So I started searching for local dealers and came across Castro Valley Sportsmen's Center. When I called, the woman who answered was incredibly kind. She told me she'd be happy to exchange my nets for the correct ones as long as they were new. Fast forward to today, my order finally arrived, and when I called her back, she immediately remembered me. I drove to the shop right away, and she welcomed me with a big smile. She knew exactly who I was and, without hesitation, exchanged my nets. Because of her kindness, I ended up buying a couple more nets while I was there. I sat in the car checking the hours online as the employee with long hair closed up and drove away in their white Mazda hatchback and their bike rack hitch. Is this normal practice?
