Love these guys. Have used them multiple times and they are awesome to work with. Highly recommend.read more

So I tried very hard to hire game action mobile video truck. The reviews were good and this was…read morethe closest truck to our location. I went to their website. I submitted their questionnaire. The next day I received a text message reply. I responded and had one simple question that was not listed on their website which was: are there any extra fees other than the $400 for two hours? Are there travel fees or anything else? I did not get an answer. I asked again what are my total fees for you to come to this specified address? I got a . I asked the same question a total of six times and never got an answer. The last response from game action mobile video game truck to me was, "Have a nice day, sir". I told them that - have a nice day - does not answer the question. The next day I called the phone number provided and left a voicemail stating how all I wanna know is what my total cost is and didn't understand why that question couldn't be answered in the text that I was receiving. I never got a call back so a couple days later I left a text stating how their customer service needs major improvement and I went ahead and booked a different game truck. They answered my text in a timely manner, answered all my questions and made me feel very comfortable and not like I was dealing with a flake. So - book at your own discretion. Maybe you will have better luck than I did.

Planet Mix is a great little shop packed wall to wall with CDs, DVDs, some video games, and a few…read morefun collectibles. It has that nostalgic charm that makes you want to take your time and dig around for hidden gems. The worker inside was super friendly and welcoming, and I appreciated being able to browse at my own pace. Prices were fair, and the selection included everything from well-known classics to more obscure finds you don't see too often. The store is owned by The Record Man next door, which focuses more on vinyl records, so it's a nice combo if you're into all kinds of physical media. There's a small parking lot between the two shops which makes it convenient to check out both in one stop. I ended up finding a few cool items to add to my collection and will definitely come back whenever I'm in the area treasure hunting.

I came here out of curiosity and discovered an extensive collection of classical music records,…read moreincluding vintage Deutsche Grammophon records from tons of composers! All records in here are just $5, which made buying here an absolute treat. I walked out with 4 LPs for the price of a lunch. The two gentlemen at the front desk were very friendly. They went in the back to look for Pet Shop Boys and Depeche Mode when I asked, and brought out CDs even though they did not have the vinyls. It turns out they are attached to the neighboring Record Man store, and they suggested I look there for LPs. I would definitely come back and highly recommend!

We rented a few games from Video Amusement for an offsite Corporate Event. The drivers arrived on…read moretime and had the games set up in no time. They were efficient. The games were durable and held up for the event. Even though we were stalled on booking our games (due to the Venue needed to help with the layout), Luiza was still openly optimistic about helping us and in the end we got all the games we wanted. We opted for Ring Toss, Giant Checkers and Clowning Around (Bean Bag Target type of game - see photo). Except for the Giant Checkers, the prices are fairly reasonable. Please note that someone else may think that the price was reasonable...it's all subjective. Here's What I Think.... They have a ton of games from which to choose. If you're in the market for arcade/carnival type games, please give them a try.

I sent in a proposal asking for specific games and pricing, as well as corporate graphics and…read morewraps, and included the location of the event. Despite the website and all socials stating they service the West Coast and listing Seattle, WA and Portland, OR both as one of their cities, they emailed back stating that Washington was out of their service range. I emailed a screenshot of their website and asked if that was another company or perhaps only certain games, and was told the following: "For your information, our office and warehouses are located in San Francisco, CA. While we do serve the Washington, Oregon, and Nevada areas, please note that due to the extended travel distance, our minimum one-day rental for events in Washington is $18,500 plus delivery." Needless to say, I would not suggest using them.
