am. I had to leave for another appointment. I was not a happy camper. Driving to my next appointment, I called for a manager. I told Marcos the situation and he would get back to me to investigate what transpired. He called and left a message. His message relayed that I didn't get there until 9:16am and that there were several customers ahead of me so my appointment could not be accepted. That was the most ridiculous thing I ever heard; someone was trying to cover their @ss or @asses. I appreciate they didn't just push us to the most expensive options. Rather, they took the time to understand his preferences and use for the bike and then made a few recommendations. They were very patient the entire time, letting him test ride multiple bikes until he found the perfect one. We had such a great experience that we went back to purchase a second bike later that evening!

I finally got him to check where my toe was in the boot and advise me. I was very tempted to just buy them online more cheaply but was nice and gave them my business. I let folks there know I wasn't getting good customer support but no one did anything about it. I asked for a bag when I checked out and they said they don't give bags anymore. I was also going to get hiking socks from them but decided to get those online because my generosity in buying from them just extends so far.
