I've been shopping here since 2005. A huge thanks to Jeff and the team for all their help today selecting a helmet, glove, and cleats. We kept them past closing, but we found the right gear and they never made us feel rushed or inconvenient. Top-notch service, selection, and pricing, what else can you ask for? PS: To anyone reading negative comments about the service, those judgments are shortsighted. The store is BUSY because the staff takes their time helping customers make the right choice. When you're spending hundreds of dollars on sports gear, they ensure you get what actually fits. Jeff and his staff routinely go out of their way for customers, even stepping into the batting cage to test out a bat. If you're looking for quick, surface-level service, stick to standard retailers. If you want deep, expert guidance that takes the necessary time, go to West Coast!

I got my first pair of these last year, loved them, and the fact I was able to get some pairs for $40 (more than 50% off regular) is a great deal. Something I learned is to ask the employees to see if they have extra sizes in the back. The shoe selection for the 9.5 wearers has been kinda weak though. While they have more shoes out on the racks, I feel like the hidden gem is harder to find. The shorts, hoodie and crew neck selection has been pretty solid lately as well. I lot of them are in the $19-30 range. My workout shirt wardrobe needed a refresh, I was able to find a bunch for $14-20. As someone who doesn't like paying full price online, this store continues to be a staple whenever I'm in the area. Selfishly I wish they had more golf polos lol

If you've ever seen high schoolers in Oakland wearing hip-looking prints or clothes with strange logos you've never seen before, this is one of the places you can find them. Since they cater to the local fashion (big people and small people wearing big clothes), most of the sizes are REAL BIG- like XL is a "small" there. I am pretty into the recent trend of putting prints on everything, so this is a great place for me. I just bought a hoodie with skulls all over it to match the rest of my clothes with skulls all over it. Panjsheer Bazaar itself isn't big, but it takes up two retail spaces in the Durant Market mall. They've been in business for around 20 years. The proprietors don't speak great English, but they are pretty friendly. Durant Market is a bit like an indoor flea market, or maybe one of those malls in East Asia- a whole bunch of large retail spaces with almost no walls separating them.

On one occasion I had even walked into the office as they were talking badly about a previous customer, Sleepy Hollow, and how difficult they were to work with. Very unprofessional! I would never recommend using them. They are horribly overpriced! You might as well use another local business or go through an online store like Custom Ink or Teespring.

It's amazing how expensive clothing can be these days even at a discount store like Nordstrom Rack. My husband likes Nordstrom Rack so we shop here. I found a reasonable short sleeve knee length blue and white dress. I loved the pattern and style, but when I tried it on I looked too fluffy. Too bad I was all set to buy it. I loved the fluffy sleeves and the length was perfect. I next checked out the shoes. I found some Birkenstock that were my size, but they were still over $100. Too bad, I could have used another pair. They had some nice swimsuit, but also too expensive. The suit I was looking ing at was $68. I bought my 2 suits for under $40 and were just as nice. DO NOT WORK WITH THE SHADY VENDOR!!! I don't often write reviews, I am writing this to save others…read morefrom my terrible experience. If I could give them less stars I would. So many things wrong with this shady business that I will have to number them. Expensive, terrible quality and shady business practices. I worked with Deen who seemed to be responsive and above board until there were difficulties with my order 1. First, they are not in San Jose, when I finally received my package it was in a dinged up box from Pakistan. I thought I was buying locally, but when I asked to come into the store I was given the run around that it was no longer in San Jose, but somewhere in Burlingame and I was strongly discouraged to come into the shop. That should have been my first clue. 2. I paid $2000 for 32 baseball jerseys which I was purchasing for my son's Marine platoon. I was required to pay upfront and when I asked what if something was wrong, I was assured that they would rectify anything that wasn't perfect. My bad for believing them, don't ever pay in full upfront. 3. Worst of all was the quality of the shirts. I had purchased one for myself, by husband and my other son as well and, thank goodness, I washed them before I sent the rest to Japan. There was white crud all over the shirts because the backing on the decals had not been removed. When I sent pictures I was told they had used a new vendor to make them and would remake them with the new vendor. Wanting my son's team to get the shirts by the time they arrived back in Okinawa from deployment, I spent 20 minutes per shirt painstakingly removing the backing, not perfect, but better than nothing. There were other issues as well: Poorly made button holes, loose threads everywhere, glue where it shouldn't be. 4. After sending a lot of pictures of the poor quality I was told they would remake the order with the new "better vendor". I have been calling every week for the last 3 months and they have been telling me they were waiting for the decals, or they had to change vendors again, etc. I opened my email this morning to an email from them saying that they are unable to remake my order because they cannot make it any better. In conclusion, if I had it to do over again I would absolutely not purchase from NBN Sports. They do terrible work and are completely shady.

He promised delivery dates, and while the first shipment came on time, it was completely wrong. He offered to fix it, but that's when everything went downhill. Shipments kept coming incorrect, double orders were sent, items were missing, and the product was still not what I had ordered. After months of back-and-forth -- with our basketball season already in its final weeks -- we finally received everything. In the meantime, I had to spend thousands of dollars just to give my team something to wear for tournaments because NBN failed to deliver. I lost a lot of money and NBN did nothing to make it right. Despite all this, my rep tried his best and eventually got the first order finished. Then he called and said, "Let me show you we can make it right." Against my better judgment, I gave them another chance. This time I ordered branded clothing and custom-designed shorts. I received samples (not perfect, but close enough), so I placed another large order in June -- spending thousands of dollars again. Since then, I have received nothing. No product, no refund, no communication. Deen has since left the company, likely because of how poorly management operates. Before he left he assured me the refund would happen but given management he was ignored as well. Guy Irmy has refused to pay me back. I've been told he was instructed not to communicate with me and to simply ignore me until I went away. Meanwhile, NBN keeps the money. At this point, I've had to get a lawyer involved and would welcome anyone else who has been scammed by them to join in legal action. They also run under different business names, which I'll add here later. Do not do business with NBN Sports. They are dishonest, unprofessional, and exploit their customers. I would post picture of their work but have nothing
