This is a cool LGS (local gun store) that has tons of guns. Given the space it's packed with pretty much everything if you are into guns. It has guns/ammo/reloading supplies and accessories. What makes the shop unique is that they have a lot of stuff in new guns/used guns/consignment. I came here because my friend was able to find that they have the gun he wanted whereas everywhere else pretty much sold out. I happened to find something here also not found anywhere else. They have this no haggle policy posted everywhere so at least it saves you the trouble of wanting to get a "deal." The price is standard but not over priced. They also helped me to ship a gun that needed to go back to factory even though they didn't sell the gun (which is interesting because some stores won't do it unless you bought the gun there). They did charge me but it's not super expensive and they don't charge anything extra like storage fees or other processing fee so I considered it fair. Once again they have a lot of stuff and I found a couple items there that are low priced than anywhere else but you have to look for the ones you want. Good service and I like the people there. No BS but not money hungry like the ones near the peninsula. Parking is weird as even though they have the parking lot it's full even in the morning before the store is open but at least you can find parking on the street nearby. read more

im giving a 3 star because the person that helped was very rude. I dont know his name hes a big guy with glasses, a beard and has tattoos but he made me feel extremely uncomfortable. It was my first time buying a gun and I told him that and the way he was talking to me it made it seem like he was trying to make me feel stupid. He needs to learn how to talk to people. But I bought the gun anyway because they were the only ones in my area who had it. Now the pick up process was great. I was helped by I believe his name was PK. Asian dude with glasses and a black hat. He was extremely nice and showed me all the safety tips and how to properly handle the gun. Im most likely never gonna shop here again because of that rude guy who first helped me. Now that I have the gun I want I will take my business for ammo and parts somewhere else. Service 5/5 I came here to take my firearm safety test and select a firearm for purchase. Passed my test, got my firearm safety certificate and put money down on my first firearm. They keep the store locked so you have to ring the bell to be let in. You are also made aware by the sign that they are recording audio and video. Customer service was excellent. The gentleman who administered my test offered me water to drink. As I had told him I hadn't eaten and was feeling very weak. I was given all the knowledge I needed about the firearm I chose. They called me when it was ready for pickup. Made sure I could demonstrate all the safety protocols. I also purchased practice ammo and home defense ammo. The entire experience went well for me. Each staff member who I had interaction with was nothing short of helpful, friendly and professional. Selection 3/5 I'll rate down the middle on this. I'm not an expert so I can't judge oh well or how lacking their selection may be. I know they had something perfect for me. I purchased several firearms from this gun dealer. I will not go back. Poor customer service. Very rude and disrespectful. Not willing to have a conversation or show the product. I went in to purchase a specific firearm at a fair price. The sales clerk a middle aged guy is not a gun smith. Made several negative comments on my purchase and I had a hard time with the sale clerk even coming over and helping me. The reason I am writing this review is that the credit card information I used for that purchase solely was used illegally. I never used this credit card for anything else. My information and credit card were used to purchase a bunch of things on line. My bank notified me a few day later about several charges. I despited them all and canceled the card. Herman is rude and made me uncomfortable. This is my first purchase and he started testing me and making me lock the slide on all the guns I was holding. He picked out some big ones and I have way smaller hands than him. He told me if I buy a gun and then pick it up he won't let me have it if I can't lock it. Who says that to a customer ?? Why would I buy a firearm that I can't pick up ? And didn't even want it in the first place.. That's why I'm coming into the shop is to get a feel for what I like. Then he told me to go practice more if I wanna buy. I've been to the range and practicing shooting / safety so many times with different firearms and I have an idea of what I wanted. my friends have been telling me to go get my own for a while. It's not for fun it's for safety purposes anyway. I didn't expect to be tested and talked down to when I'm looking at the firearms. I was already nervous since it's my first time buying. He was really nasty to me even after I told him I don't like how he's treating me. Instead of acting nicer he double downed and was even more rude to me. I went to a different shop where they immensely helped me pick out my first one and I had a way better / opposite experience. Also when I called earlier before 12:45 I asked if I can come in since they closed at 1:30. ( I live 15 min away ). I been coming here since I was 19 out of all the stores around Napa valley and Solano county. It's by far the best I didn't know anything about guns like absolutely nothing and thanks to Fred, Paul, Al, jeb may be butchering the name sorry and Aj heck and everyone else I've learned much! Staff is wonderful they actually hand you the gun and teach you about it unlike all the other places! I'm 27 now and I will only do business with them till the day I die and I will vouch that they have theee best deals for firearms. Expect a brief discussion of your needs before they let you in - I assume it's a security screening (good thing, actually) based on the nature of their business (but I recommend you arrive with a specific purpose in mind and volunteer that to the "greeter"). As a first time firearm buyer in California, the process can seem daunting. After visiting Triple A's website I was prepared with the documents and identification I needed before I visited the store. I was interested in 2 1911s and the staff helped me choose the one I'd be happiest with. It would be a good idea to do some YouTube research on the gun you purchase - CA requires a basic demonstration that you know how to safely load and discharge the gun when you pick it up after the waiting period. Of all the gun shops in the Bay, these guys are, without doubt, the absolute worst I've interacted with. I think we've all encountered plenty of not-so-friendly clerks behind the counter from time to time, but this store takes the cake. Every one of them sports an f-you attitude, in-store and over the phone, that just oozes a well-worn "I could care less" mentality. Over email, good luck getting an answer. If they do, it's short, no helpful, with the same attitude. Don't bother asking a questions without some blowback, or think about getting even close to a competitive price. As the rep told me: "Yeah bro, we have all the guns people want. So we don't have to do that!" That's a real quote. If you hang truck nuts on your King Ranch and call yourself an "Alpha", this is your store, I guess. If you're looking for a reliable, trustworthy place to transfer, take a look at different models, and just generally feel like a member of the 2A community, I would strongly advise you look at the many other fine establishments of the Bay for your sporting goods needs. It was a great experienced at first when I purchased my Pistol with the good old Frank but when I came back after 2 years and purchased my first Rifle, unfortunately I was assigned to this sarcastic asian guy that looks like doesn't have no interest on selling their items. I was there asking ofcourse some question about the DD and other AR 15 platform selections but he showed me attitude like I don't have the capabality to buy one but anyways after that I called his manager's attention that at least be respectfull to their customer but then when I came back for another day to help one friend and had time to ask for another rifle, the manager ask for the SKU of the rifle and ofcourse with the trust on him not knowingly letting him had my cellphone to check on his computer and without my authority, they took some pictures of my conversation with other friend telling him I was assigned again with this same asian guy having some attitude on customers and suddenly the clerk who attended my friend, telling us about that txt message, you shouldn't do that, be nice. blah! blah! Lesson learned from this, never ever deal with this unethiquette people, you can have all the guns in the market but the attitude and customer service should still be incorporated because we are customers and we deserve to be treated right and with respect. read more

