Fantastic selection of clothing. Pretty decent selection of shoes, but they don't have a wide spectrum of sizes, especially for kids. The value was exceptional, really good prices across the board, clothes, shoes, sports equipment, etc. The service was awful, the young lady was very rude at the front counter, making snide comments about my name, which took me aback. The salesman (also the cashier) today was extremely rude and literally asked us to do the job he gets paid for. My husband took 1 sweatshirt out from the hanger to try it on and the attendant scorned, made faces and very impolitely asked us to hang the shirt back on the hanger. When we pointed out that it was rude, he literally laughed at us. The incident ruined our whole shopping experience. Store needs to do a better job at hiring attendants. read more

Smaller selection. Super nice salesman helped me find basketball shoes in my size, which is unusual because apparently my feet are so freakishly big that nobody carries my size. The shoes listed for over $100, but I got them for $36. Anybody else hate the 'don't leave us hanging what else you got?' yelp prompt? Here is some more, yelp. I love Puma shoes especially the shoes with the soft tech paddings. I find the shoes here to be good quality and very comfortable but only if the soft tech is in the shoes. I made the first mistake of buying Puma Ferrari leather shoes. Those shoes aren't comfortable at all, no soft tech, and thin paddings. This store has been upgraded recently and it is very nice. I like the new look and it feels more modern. I do miss the older store as it was the one I was used too. Customer service has always been good. The staff is friendly and fast. This past Labor Day sale was crazy inside the store and the employees looked over worked. I guess that is to be expected when Puma store is having a great sale and people are off work. read more

I found a nice BLUE hat here while shopping today which is adjustable. When I asked the cashier if there was a discount today, he said buy one get one 50% off. He brought me the same BLUE hat, and I said let me go grab another one since I didn't want two of the BLUE hat. So when I got home, I find the BLUE hat I bought has a small scratch on it which I didn't notice at the time of purchase, so I think the cashier was deceitful in the fact that he gave me a damaged item when I told him I wanted to get another hat, a GREY one. I think since he brought two of the same BLUE hats, he probably saw one with the scratch, hope I wouldn't notice, (which I didn't inside the store, only when I got home), and then switched out one which wasn't damaged for the damaged one and the fact that there's no receipt in my bag either just makes it even more deceitful, and leaves a bad taste in my mouth. Maybe that's why people are moving towards shopping online these days, to avoid shady salespeople, like this guy. I won't be shopping here again, but i wanted to let others know, and warn them. The other hat I bought, GREY, was absolutely fine. So pretty shady if you ask me. Maybe since there are outlet stores here, you might have to double check your items here for no damages, and maybe not ask for help from the salespeople, at least not at this store. I recently went to the puma store in hope of finding a good pair of shoes at a discounted rate. When I arrived at the store I noticed just how busy it was. There was a long line from the register to the back of the store but it moved fairly quickly. I only liked one shoe style that was displayed, but they did not have my size on the shelf. I asked an employee named Rebecca for a certain size. She informed me that they were sold out. I then noticed shoes displayed on the wall up high, and asked if they had those in my size. Rebecca told me she would go check in the back. To my surprise she quickly returned with the shoes and they fit snug. I realized that they were a little too snug and wondered if they had a bigger size. I didn't want to bother Rebecca again, because it was extremely busy there, so I asked a male employee and he helped me. He found a shoe size that fit me. The two male employees working on the floor along with Rebecca were professional, friendly, and quick with their customer service. When I was paying for my shoes at the register, Gabriel applied a discount that I had in an email. He was very friendly, hospitable, and helpful. Even with the craziness of the busy and packed store, I was surprised to have received such great service from all the employees I encountered. read more

They take so god damm long ringing up people and there was a long line so no point in going there.

