An empty store in the plaza. More clothes than shoes. The shoe selection is scarce. They have a lot of ed hardy and von Dutch clothes. They also have another brand that I'm not familiar with. This location reminds me of a knock off shoe store. I will just have to stick to the Richmond location. The service was lacking. The 2 cashiers were more concerned about winning a shoe raffle than seeing if the customers needed help. The security guard was more attentive. read more

Unfortunately I was scammed by this store. Do NOT trust them. When I came into the store I spoke w Gabriella. I explained to Gabriella that I had placed my order at 6:33pm and although their email order confirmation says I can cancel my order within the hour, it did not let me. So, I called the store at 7:08pm and they said to come in and they could cancel it in the store. Unfortunately this is NOT what happened. Instead I was charged a second time. When I called and spoke w Gabrielle the next day, she said to not worry to wait 5-7 days for the refund to go back to the original form of payment. Well today is 7 days later and there's no pending credit or refund back to my card and only shows the two charges on my card. So I called the store back and asked to speak w a manager but since she was not in I spoke w Emily, the assistant store manager and she said that Gabrielle was not in and to call their customer service number at 1-844-362-4422. I called their customer service number and they were unable to help. They said they would take a message and someone from their online escalation dept would call me back within 24 hours. Luckily I can and will be disputing the duplicate charges with my credit card. They charged me a total of $371.46 for a pair of shoes. It sucks bc I spoke to their staff and thought they were good people and I empathized w Gabrielle's story about how some people have come in and stolen from their store before but in all honesty I can see why they do that if this is how they treat honest hard working paying customers. In short my only hope at this point is to dispute all Hibbett's charges with my credit card company and I hope that Citibank is able to refund me the disputed funds. Such a shame. I expected more from this store and its workers but just beware that they'll charge you twice and won't even blink twice with no conscious or consideration of what your situation might be. I've never really heard of Hibbett before but it's located right next to my Optometrist. This location is where Choice used to be at the plaza. So after my eyes were dilated and I couldn't drive I went in to check it out. It's actually a sports clothing store that has all brand names like a Champs, Shoe locker etc. it's nice to have this in Vallejo so you don't have to travel far or go to the mall if you're looking for something. I asked for the prices of shoes and when things go on sale and one of the workers said that you can check online on the Hibbett website on Tuesdays when sales/discounts are usually released. I did t really compare much of the prices but they seem fairly priced. The workers were really nice and same feel as going into the mall. I don't think many people know about it but if I'm in need of something or a last minute gift I would prob come out here to check it out. read more

I always enjoy my time when shopping at Hibbett, to be honest they are a hidden gem. I really like their selection of shoes and clothes, I buy both! They have great sales for adults and kids, good vibes, there is always someone willing to help when they see I'm having a hard time deciding. All of my questions get asked, and when they didn't have shoes in my size they ordered them in. They arrived with thin a 48 window frame. The young woman named Erniyah( with the braids) is always friendly, knowledgeable and helpful! She's been super helpful my last few visits there! Word on the street is that Hibbett is your best bet for scoring some nike Dunks - just because they are lesser known. Mostly online this is useful but thought I would take a look at what was in stock. Running shoes, sandals and casual shoes can be found here. Staff didn't fuss over - so there is a no pressure environment if you like that sort of thing. Did notice that one of the shoes on display had the nike swoosh peeling off a bit - seems like the glue that gets utilized is ever worse or maybe the environmentalists have something to do with it.... read more

I made a purchase online for a pair of shoes. I decided after I had received it I would just go ahead and return in the store. Boy was that a mistake. So I asked the young lady in the cashier stand if I can return an item I purchased online at the store and she said yes. Rather than giving me my refund there she said that the item would have to be sent back via mail and they would do it for me. Ok cool she provided me a tracking number and a shipping label plus email confirmation. All I needed to do was track my item as it would be sent thru USPS. What ended up happening is she never sent the item back to the warehouse therefore I never received my refund. I called headquarters and they said they had no record of the item ever being shipped however there was an existing tracking number. They said they would get back to me which is another way of saying no. So I decided to just file a claim with my credit card company and they happily gave me provisional credit while they conduct their own investigation. With that I would never recommend ever making a purchase here nor would ever step foot at this establishment again. read more

