Went there 4/5/26. We arrived at the store at 3pm, 1 hour until closing. Saw a sign that said "will be back in 15 minutes". We stayed to wait and it took them 30 minutes to come back. Customer servicewas horrible, had to requesthelp multipletimes and to all she was not able to help. Only kept saying that only merchandiseout in display was what they had. Never left the counter and was only speaking to another employee. We were the only customersthere. We leftin less than 5 minutes. read more

Fantastic place in Fremont area for Soccer gears. They have got a very good collection of all sort of soccer gears. Adidas, Puma, Nike, NB.. they have got almost every prominent brands. Occasionally they used to have sales as well. If you are a soccer club fan and wants to get some authentic kits, this is a good place. I could see the kits of almost all the leading soccer clubs across the world there. Staffs there are knowledgeable and ready to help. They will help you get the gears from their affiliate stores if what you are looking for is not available there. That's a good thing. POST CHRISTMAS SHOPPING I normally don't write updated reviews of a business recently after I post the original reviews about a month ago however this store warrants it. I didn't buy the items I intended to buy however on my original review I rated this place 4 stars based on the potential of this store. Well the potential has been fully realized. I came here last night with the intent of buying my one year old niece a baby Brazil soccer uniform for her birthday. However this store didn't have it stock anymore. The closest items the store carried were baby soccer white uniforms of England and USA; I decided to get the USA soccer uniform. Also last night I came with a pair of Brazil soccer jerseys that I bought for my cousins through the internet as a Christmas gift with a hope to get them customize of known soccer players. The manager informed me that it only had one number left, which he had to call the San Jose store to place an order for me. Since I had two jerseys I only could have one of them customize. So I got the remaining number 10 left and I informed him I wanted Pele as the player on the jersey. I was hoping there was a 9 number available as I wanted that jersey with Ronaldo on it. I wasn't sure if the 10 number was the authentic, official style as if I ordered the jersey from the web. (For my nephew I ordered through the internet a Brazil jersey to customize with Neymar on it, but the number and name was the basic style and not the authentic style because the authentic style wasn't available. I could tell the difference between the two styles.) He asked when I wanted to pick up the jersey and I said Saturday morning. As I was about to leave the store I noticed a red England jersey. This jersey wasn't the jersey worn by the English players in last year's World Cup, but worn in the previous year in 2013. I really liked this jersey. The color was university red with the England soccer crest, which is the three lions, in gold instead of the standard blue. The red and gold reminded me of the 49ers. I really wanted to get this jersey, but only if I could have this jersey customize with a known English player like Michael Owen or David Beckham. However the store didn't carry any authentic, official numbers from the England World Cup jerseys. As I left the store I wondered if the number I had customized for that one Brazil jersey would be authentic like players worn in the World Cup. So tonight I came back to Soccerkraze because of that red England jersey. At the rack where that jersey was hanging I noticed the white England jersey of 2013. I felt those two jerseys of 2013 were better looking than the jerseys of the World Cup. For the white jersey of 2013 I like the blue trim around the collar because it really pops the white color of the jersey. The England white jersey of the World Cup didn't have a color trim, which I felt made the white jersey look plain. As I was looking at the jerseys one of the workers recognized me from yesterday because of the Brazil jersey that I requested to get customized. So he took me back to store. The number 10 was the authentic, official style that the players worn in the World Cup. I was elated because to have this authentic, official numbering style for $25 bucks was worth the price. That's why on my updated review this store gets a perfect rating of 5 stars. When I come back to Soccerkraze again I'm hoping that the 2013 England university red jersey will still be in stock as I plan to buy it and customize it later on most likely with the number 7 and Beckham as the name. read more

There is simply no comparison to the service, quality and knowledge of the staff and gear at this soccer shop. I find myself extremely lucky to live a couple miles away and never seem to leave disappointed. They have two other affiliated shops so there is more stock than what you'd expect to find inside this small but overflowing store. While I usually find what I need right there there have been times that they've called their partner stores to provide that extra 5-star service to track down what I (or my 6-year old) have wanted and gotten it shipped over for me. Went in to get soccer cleats for my kid. The guy who worked there just got a bunch of shoes out in the size and left us alone. Didn't really check back. Or ask us anything. Ended up getting the wrong shoes. Tried to return them but they're closed on Mondays. So i got another pair from Dick's Sporting Goods. Only to find out that i can return the original pair i got. Only exchange. So I'm basically stuck with cleats that haven't been worn for more than 10 minutes. I wouldn't recommend this spot. Much better spots in the Bay Area. read more

Definitely recommend this store to anyone who needs anything soccer. Came to the store as soon as they opened at 10:30 and they had a plethora of soccer goodies. Tons of current international and club jerseys (also older jerseys at a discounted price). They also had a big supply of soccer cleats and normal soccer apparel. The staff was helpful and courteous, especially a gentleman named Daniel. Like I said, if you need soccer anything, you've got to come here! Lame. My kid just signed up for Newark Soccer Club so I figure I would support a local small business and buy all of his equipment here. Big mistake - these guys are immature and are more attentive to their computer screens than the only customer in the joint. It was like they expected me to go in the back and pull cleats off the shelves for myself. They were absolutely clueless. Didn't really know a whole lot about soccer when I started managing 2 teams last spring but I was told to go see Julio at Soccer Kraze and he would hook me up with everything our teams needed! I was like ok if you say so... well I was pleasantly surprised!! Not only did Julio help me with everything his customer service is exceptional. He goes out of his way all the time for not just my teams but many others as well. He is a super nice guy, If you need something and his other store has it he will go to campbell or SJ wherever its at and get if for you that same day after work so you can pick it up the next day...now thats dedication! My husband and I own a business as well and know how challenging it can be dealing with the public and so many request but you would never know it from Julio he seems to take it all in stride and doesn't get flustered or upset just rolls with it. Amazing customer service! I had to get a gift for my friend and he's a huge Manchester United fan, it was super hard to find this stuff in Sports Authority and other sports stores. I found Soccerkraze and found a shirt and size 3 ball for a very good deal! My friend was so ecstatic when he received the gift :) The cashier was very nice and helpful as well. I wasn't able to choose between size 3 and size 5 but he suggested I go with 3 since it's more like a skills ball. I don't regret my decision! My only complaint is there aren't many sizes for the shirts. read more

Very bad service yesterday I went there and there was a little kid fitting on some cleats with his parents and asked for a pair but they didn't have his size, after he tryed out some cleats he didn't want any because he didn't like them and two employees were really upset and then the father said we didn't find the ones we were looking for thanks anyway and they left. Then me and my son heats some really bad comments refferring to the customers that were there from the two employees and cussing a lot and saying stupid people waste our time to not buy anything and then today I went today to buy some cleats for my son and there was another employee that was about same age as the other two employees and he was in a really bad mood and some other customers asked him something and he was whining and I asked him for some cleats then and he couldn't find it after 15 minutes he came to bench and he threw the box of shoes without saying I found them ma'am or anything and I didn't know if they were mine because he didn't say anything and I said you found them right and he didn't answer and I wanted the shoes for a kid and my son otherwise I wouldn't tolerate that service and in my opinion a customer shouldn't have that service and I don't know if they are the manager and probably they are not in the right position of job because we dont want them to give the shoes to us free and the shoes arent that cheap for us to recieve this service and I think no one forces them to work there because the customers don't deserve that service and if that is not their preference then give the job to someone who can do the job right and for the bad experience I do not recommend this place. read more
