Jonathan came out last Thursday to remove a squirrel from my chimney. He was a life saver! The problem was accurately diagnosed, he was able to come to my home that same afternoon when his colleague called about the problem. He is professional, very good at his job and kind to the critter he caught, trapped and let go in the wild. I would highly recommend his services. read more

We had a horrible bed bug problem at home. We suffered for several nights and tried everything from powders to sprays from Amazon. Nothing worked. Finally decided to get professional quotes. A lot of companies do chemical treatments and quotes us $1100-$1500 for just part of the home. We have a small baby at home so stared considering heat treatment. Initially the price was certainly a sticker shock. $3k for just one day of treatment. But we decided to go for it to avoid repeated chemical treatments. Absolute also have us warranty extension and Sunday service. Moreover chemical treatments needed a lot of work in the home in terms of washing, bagging all clothes etc. some of those chemicals are harmful and stay in the home for upto 10 years. When they actually did the treatment we understood why the cost is high. They brought 5-6 six feet tall heaters and heated the home to 130-140F. That day and we didn't have a single bed bug since. Heat treatment is the way to go. I am deducting one star only because I wished they sent two people to the home instead of one. It's too much work for just one laborer. They moved all our furniture but didn't place it back. They also used our home furnace heater which I didn't appreciate. When done, if the technician had opened the windows out home would have cooled a lot faster. The home AC would simply blow up if you try to cool from 99F to 75F quickly. It just wasn't effective. So that night we had to sleep with doors and windows open and no AC. It was uncomfortable but all in all worth it to get rid of bugs for ever. We complained to management and they remedied the situation with a discount. Would definitely hire them again, but hope not to. read more

Mike was very professional, thorough and provided great service. Will be using them for pest problems moving forward.

Rick came out on time and did a very thorough inspection. He was very knowledgeable so during the inspection I learned a few things like how to identify different animals droppings and what kind of roof structures are more vulnerable to rodent damages, etc. In summary, I am 100% happy with his service and would use and recommend Absolute pest management read more

I have used Absolute Pest Control for my business and my home for 20 years. They are the very BEST pest control company I have ever had. They are thorough, professional, knowledgeable and most of all kind and friendly. They care about each and every customer and it shows! The technicians are well trained, always call before they come out, and always ask if I am having any pest issues. If so they are quickly addressed. They go above and beyond finding fire ant mounds in the yard and wasps nests I didn't even realize were there. They spend a lot of time on my yard and the exterior of my home. They do a great job inside too! I was having a squirrel problem and they took care of that immediately. Their prices are fair and very reasonable. Their service is second to none. I HIGHLY recommend them for all your pest control needs. You'll be glad you called them and I bet you will use them forever! Gerri G. Austin read more

We just had our second quarterly service. This is the second time Jason Ascerno has come out. Both times he has been out he has been nothing but professional. He is a great listener and question asker. This recent visit he made a second trip out to drop off traps for scorpions. It also doesn't hurt that he has pretty good taste in music as he dropped a great suggestion after hearing what was playing. read more

I am still using Absolute on a monthly basis and the technicians that come out are always very professional and polite. I highly recommend them! read more

This is my first time to post a review for Absolute, but I've been a customer for 12 years. The quarterly service works great for me and it's very affordable. The technicians are polite and knowledgeable. Jason Ascerno, is the young man I've really liked working with. He does a great job and is a wonderful young man. Absolute is the only pest control I've used for the past 12 years, because their service and employees have been exemplary. I highly recommend them and know you'll be happy you chose them. read more

This company provides much less than stellar service. Not to mention they don't follow their own procedure, and the woman that answers their phone is extremely rude and not at all helpful. If you live in an apartment don't even bother contacting them directly with any questions regarding their extermination process. I had contacted this company because we had services provided by them a month ago and already the pests have returned. The first encounter with this company we had done everything they asked I.e remove everything out of the cabinets etc etc. From what we were told from our apartment management these people are suppose to come and spray on 2 separate occasions. Our apartment was only sprayed once, and when asked why they did not spray a second time they stated they didn't see any signs of the pests. Well a few weeks later we saw another one. When I contacted management again they confirmed that the procedure is to not only spray the poison but they are also supposed to see where they are coming from, and if they are coming from another apartment and spray that apartment as well. Well they didn't do that either. So I had contacted their offices today to confirm this is in fact their actual process and to know what to expect when they come back to do another treatment I was told they can't provide any information. News flash Absolute management and staff, the apartment management staff do not have all the answers to all the questions their tenants have regarding your procedures, policies, or the pests themselves. It would behoove you to provide assistance when anyone contacts your offices. Due to today's experience and last months, I will not be recommending your company to anyone looking for assistance with pests. Thank you. read more

Great customer service, amazing attention to detail. We have used Absolute from the day they opened and would not consider changing ever.

