If you're there for Amazon returns, just know you'll need to head upstairs. There are signs letting you know that Amazon returns are on the second floor, and you can take the escalator up. Once you get there, there are additional signs directing you to the correct area, and the counter is clearly marked for Amazon returns only although you'll still see some people mistakenly trying to return Kohl's items there. The staff upstairs are usually friendly and helpful. One tip: make sure you already have your Amazon return code ready in the app before you get to the counter. It keeps the line moving and saves you from fumbling while others are waiting.