I went in today with All my family, we all made a big purchase and we were all in line. One of the cashiers took me on the other line and my family follow me OBVIOUSLY, since we came all together. I believe the manager Carlos was very rude and ask why we made 2 lines, he ask in such a NASTY way and he refused to help my other family members and said we had to go to the back of the line. He was very very aggressive when talking to me and also the way he treats his employees. The other young men were very nice and I feel bad for them having such a bad manager. He should be friendly and make customers feel welcome. Literally will never come back to this location. Also telling all my friends how racist and aggressive Carlos is!!!!! This PUMA store feels a bit on the smaller side. There are always sales though so the price on the price tag is never really what you are paying. If you are, something's wrong! My rating is not super high here. The variety of pants for women is not great. My friend tried on a pair of basketball shorts but he found some dirty napkins in the shorts' pockets. Ew? I was at this location over the weekend, and though there were nearly two dozen shoppers in line, there was only one cashier. At first, it seemed like there were two cashiers, but the second one was the store manager, who raised her voice at a shopper who was next in line that dared to walk up to her cash register, loudly proclaiming she was the manager, and she was at the cash register solely to process returns, and gave him an unfriendly look. The shopper was taken aback, placed his items on a nearby shelf, and left the store. Each time this manager was asked to open up a second register for purchases (I saw a few customers approach her about this), she declared that she only processed returns and would not be ringing up purchases. I saw more customers walk out. The manager stood at the second register, talking and giggling on her headset. She was talking about upcoming events and how they hadn't reached their sales goals yet, and said that she was working hard on the sales goals. The clothing and accessories were not well organized, and the sales signs were misleading. There was a large 50% Off sign on the shelf containing Puma handbags (co-branded with Ferrari), and the customers in front of me found out at checkout that the handbags were 30% Off instead. When I purchased a tote that had retail price of $86 for $60.20 (before tax), the cashier accidentally closed the cash drawer before she gave me my change. She had to call the manager over (who by then was walking around the store talking on her headset, not paying attention to shoppers) to open the cash drawer. The manager was very annoyed, and she let the cashier know it, even though the cashier had already apologized twice. The manager opened the cash drawer and left the register area in a huff. The cashier was friendly to everyone, and thanked shoppers for their business. The selection of clothing, shoes, and bags was not that good. read more

I would have put 3 or 4 stars if it wasn't the employee. He was a tall Asian male with a funky hair cut with dark red highlights in them. He never helped out his co-worker. There was a long line. He did was folding jackets and socialize with people he knows. The co-worker had a return. She couldn't do the return. So she called the Asian Male over to do the return. Once the return was done. We walked up he said no this register is closed. There were people behind me waiting to be ringed up. What kind of service is this when you are not providing "Customer Service". The Asian Male needs to be coached on customer service. You don't treat customers like that dude you just don't. There were good sales at this place. Matt needed shoes. The heels of the Puma shoes he got last year is starting to thin due to extensive wear (and also he just walks funny). I've never seen this before... it looks like his heels were about to dig a hole into the rubber sole. Insane! Since he's a fan of the Puma shoes, we decided to come to the outlet and see if we could scout out a pair of two for him and his funky feet. We struck gold when everything in the store was on sale! 40% - 60% off! The sales representatives were very professional and helpful, and the cashiers were friendly and prompt, making this pre-holiday-season shopping experience quite a pleasure. Place is awesome and has the best deals on puma clothes anywhere in NorCal. I've been going there for years and have always gotten great deals. Almost all the shoes for my two kids came from this store and the light ups are always popular. The bad reviews probably have more to do with the reviewer than the service although some are obviously warranted. It's the great mall folks, what do you expect, my kids Peed in line one time at the Puma store it was awesome but not the employees fault, it was mine. You're obviously not gonna be getting folks with PhD's punching a cash register, they're going to be high school kids and folks who aren't staying there for the rest of their lives. Same thing applies to basically the rest of the great Mall in general, either you're there for the good deals, or you're one of the old people walking laps in the morning, period. read more

Horrible customer service. The sales staff literally made me feel like I was bothering them for wanting to purchase things. I took three items into the dressing room and afterwards, decided to purchase two of the items. I left the dressing room and handed the unwanted item to the worker (seemed like the supervisor) who was working there. She literally asked me to not hand the item to her and put the item back where I got it from. WTF? I told her that I would just leave the item in the dressing room then, at which point, she let out a big sigh and said "fine, I'll put it back.". Ok, whatever. So I take the items upfront and I know that I got the items off the 50% OFF rack. One item rang up correctly but the 2nd item did not. I told the cashier that I should get 50% off on the 2nd item as well but she told me that she couldn't do anything about how it rings up. So I told her to cancel the item, at which point, I can see her totally making a frowny face and getting upset because now I am making her do extra "work". What is wrong with these people? read more

Never have I seen a "supervisor" handle a customer service situation with physical threats. This weekend I witnessed an altercation that escalated quickly into a full on argument. A customer (who may have had some mental impairment) was trying to return an item. As the "supervisor" quickly lost her patients she raised her voice louder and louder to enough to catch my attention at the rear of the store. It was though their team bullied this poor gentleman out of his return and out of their store. I should have video taped it and blasted it on youtube. Not my first time dealing w professionalism (or lack there of) in this ghetto high school ran store. read more
