Worst manager in the store, she refuses to exchange or return an item with a my receipt she was rude and arguing with me when I clearly got my receipt! Worst manager ever not helping a customer purchase date 7/16/23 todays date 7/22/23 item is defective she didn't even open it to check herself are you kidding me the item is open how I'm I supposed to know if the item is not defective she's not following the store policy

Pay close attention to the price tag on the merchandise and to how much you are actually charged

The first impression was the worst impression. This store is rather large and the selection is good. There is a lot of traffic here and I was surprised that there were only 2 employees working in the middle of a Saturday afternoon. The checkout line was a verrrrrry long wait. Associates were friendly, but not very fast and there was no real urgency to get the line moving quickly. My son seen a pre-owned game that he wanted, and we went to pay for it. The price tag says $12.99, the associate rang me up at $13.49. ***(SEE ATTACHED PHOTO)*** Once I realized the incorrect charge, there was no way I was going to go back in the store and wait another "eternity" just for a little over a dollar. My point being is to pay close attention to the transaction, imagine how many other items are marked a lower price and this store over charges you. To me it was $1.50, but the store as a whole could make thousands. Just saying.

Usually, when this customary…read moregreeting and query is conveyed, the forced inflection is obvious, leaving one to wonder why, if unhappy with their employ, they remain in it; this however, was not the case with Brandon, who, I sensed, really enjoyed meeting people irrespective of common interests and showcasing his considerable knowledge and understanding of the patterns in pricing and the driving mechanism behind the sales value of sports cards. I went there to sell some baseball cards and walked out of there edified -- I got schooled instead. But I could not be happier about it, for the process by which I, and apparently many others, gage the value of our cards, coins or what have you, is faulty and can lead to frustration and disappointment because you believe that, unlike others with the same items, you are not getting the supposed value of your precious items. Not only did Brandon take the time to explain the process by which we dupe ourselves into thinking we have that special card and will amass quite the premium for it, but demonstrated the process for me in real time. What he showed me was precisely what I did, and was doing, in assessing the worth of my saleable items. I walked out of his pretty snappy business educated and less frustrated. It made sense, and I can now approach my vocation with a different methodology in assessing the value and expected sale price of my coveted coins, ect. I am grateful for Brandon and his store, for at 60 years old, I got schooled. The store itself was stocked with the kind of things gamers fantasize about, and while there, the customers kept coming. This business is obviously doing things the correct way and the store's popularity is testimonial of that. For my part, I always lean toward doing business with the genuine proprietor, even if it means going out of my way a bit to give them my business. I recommend this store for the products available as well as for the pleasant people there operating it. There is parking along the street and room for several cars without having to walk a distance.

They're really helpful. They have a few long boxes set up in the front with 1 dollar comics and 5 dollar graphic novels in the front of the store. Singles are kept in the 1$ long boxes which include a lot Marvel, Image, Valiant, Ultraverse comics from the 90s, you'll also find some DC and vertigo titles as well. Sifting through these boxes gave me flashbacks of when I was a comic collector in the 90s. Towards the back left and back wall of the store, you'll find shelves of graphic novels, omnibus, and other collected editions. Back issues are set up on a large table in the back. You can find a mixed selection of different titles from Silver age to modern. I found surprising inventory of certain title runs. I have a bit more exploring to do in this store. Crush carries good comic storage stuff - boxes, bags and boards (BCW brand) on the right side of the store.

As soon as Redbox went dark any content you downloaded from your Internet account was gone, as what you really had was a license to play the titles, not outright ownership. The same of course goes for any content you store on the cloud. If you end a relationship with a music or entertainment content provider be it Spotify, Spectrum or Comcast, what you think is yours goes Poof! My approach has always been to own physical media outright believing that even if my CDs and DVDs are technically a license, chances are that a Universal Studios or Warner Brothers Music SWAT team is not invading my home to retrieve my ancient copy of Forest Gump or The Best of Warren Zevon. I could be wrong. I dare them to try it. One bankrupt star for Redbox.

I've just discovered that Netflix DVD Service has the same new releases as Redbox an you don't pay daily fees to keep movies. And its $10 per month for 1 DVD out at a time because sometimes I can't watch a movie right away but lets me do it on my schedule. If you have the time to watch a movie and bring it back the next day great! If not go to an alternative service or even check your local library as they often have the new releases but you wait a long time to be able to check them out due to their popularity.

The games were durable and held up for the event. Even though we were stalled on booking our games (due to the Venue needed to help with the layout), Luiza was still openly optimistic about helping us and in the end we got all the games we wanted. We opted for Ring Toss, Giant Checkers and Clowning Around (Bean Bag Target type of game - see photo). Except for the Giant Checkers, the prices are fairly reasonable. Please note that someone else may think that the price was reasonable...it's all subjective. Here's What I Think.... They have a ton of games from which to choose.
