So nice! :) I bookmarked this spot to visit since it was my boyfriend's 1st visit in Berkeley, and I thought this was a cool store to check out. We did have to check in his backpack at the entrance of the store, which is no issue. They have lots of selection of music, and my bf found a vinyl that he has been looking for a long time - The Big Lebowski one. He was so happy! This is definitely a good spot to check out if you're into music and especially if you want to get vinyls and cds. They also have some cool lunch boxes and posters as well plus other interesting items. Parking in Berkeley can be tough though. We drive around for about 18 minutes before we finally found a spot to park.

They were 3 brand new Switch 2 games, completely factory sealed and within the return window. An employee named BRYAN, a senior associate there that clearly didn't want to be there evidenced by his bed hair, told me that they could not accept the return because GameStop.com orders have a special return system and needed to be returned to specific stores around the country. That doesn't make sense for a completely unmarked, completely factory sealed game. Even worse, I had talked to GameStop.com customer service before going to the brick and mortar store who told me the returns were all cleared to be done at this particular store. Now I got to call them back, wait another hour to talk somebody and be told the same thing? This is crazy and HORRENDOUS CUSTOMER SERVICE. If this employee Bryan is incorrect, then he would've wasted one hour of my time to drive to the store, one hour of talking to customer service, and he was simply lazy to do the return himself (there was a line forming behind me). Now I have to repeat this process again and maybe not be able to return this at all? The owner is very gracious and patient. She gives you the time you need to browse wigs and then will help you fit the wigs gently, giving plenty of space to get a feel for them. I wasn't dressed in any kind of way that would suggest my financial situation, regardless I felt judged by that, as if I weren't a serious buyer - which I was). She also looked at my hair and said I didn't "need" a wig, and I do respect that these wigs can be so useful for people with a medical condition but nothing about the store from the outside made me think I needed to prove a medical need for the wig before purchasing. The whole experience was awful. I felt judged and sized up and like I was a terrible person for even looking at wigs when I had hair. If these are "serious" wigs for medical purposes I think this should he made clear so someone doesn't feel shamed for shopping for a wig for any other reason. If I am coming into the shop alone and planning to purchase a wig, why side eye me like this? It's not like I was with a group of friends laughing and trying things on without an intention to buy. I also don't think it's appropriate to make those kind of assumptions about anyone - she does not know my health situation.
