Pacific Common Location if Dick's sporting Goods
    Divine G.

It's so sad that the Dick's sporting goods located at the Pacific Common has been closed early this year. . It just so happens that i have to return an item which i bought online. Now i have to drive extra 10 miles to go to their other store located at the Great Mall in Milpitas. Good, online shopping is better and good value too. Bad? On these location employees ate not at all accommodating, you got their frustrated face cause there are two of us returning an item. The cashier "Daniel" man, if you don't like your job find another one. Hopefully this issue will be address so that I might enjoy shopping more in store.

Dicks sporting goods is a good place for Athletics and yes I'm an athlete. I bought a nortrack treadmill here and it's been working great ever since. My son plays basketball and we've bought a lot of shoes sports clothesports and ect. This store is humungus They have a lot of selections of all sports From clothes to shoes to equipment If you love sports and love sports equipment then this is a store for you.

I know DICK's have many bad reviews, but I guess I was the only exception LOL. We were shopping for an elliptical machine and had one of the worst experience/service with Sears which ending up returning their poor performance elliptical machine. I did some research and DICK's had a few elliptical machines that I was interested in. While looking at the store, an employee name Bryce approached us with any help or questions. With his help and expertise, the Bowflex M3 was our number one choice! He advised if we want to deliver ourselves, we should ask Home Depot across from the store. Home Depot provided cheaper rental than UHaul which I didn't know! Finally, he booked our schedule for the assembly. The delivery I called Home Depot and they had one pickup truck rental available. They hold it for me til I arrive. The cost was $19 for the first 75 minutes, but they do charge an additional every 15 minutes you go over. It shouldn't take me that long to return the truck and this pickup truck came with a ramp with no charge compared to UHaul. I drove to DICK's and the elliptical was ready for pickup. The assembly The assembler arrived early and only took him 15 minutes for the installation. He made sure the machine was installed properly so he asked us to give it a try before he left. We were so happy with the Bowflex M3 and it was worth it.

Looked on the White's website for a local dealer (https://www.whiteselectronics.com/find-a-dealer/) and this was one of only two that came up in the South Bay. They have extremely limited hours per their website (Wed-Fri 9 a.m. - 1 p.m. & Sat 11 a.m. - 2 p.m.) so we schlepped on up and arrived around 930ish. Had too hunt around a bit (haha) for the building and the entrance, as it's located in a rather non-descript business park. Evidently security is real tight here, as you can't even gain access into the building w/o being buzzed in. Damn you, Al-Qaeda! Anywho... Buzzed. Waited. Buzzed again. Waited some more. Finally decided to call the phone number, and it went straight to a voicemail box that "hasn't been setup by the user." *le sigh* -_- Honestly not sure if this place is open or if its closed?? If they are open then they do a piss-poor job of keeping their limited hours and setting up a simple voicemail box. If they're closed, then I wish them luck in future endeavors. P.S. we said F it and sent it in to White's for repair #wastenotwantnot

I remember going to the gym when I had pneumonia (pre-COVID and it's not ok regardless). I went through depression and I suddenly found myself wrapped up w/ work, my desire to foster, my religious obligations, my kids (mainly Gavin), and everything else in between. The running started sometime last fall. I never knew how important it is to get a good pair of running shoes until I started to run. Like run w/ a plan and purpose, not just to complete a cardio session. Running is much more than burning calories. I bought my first pair of Hoka's (Bondi 7) and I bought my first pair of Asics (Super Blast) to get me started. I really like my Super Blast that I wanted to invest in another pair from Asics. I wanted a black/white one and one in a lighter color. I made a purchase online and selected pickup at this location because I thought that they have stock available right away. Little did I know that wasn't the case. They were shipped to the store. If i had known that, I would have opted to have it shipped to my home instead. The price i paid is the same as the website. It's $165 for a pair. Not only that, the email notification stated it would be available for pickup Saturday 1/25 but it wasn't available until Tuesday 1/28. I called the store and confirmed my order was ready and asked which entrance I need to go to since I was not planning on walking around the mall. The girl that answered was patient and informative. She does not know which entrance I need to go to but she asked me to be on hold until she gathered information. I parked at Entrance 4 and found the store w/o any issues. She asked if I wanted to see them and I did. She opened the box and I saw 2 pairs. I was perplexed because the Asics representative (855) 233-3120 told me that only 1 pair shipped. So another thing that was a little annoying to me but new year, new me... I don't want to sweat the small stuff. Even though my order was late and I was given incorrect information, staff at this store were patient, friendly, and informative. The store is bright and looked clean and organized. I'm sure I'll be back but not for their online pickup option. My suggestion is to just go to the store and see the selections for yourself.

This has never happened to other shoes of mine. The cushion part is now at the bottom of the shoe and it almost forces the heel of my foot up and out of the shoe now. I would never recommend these shoes to anyone. When I reported the issue to the company they denied my claim saying the shoe is not defective. I sent photos but it is difficult to see the issue in the picture because it is the cushioning that is inside the heel and it is behind cloth. If you put you finger on the inside heel you would notice the problem immediately. If you buy this product you will not only have have a bad product and waste your money but you will also not have a reliable warranty with the company. I would recommend going to another company. This one is not reliable.

Not only is he genuinely interesting and nice, but his bowling experience is extensive. He's excellent at what he does and has bowled 35 perfect games. One thing unique about this shop is that it's located outside the bowling alley entrance. It's not visible from the street but is a gem. The only other person who knew as much or helped me as much was Skip Pavone, who won many PBA tournament and retired, closing his shop in Cupertino in the last year. Tim's who you want to work on your equipment or give you advice. He's just as much as a PBA fan as many of us and has an autographed photo from Wes Mallot on display. Another neat thing is that Tim's customers who visited whilst I was there were also friendly and interesting; lots of good conversation. You'll notice a destroyed bowling ball on-display on the floor, which is a reminder to not leave your bowling equipment in your car. It'd be pretty hard to not have fun visiting Tim's shop. My only regret is not finding him sooner. Another neat observation was Tim appears to have been a journeyman PG&E engineer for many years...surely with many interesting stories. So, he's been helping the public most of his life, which is truly wonderful.
