Lance's fitting made a huge difference for me, he's knowledgeable and very happy to explain the mechanics of your gun. Couldn't be happier.

I always saw lance in his trailer working on guns and I finally was curious on what he would say about my shotgun.

I purchased a Staccato online and they listed this place as a vendor that they ship to. Having…read morelived in Walnut Creek for a few years, I was actually surprised to see that this place exists. It's real and they've been in business for 10 years or so. Ronnie was super friendly when I reached out to him. Apparently, he communicates via text only which is totally fine. He was able to communicate everything needed to properly purchase. I also appreciated that he texted a picture of the back of the building because the location is tucked inside of a block and hard to navigate if you've never been there before. Michelle helped me out with paperwork and she was super friendly. They both treated me very well and were very helpful when it came to helping me with my transaction. While their transfer fee is the most I've ever paid, it's important for me to support local shops like this, and because they're appointment only, it feels good to be the only person in the store. Overall, I plan to have all of my future online purchases go through this shop. This is an A+ establishment. Some tips for people considering coming here: - Ronnie is text only, but is pretty quick to respond. - The building that they're in isn't exactly visible from the street. - Ronnie doesn't sell to people who hunt animals and is pretty transparent about that. - They're cash only.

As a first-time buyer, I had a lot of questions, and Ronnie took the time to walk me through safety, components, what to look for, current regulations, and responsible ownership. Being former law enforcement, he really emphasizes education and making sure people understand both the responsibility and the laws that come with firearm ownership. They've moved away from the traditional storefront model and are more selective with who they work with, which made the experience feel much more personal and trustworthy. They're also great for transfers and ammo. They didn't just sell me a firearm and send me on my way...they connected me with trusted people for training, cleaning, and maintenance as well.

The staff were incredibly welcoming, patient, and helpful, which made a huge difference as a first-timer. Huge shoutout to Mark Francisco for taking the time to teach my son and me the fundamentals. He explained everything clearly and made us feel comfortable and safe the entire time. Thanks to Mark's guidance, we left feeling confident shooting and had so much fun. I recently got into this sport, and this experience definitely made me want to keep going. We will definitely be back!

Told him so, and instead of just helping me out he got an attitude about it - "well you're supposed to have it." I asked if he could just pull it up on the computer and he said "that's not the point." I said ok but you guys obviously have a backup of it somewhere right? Same answer again, "it's not the point, you're supposed to have it." He did end up giving me a new card eventually, so it clearly wasn't actually a big deal, he just wanted to make me feel bad about it first for some reason. Not the first issue I've had with him either. He's got this habit of jumping in to "help" the women in a group - wife, girlfriend, daughter, whoever - even when the guy she's with is a certified instructor or a vet who knows exactly what he's doing. Happened to people I know more than once. Kind of insulting honestly. What industry are you allowed to argue with, talk down to, and disrespect your paying customers and still keep your job? Apparently this one. Look, I get that rules are rules, but there's a way to enforce them without being a jerk about it. After 30 years as a customer, this is it for me - I won't be doing the public shoots there anymore. Hard to recommend the place when this is the kind of experience you can run into. Middle pic to show I am not just some brand new shooter thinking I know everything.

It has guns/ammo/reloading supplies and accessories. What makes the shop unique is that they have a lot of stuff in new guns/used guns/consignment. I came here because my friend was able to find that they have the gun he wanted whereas everywhere else pretty much sold out. I happened to find something here also not found anywhere else. They have this no haggle policy posted everywhere so at least it saves you the trouble of wanting to get a "deal." The price is standard but not over priced. They also helped me to ship a gun that needed to go back to factory even though they didn't sell the gun (which is interesting because some stores won't do it unless you bought the gun there). They did charge me but it's not super expensive and they don't charge anything extra like storage fees or other processing fee so I considered it fair. Once again they have a lot of stuff and I found a couple items there that are low priced than anywhere else but you have to look for the ones you want. Good service and I like the people there. No BS but not money hungry like the ones near the peninsula. Parking is weird as even though they have the parking lot it's full even in the morning before the store is open but at least you can find parking on the street nearby.

It was my first time buying a gun and I told him that and the way he was talking to me it made it seem like he was trying to make me feel stupid. He needs to learn how to talk to people. But I bought the gun anyway because they were the only ones in my area who had it. Now the pick up process was great. I was helped by I believe his name was PK. Asian dude with glasses and a black hat. He was extremely nice and showed me all the safety tips and how to properly handle the gun. Im most likely never gonna shop here again because of that rude guy who first helped me. Now that I have the gun I want I will take my business for ammo and parts somewhere else. I really hope the managers read this review and tell that guy he needs to work on his people skills. The guy is a complete jerk.