I ordered 4 pairs of levis because they were on sale and when I checked the status of my order the next day I seen they cancelled my order. I contacted customer service and asked why they cancelled my order and they said "They had sufficient evidence I was going to resell their products so they banned me from buying anything online EVER" This is outrageous! First things first, if you're going to shop with Hibbett sports in Vallejo you better do it in store because if you place an order online, they'll make up a story saying someone with your same name and order number and shoe request picked up your product and then they won't give you your money back or give you the pair of shoes that you ordered. The girl working the counter really thought I believed her BS, she came back saying yeah, we know who who came in and got the shoes. Well, then why aren't you just refunding me my money or giving me the pair of shoes instead of having me pay for another pair of shoes? Another waste of a business in the Vallejo plaza. They are false advertising to reel in customers. They had Nike jerseys 50% off with a bright red sale sign but the only jerseys they had were Mitchell & Ness and Jordan brands.. I asked if the Jordan jersey on the rack was on sale (Jordan is owned by Nike, not to mention it said Nike on the sales tag) but of course it wasn't. It just shows that the business owners have no common sense and they really just want to take all of your money. When Foot Locker opens in Vallejo they will definitely be going out of business. I ordered a pair of Airmax pro hot pink $230 shipped from Antioch location. When I received the shoes and open the box they looked worn with black all over the bottom of them. So obviously they were worn. If so why weren't they clean before they were shipped to me? I called politely asked to speak to a supervisor. Very rude girl answered the phone because I politely described in my situation. Her answer was I'm a supervisor what do you want me to do you have the shoes? Totally threw me off guard! If I could give negative stars I would. This place is criminal and the manager is an absolute idiot with a pea for a brain. I bought some xmas gifts here, and one of the purchases (a pair of nike sweats) didn't fit my nephew so I went back to return them. When she took them out of the bag she commented with a crazy face that there was some dog hair on them. To be fair there was a poof of a ball of fur that had somehow gotten into the shopping bag but the pants were NOT covered in dog hair!!! Hello people that have animals in their homes and sometimes hair is in the air and can attach to clothing. The present was opened in my nephews home where they have a big white husky. When he didn't like the sweats, my sister put them back in a bag and brought them to me so I could return them. I didn't even bother looking closely at them, as they hadn't been worn for more than 10 seconds while he tried them on! What store will not return an item that had not been worn!!!!! My conversation with the manager got more and more absurd and escalated into a very unpleasant place including her bringing her staff into the conversation to gang up on me. I spoke to a district manager and now I have to return these SAME pants in the exact condition to their Richmond Store - not convenient at all. I'm all for backing your employees, but in this case solid policy and reason needed to trump his manager's ego! If a customer brings in an item that has NOT been worn, it should be able to be returned period end of story. I offered to send that district manager pictures of the sweats right then and there so he could see the condition! He didn't take me up on it and if he had, he'd have seen they did NOT have hair all over them. I have to say that right before xmas when I first discovered this store I was so excited. Thought they had cool things and was happy to have found it. That same manager told me it was most likely going to be shut down because of people always stealing. I felt bad hearing that. But guess what, now, as a paying customer, they are doing the same thing to me! Very dumb and horrible way to do business. Good riddance. This company is a sham and that manager is not doing herself any favors by treating customers that way. I have worked with retailers in my line of work for 20+ years and i've never ever encountered this kind of situation - NOT ONCE - Definitely not normal. Their customer service needs some SERIOUS work. I've been in here a handful of times and it's always been hit or miss as far as friendliness, ok no biggie...people have bad days, give them all the benefit of the doubt. I tried on some shoes that had a sale tag (not a sticker, a tag that was intentionally placed)...the employee asked if I wanted to see a diff pair since it didn't look like they had my size in stock. I said 'ehh that's ok, I was just looking at these since they're on sale' it was just going to be an impulse buy. Then she realizes they do have my size and she has to go to the back to the find the other shoe...she takes a solid 10 mins while I wait wondering what's taking so long. I thought maybe I should leave, I didn't even want the shoes THAT bad. But I think ahh maybe she's searching everywhere and don't wanna leave her hanging, she was a nice girl. Finally comes out and takes me to the register. This is where things get real weird. She scans the shoes and tells me the total which is the full price...I ask her "aren't they on sale?"...at this point the manager is at the register next to her and sees that I have a question and look confused about the price. I ask the manager "isn't this on sale?" She replies "no these aren't on sale"...I ask the original employee "remember the tag on the shoe, can you go grab the shoe with the sale tag?" So she grabs it an shows the manager...manager looks annoyed and says "it's not on sale but I'll honor it" and she cuts the sale tag off. Ok great, that was resolved quickly. Not nicely, but quickly. So now back to original employee..shes trying to have me check out asks me if I'm paying with cash, I say "no I have apply pay" she says ok. She does who knows what and a receipt comes out and she says "oops I processed it as if you paid me cash" so she goes and asks another gentleman Blake who starts helping her resolve this. He's really trying to figure out a way to not have his register short on cash, figure out a way for me to pay, and fix this issue that employee made. At this point, I've been in the store for 25/30 mins and ask him "do you think you can fix your cash issue after I checkout?". Because at this point, I just want to pay and leave. Then I figure they can resolve whatever she did after I've paid. He says "ok yeah, I'm just going to do a return so it looks like the cash was given back then you can buy them"..,another few mins pass. I'm over it now. I said "it's ok, I'll just pass on them it's just taking a while thanks so much." Manager steps back in and says "well you need to sign this receipt"...and I said "what? Why would I need to sign anything? I never bought anything, scanned anything, gave you a number..I have nothing to do with this...you can sign it yourself". Blake is still tiring to resolve things nicely meanwhile the manager is now blaming me telling me "I don't care" and was just so unbelievably rude. Not sure how she's in management or how she's kept the position she has. If you read this long pointless story, just be aware of how careless and rude management is...oh and just stay away until they find new management read more

I ordered on 04/24/2023 & they shipped on 04/27/2023. But it's just the label printed nothing else until now. I called UPS, UPS said they don't have this order in their position which is they never call UPS for pick up this item. They have to cancel my order & give me refund back, I like this shoes, but it's end up I can't get this shoes. I called customer service dept, they just gave me different answer every time include their supervisor. The website shows it shipped but no tracking #, I have to force 1 of the customer rep to find out tracking #, otherwise, I even cannot get tracking #. I never saw a service like this before. Website shows shipped but it's under processing when you click tracking info. The chat system shows complete. It's different answer everywhere. I called customer support, some customer rep said it's even not ship, I feel like it's drama here. Their 1 of email subject shows my order is ready to ship, but message said it's delayed & never said how long for the delay. 1 of customer rep said I will receive email about tracking #, but I never received.
