Yesterday I went to Perry's knife to inquire how much to sharpen my Miyabi Kaizen Knifes. Tye owner Karen quoted me and as I was leaving she handed me a card if I bring 3 I will pay $15.00. Today I dropped of my knifes including my veggie scissors instead of paying over $40.00 she charged me $25.00. What a deal! She went extra mile to provide excellent customer service. If you are looking to get your knifes sharpen or any thing this is the place to go as she will hook you up. Thank you Karen!

So I've been a long time customer of this knife shop since it was over in north concord, but not any more. I have always got good deals and paid some not so good deals cause I knew what I was buying. This last week my addiction got the better of me and I went in to buy a knife for my father's birthday and myself. Long story short the owner of the store had a mick strider forsale that was used and didn't come with box and docs. She told me that she didn't have any information about the knife and the aforementioned details, said it was from a trade she did with another customer. Said she would only charge me 200 for the knife, me who has never owned a mick strider jumped on the deal because 200 for a used strider is too good to be true. Well it was to good. The knife is a clone copy smf xl from a Chinese knife maker. It's currently being sold on Amazon for 75 dollars by eafengrow a Chinese knife manufacturer. I went in to discuss with the owner about this and she said no returns, and that she was clear with me she doesn't know anything on it, and that she actually thought it was a clone. She never mentioned before selling me the knife it was possibly a clone though so there's that. She wouldn't accept a trade back either for a knife of equal value, as I'm desperate to not own a fake knife and over pay for a fucking used one. She only told me sorry even though she willingly knew it was possibly a clone when she sold it to me. My point of this message is if you go in there be prepared to possibly buy a used clone knife and not get your money back. She Lost a long time big paying customer and honestly I'm embarrassed my first time getting scammed was from a local knife store...

Jason Perry the owner greeted me immediately after entering his store. I originally came in to sharpen my Benchmade 940 due to rolling the blade from cutting a dryer vent pipe. It was $7 each to sharpen a knife but you get one free if you buy a knife. The knife wall was fully stocked and it was a heavenly sight for sure. Jason showed me the few knives I wanted to see in person. He is very passionate about knives for sure! I've been buying most of my knives from Bladehq. However, after meeting Jason and seeing his selection, I'll be supporting his business for sure. Jason showed me his custom made knives and asked me my opinion on handle comfort on the MK3 model he was working on. I had such a great experience that I purchased the Gerber Fastball that I had my eye on for awhile. He sharpened my Benchmade and my Spyderco Endura also and I left a happy man!

Found a great knife for a great price cheaper than Amazon. They have many different types of knifes also

Last week I was running errands and decided to stop by Perry's Knife and Tactical after having driven by a few times but never going in. I recently had ordered a knife on Amazon for my fiancé and after talking/meeting with Jason I realized what I purchased for her was not comparable and the best option for self-defense/protection. I purchased two Spyderco knives and also a Taser Pulse + for my fiancé. Jason was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions that I had. There was no sales pressure and I was very happy with my purchase.

The knives they sharpened for me were very sharp! Also the 3 for $15 was nice considering there's no other knife sharpening place in the area.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Do not let them sharpen your knives they basically ruined my shaman putting a recurve next to the choil and rounded the tip off.

I DROVE 1 HOUR JUST FOR THIS STORE! My first actual real quality knife I've bought. Couldn't ask for more! The customer service was exceptional. Coming from a person who works in customer service. The owner assisted me with selecting from more than +20 beautiful knives I was debating on. I will definitely be returning for more knives and to take advantage of the personalized custom knife building they offer! If you are thinking of getting a knife for a line of work you are in or just EDC I highly recommend this store, don't settle for another chain store knife. This is a one and done shop!

I was greeted as I entered the store. I did notice quite a few people waiting. I scanned the QR code, and was 7th in line. I observed other people waiting. Some looked annoyed. It seems like if you're not in line to do paperwork or pick up, it's easy to feel overlooked. I arrived at 12:20 and finished everything: DoJ paperwork, demo, and fingerprint/background payment at 1:09pm. Tabitha assisted me and also scheduled my pickup appointment. She is a gem and gave excellent service. I would recommend doing all firearm-related purchases, paperwork, or pick-ups during the workweek and before 4pm. Use your PTO. You earned it and deserve it. No excuses. Word on the street is that speedy service isn't available on the weekend, and Sunday is the worst day. You've been warned. I purchased my firearm online, completed the demo & paperwork on a Tuesday, and had a pick-up appointment 10 days later on a Friday at 1pm. I also received a text message on pick-up day reminding me to be on time. For appointments, they'll call your name; no need to scan the QR code. My name was called at 1:05, and I was walking out to my car with my firearm by 1:30pm. Shoutout to Edwin. He also provided superb customer service. I visited the store on Saturday evening around 6:30 to pick up a mag loader, and the gun counter was practically a ghost town. The sales associate assisting me at the front said that, hours earlier, roughly 100 people were waiting. Overall, my experience was splendid. I'll definitely be a frequent customer, and I live 48 miles away.

The boat had ongoing issues immediately after purchase, and despite multiple attempts over several months to get them resolved, the problems were not properly addressed. After significant delays, the boat was finally inspected and a hole in the console was discovered, which was allowing water intrusion into the vessel. I brought the boat in for repair expecting a resolution, but when it was returned, the condition was actually worse. Components were loose, poorly fitted, and the overall workmanship was unacceptable. The original issue was not fully resolved, and additional problems appeared after their service work. At this time, Bass Pro Shops in Manteca still has possession of my boat, and I have been unable to get any clear communication or updates despite multiple attempts to follow up. My calls are not being returned, and I'm being left without answers or a timeline for resolution. To make matters worse, the warranty service department has stated that the issue is not their responsibility and that it falls on the dealer, who they believe caused the damage during service. I am now stuck in the middle with no one taking responsibility, no repair progress, and no clear path forward, which has been extremely frustrating and concerning given the cost and seriousness of the purchase. At this point, I am extremely concerned about the quality control and service standards. For a major purchase like a boat, I expected far better support and accountability. I hope management takes these issues seriously and improves how warranty and repair cases are handled for customers.
