When I checked out Delta Sharpening, I was pretty skeptical. No reviews, no background, but I liked his responses to my questions and comments, so decided to try him out. Brought him 5 knives of various pedigree, 2 that were at least 40 years old but I use all the time, a favorite pocket knife that I could never get sharp and a couple newer ones. When I picked them up, they were the sharpest I have ever seen! Jeff's pricing is very reasonable, especially for the results, and he's a very amiable guy, which just adds to the experience. I know this is his first review, which would make me skeptical if I were looking, but give him a try. I'm willing to bet you'll be pleased as well.

Too much metal taken away and lots of metal dust left on the blades…read more There were excessive dark streaks left from the sharpening process on my knives that took soapy washes and extra rubbing and wiping to make sure the dust was completely gone. The knives were wrapped way too tight. It was a challenge to cut through the tape. The owner is a good and decent man and I like the kiosk location. His prices are fair.
