Once you get there, there are additional signs directing you to the correct area, and the counter is clearly marked for Amazon returns only although you'll still see some people mistakenly trying to return Kohl's items there. The staff upstairs are usually friendly and helpful. One tip: make sure you already have your Amazon return code ready in the app before you get to the counter. It keeps the line moving and saves you from fumbling while others are waiting.