Gun store during the pandemic in a California urban center. With that said, I saw a posting for an item I've been seeking for a while, so decided to bite the bullet and set my sights to visit them. No more of that I promise. I read all the reviews, and the website regarding bringing paperwork and such, so I came ready with everything. I showed up, second in line at the door, told the guy at the door what I was here for, showed my paperwork, and I was in the shop in no time. Looks were deceiving, from outside it looked like nothing was going on, but inside all the reps were servicing customers, and given it isn't the biggest place and pandemic, they were doing their best to space everyone out while servicing. Gave me a little time to peruse their stock and was stunned how much they actually had in stock. If you're looking for a popular polymer (Glock, Sig, HK, Beretta, Springfield, etc etc), check this place out, really great in stock selection, and pricing was reasonable given current conditions, and they have a ton of used inventory as well, with many popular models represented. Then it was my turn, I knew what I wanted but the rep was accommodating letting me cross shop and fiddle with some other models and briefly talked about them. I didn't want to take up too much of their time, so I made my selection and we began the process. I appreciated them letting me do some cross shopping because it's a challenging opportunity locally to be able to see popular items in person. Everything was very smooth, efficient, and most importantly well explained, to the point it was like a script. We began the paperwork, they explained the procedure, 10-12 day wait for the item, and explained that they will call me to schedule a return visit to pick it up, they will call once it is ready for pick up so do not call/visit them on the 10th day right at opening. And called they did, scheduled the appointment, and I returned. Finished the paperwork, did the safety demonstration, and I had the guy walk me through the operating the item like field stripping, etc, I always appreciate extra instruction. He really took his time to make sure I understood everything, asked if I had questions, and made sure I was comfortable with the purchase. I also observed that there was a first time buyer at the other counter, and the rep went out of his way to really explain everything needed for ownership, what to do at the range, operating the item, and really took his time etc etc. I also observed some window shoppers as well that all got serviced, questions answered, items shown, etc. I was able to pick up two boxes of ammo at a very reasonable price, but they don't sell ammo separately at this time. Bought some other knick knacks to help support them, and out the door. I'd say each visit was about 45 minutes from when I got out of my car to when I got back in, probably could've been faster if I was more matter of fact. All in all, very well organized, efficient, and safe experience. What was surprising was how personable everything was. I was fortunate that there was no lines when I visited, so a good tip is that there isn't much waiting room inside, maybe enough for 1-2 people to wait for a rep, so if you drive by and don't see a line, you'll probably get in immediately. They don't do appointments unless you're picking something up, no check in system, etc etc, so if you drive by and see little to no line, you'll get in quick. read more

I give 5 stars for the inventory and efficiency. They are probably the only dealer in the area that still have inventory. Call ahead and ask before show up, that save everyone's time. Have all the paper work and identification ready , you will be in and out very quickly. 10 days waiting period, someone will call you to schedule an appointment for pick up. You show up at exact time, go in and out. They don't wast nobody's time. This is not the place to make friend. No one is your buddy in this store. Get your business done and get out. Friendly and knowledgeable staff, huge selection of firearms. Eventhough I was the only female in the store the couple of times we visited, I was not made to feel uncomfortable. During our first visit, we stayed for about 15 minutes as my husband inquired about rifles. I was surprised that they remembered him when we returned a few weeks later. He eventually purchased a rifle on our second visit. He's looking forward to his third visit this weekend when he finally picks up his purchase. I went to this store because it was closest to me, I was not expecting what I saw. It was amazing and bigger than I had assumed. So many options and the customer service was the best! Big guy in the front let me in and checked my ID and made sure I was going to be able to make a purchase & browse. I told him I just wanted to purchase some ammo and he pointed me towards a person behind the counter. The person I met was Frank and he was such a genuine and nice person. I told him what I needed & he led me the way and gave me plenty options and explained the different grades and types of ammo was there. He made it quick and easy to get in and get out with exactly what I needed! Again thank you Frank and when I visit next I will get the big guys name too, he lent me $1 because I never carry cash and you need cash to make a first time purchase to check your background I believe. The employee I encountered didn't allow me to enter the store . He interrogated me about what I came for in the door way . When I asked why he was speaking to me in such a hostile way , he replied " this ain't Walmart , do you want the ammo or not " . I reminded him that it was still customer service regardless of the products & that there was no need to communicate with people of the community in such a disrespectful & hostile manner. Not sure if it was my skin tone or the 3 piece suit I had on that made him treat me in such a way but I'm just not ok with spending my money where I am out right disrespected .