We have used Absolute Pest Management for the past few years. We have a contract with them to care for our needs. When we call, they are quick to respond and work to get rid of our pests......... The tech, Felix, is the utmost professional. He keeps us informed all along the way. We will be continuing our contract when it expires........ read more

Shawn Khan arrived on time and was pleasant and courteous. He wore a mask which I appreciated. He asked for specifics of the pest problem we were having. After the service, he explained what he found and how he had handled the problem. He explained we should wait two weeks and if we saw a continuation of our ant problem or any other problem, we should call the company. read more

Brandon did a great job on the interior and exterior pest control service I requested. He was very thorough and efficient.

So my apt complex works with Absolute. They usually came when we weren't home and I couldn't tell any difference and doubted that they sprayed. The complex gave us a letter from them giving us a list of things to do like remove everything out of the cabinets and drawers and leave the drawers and the floor. So I figure all those other times "they came and sprayed" they didn't they just left a card saying they were in my apt. But the last times I was here I saw them spray and did notice that it was working, so not saying they didn't do their job. They just have shady workers. Anyways, The last two months I've had awkward experiences with them. One day the guy came while I was sleeping basically naked and he kind of knocked on the wall and stood on the other side to be polite and said that he would come back which he did. The second time the same thing happened with a different guy, but instead of leaving he just goes in my kitchen and starts he obviously knew I was naked I was sitting in bed on my laptop with my earphones on so I didn't hear him knock or yell that he was there. But I had my blanket covering myself. So I had to search to at least find a shirt without getting out of bed while his back was turned. He sprayed in my kitchen behind the fridge and stove then the bathroom. He goes back in the kitchen which I figured he was checking for whatever. He finally leaves. I get up go to my kitchen and noticed that a bottle of gin I had was gone. I figured he moved it because it was by the fridge and he had to pull that out so I looked in obvious places like my table on top of the fridge in the cabinet I even looked in the pantry didn't see it. It wasn't a big bottle but it was still small enough to fit in his jacket pocket if they were big. I called the company not because I'm an alcoholic but just to let them know that their employee had stolen something from me. I told the manager and he told me that if I wanted they could do a lie detector test on him and if he was lying and didn't pass then they would pay for it and if he wasn't then I would have to pay for it. That to me was crazy, seriously over a damn bottle of liquor ummm. I said no I didn't want to do that. He said did you look around for it I told him I did, he asked if I looked behind the fridge and the oven. I laughed and said really?! If it fell I would've heard it fall, so I humored him and moved them and looked. Then he tells me that his employees wouldn't risk their jobs like that because its a career and its hard to get into this field. Its not hard to spray some spray, sorry but I could and have done it. He then told me to call the police and file a report. Again no. That wasn't what I wanted, all i wanted to do was let them know about his employee stealing things. I'm sure he's done it more than once, and they go to a lot of peoples apts while they're not home. So if he stole it while I was home watching him then its easier in an empty apt. I also told him that he saw that I wasn't clothed when he came in, he didn't seem to care. I should've told him to leave but I really didn't care enough but he still should've went out and let me put on clothes it was just inconsiderate. The manager was being a jerk and basically defended his thieving employee, and when I told him my complex name and phase he said he knew who it was but I know there was more than one guy here so he just confirmed that he's done it before. read more

I'm not inclined toward writing bad reviews, but I do try to tell it like it is... While I did have one previous acceptable experience with Absolute in getting my home exterminated, my opinion is that ridding your attic of critters is not their strong point. I had noises up there and had Absolute out for an estimate. Patrick came out, decided where he figured they were getting in, and gave an estimate to seal it up, set traps and come back 3 times to empty the traps. I was concerned that they could not provide any guarantee because the house was pier and beam, but he assured me that they knew their stuff (showing off the rat tattoo on his arm!), and that they would take care of me if I was still having problems beyond the initial terms. After 3 trips out (and several rats caught and disposed of), I called to tell them that I was still hearing sounds. Patrick sent his guy back out and they re-set spring traps again. I assumed they would be back to check on them, but that did not happen. My brother came by a couple of times and emptied traps for me. I eventually called Patrick again, and said look, you said you would take care of me, and I feel like I am no better off than before...they are obviously still getting in somewhere. So he agreed to send someone to look at the house again. The following Monday another associate comes out, looks around the outside of the house and mentioned a couple of other places that could be problems. He said he would talk to his supervisor and they would figure out what they could do and get back with me. Again, I never hear back. I got tired of pursuing them and finally gave up. Bottom line: I feel like I came out of my experience with them no better off than when I started, just a few hundred poorer in the pocket. read more

I was looking forward to two (2) things. 1: getting rid of a possum in an attic 2: finding out how it/they got in Well, sadly I have to say, as someone else did, the only way I can describe them is "LAZY". The gentleman that came out was pleasant enough, but for a "Pest Control" person.. he completely fails. He said there wasn't any sign of how the critter(s) got in, and there wasn't any sign of the critters presence.. BAH! After he left, the critter fell through the ceiling at a light fixture, ran around the room, and dashed through the door we opened on our way out. I walked around the building and "lo and behold", there's a couple of holes big enough to put my arm through at a soffit area where two pipes go into the attic. It wasn't hard to find even for me, a complete amateur. How a "professional" missed it is hard to understand. At this point, the critter is still in charge of the attic, but hopefully, with a well placed have-a-heart trap, his time is limited. Then I'll seal the OBVIOUS point of entry before other critters find the highway into our house. If you can't find the animal, and point of entry yourself, don't count on these guys to find it.. We were promised a call back from someone more experienced, within the same company,... but guess what? YUP.. no ringy ringy on the phone. But it's only been a week or two.. maybe they are just busy.. But that should let you know.. don't bother.. I'm disappointed with the service and skills. It's a shame, because of the positive comments here.. I expected much much better service and results. read more

I would think that people who work in pest management in a city would know a bedbug infestation when they see one. Apparently not. This company has been in my apartment on three separate occasions in the past month and kept telling my apartment manager that there was "no evidence" even when I showed them a photo and an actual bug! I even pointed the scat out to management when they gave me my key to move in, but wasn't aware that's what the problem was at first. So it was obvious to the naked eye. Thankfully when another pest control service showed up today, he was able to determine right away that was the issue (the dead beadbug on the ceiling may have given it away). Due to this company's incompetence, treatment for this apartment was set back almost a month and I was forced to live in it because they kept telling my apartment manager there wasn't a problem. read more

TL;DR: Prompt, thorough, and completely professional from start to finish. Steve was great. My house is only about 2 years old, so imagine my surprise one evening when I heard the telltale scrambly scratchy footsteps of an uninvited critter coming from the ceiling. Not the galloping thumps of a squirrel tearing across the roof, but something creeping around the attic! Sure enough, when I popped my head up to take a look, I spied a rat running across the rafters. NOPE. The only animals living under my roof better walk on two legs or wear a collar. The first guy I called doesn't work in my area, but he referred me to Absolute Pest Management. The office coordinator was quick to answer the phone, sympathetic to my problem, and thorough in her explanation of what to expect at the consultation I scheduled for about a week out. On the day of the consultation, inspector Vincent called about 30 minutes before he arrived to confirm our appointment. He showed up promptly and inspected the attic, declaring the problem relatively minor because I had caught it so early. He also diagrammed the roof, including all the spots that a technician would inspect and potentially seal off, and patiently explained the process to me. At no point did I feel pressured to sign anything. He then left me with a quote as well as his business card in case I had any questions. Later that day, I signed the contract and emailed it to Vincent. The office coordinator called me shortly thereafter to collect payment and schedule the services. I was told Steve would be my technician for all four appointments, which I appreciated. At each appointment, he called ahead and arrived on time, and he was professional, friendly, and quick. He set baited traps in the attic on his first visit and checked the trap I'd set myself prior to the inspection. On subsequent visits, he checked all the traps and handled disposing of the evidence. The third appointment is when he sealed all access points, both from inside the attic and up on the roof, to ensure nothing could get in or out. His fourth and final visit, he collected the traps, double-checked that we'd covered all the access points, and reminded me that I'm under warranty for a full year, so if I see or hear anything from the attic, they'll come out and handle it at no extra charge. All things considered, I couldn't be happier with the service from Absolute Pest Management! read more

I had a 4-6 time slot today for a rodent removal free estimate. I was told by the lady on the phone they would call 30min before arriving. Nobody called or showed up. I would give 0 stars if I could. What sense does it make to have a 4-6 time slot if your hours are 8-5 and nobody can be reached if there's an issue? Do not even waste your time. I will update if someone returns my message. Can't wait to hear them explain away their unprofessional first impression. read more

Extremely difficult to schedule - they only do houses from 8-10 or 4-6 so if that doesn't fit your schedule don't call them. I am upset with the service. They are constantly missing appointments and always have to call them back for services because we get repeat issues. Had a pest issue at my apartment so I started looking for a pest control company to come out and fix the issue. I looked at reviews for many of the so called "known" pest control companies which were ok but Absolute kept popping up so I thought I would give them a try, From beginning to end they were professional , polite , and got the job done at a reasonable price. This was the company that my Apartment complex hired and they provided an horrible service. They entered to my apartment without telling me that they were coming in advance. They knew that I needed to move half of the things that were in my closet but they don't even care to contact me and ask me to do that. They opened the attic that is located in the main closet and everything under that area was covered by dust and fiber. If I had known that this was going to happen I would not even report to the leasing office that I heard some raccoons walking on the roof. Exactly under that attic I placed all my black clothes (pants, dresses, blouses) and all of them were covered in dust. I am allergic to dust and now I have to wash half of all my belongings. They were so unprofessional. They also left without informing what happened and when I arrived I saw all the mess. They did that twice and moved things and leave them in different places. After one week I still have everything out of place in that closet because I am afraid that they will come again without permission and will do another mess. All the dust and fibers fly over everything. This for me was a big inconvenient that it could be easily avoided just by keeping inform to the client. They also move some heavy suitcase and place them on top of shoes that were that day on the floor. My apartment manager after knowing this called them and told them to give me at least a GIFT card or any kind of compensation and they ignore the issue. I do not think that it is a Team of professionals or at least they send to my location a brand new person without training. The racoon still walking around. I still do not understand why they wanted to get the raccoon inside of my attic. He was not inside of my apartment and was not bothering me. The only concern that I have is that he could get stuck in the fire place. read more
