Had a great experience with Absolute Pest Management. Both their inspector, Dave, and their exterminator, Charles, were extremely professional and helpful. Their customer service is friendly and polite, they are flexible with regards to payment methods, and are not at all pushy about recommending treatments. I would definitely use their services again if required! read more

I recently moved into a new house and was seeing bugs, primarily ants, so I wanted to get setup with an exterminator to keep the house as new as possible. The lady at the office even pointed out that there was a coupon on Yelp that would save me some money! I forgot about the appointment until that day, and needed to leave town for the weekend, so I called and they were very friendly and said they would try to get the technician there as early as possible (it was scheduled for 10-12). He showed up promptly at 10 and was gone a few minutes later. I really appreciate the quick response and friendly service from the office staff, and the technician did his job promptly and left. I did feel a little as though he did not do a thorough job since it was so quick but we will see I guess. read more

I called Absolute Pest Control and set up an appointment. On time.... That's key. Happy right off the start. The technician was very polite and also was about educating me on what we were going to do. Everything he did that day got rid of the problems I was having. The great thing that pushed me to do this thumbs up - 5 star review was that it was raining and I had ants that the technician said that needed to be treated. They came back and took care of the yard without charging me a second trip and it was part of the original service call. Happy customer!!! #bestpestcontrol :) read more

Job well done thank you! These guys removed about 15-20 VERY active wasp nests from my house up high near roof (25ft+ high). $175 paid Via phone and I didn't have to even be there . They just scheduled a time via Texts and got it done. Super Satisfied with service. Will be using htem again in the future. Ive used them on 2 properties so far. read more

I needed a one time service call as we were getting ready to put our house on the market, plus I requested a spray with low fumes as my husband is very sensitive to smells. They were able to fill my requests and although they did mention their monthly service plans, they didn't push them. read more

I have to give a shot out to Vincent - one of the inspectors. I have worked with him cover the course of a few years in a few different places, and he's always dependable, friendly and takes time to explain and do follow up! Thank you for your continued help, Vincent! read more

I called Absolute Pest Management after sighting rats in my back yard. I called other local companies but they all had longer wait times and Absolute Pest was the only one that could schedule an inspector visit that week. I was unimpressed with the inspector; he was on time and professional but very low energy and didn't instill much confidence in the solution he proposed. He didn't do much of an "inspection" either. He basically looked around my deck and recommended bait stations around my yard. A few days went by and a technician came by to install the bait stations. Unlike the inspector, I was very impressed with the technician, Jordan. He provided more insight and possible causes for the infestation problem than the inspector did. He was personable, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to work with. I also opted for the monthly cleaning/re-fill of the bait stations. After a couple of weeks I began to suspect that the poison had done the trick after smelling what I believe was a dead rat(s) rotting under my deck and not having seen any more droppings. Unfortunately, a couple of months came and went and no one called or stopped by about the cleaning/re-fill service I signed up for. Since I believe my rat problem is resolved for the moment, I'm not too concerned about the cleaning/re-fill and I'll probably remove the traps very soon. That being said, I'm taking 1 star for a lackluster inspection experience and another star because they seemed to forget me after I wrote them a check. read more

We love Absolute! They have done a great job at our house over the past year. Always punctual and courteous of arriving within the specified time frame, and I love how the exterminators treating my home are caring of my children and animals and explain to me what they are going to do before beginning treatment. read more

Had Jason Ascerno come out and service my house. He was very professional, knowledgable and courteous. He left two traps in the garage, a problem area I have to help reduce the insects that get in. Called ahead of time and gave me an accurate ETA which I really appreciate. I have been using Absolute for about a year and have always done a great job. read more

I just want to say thank you to Cody and commend him for his knowledge and professionalism. We will definitely call on this company if we have pest control needs in the future! read more

I was recently inundated by an infestation of Indian Meal Moths. I was desperate for help, read Yelp reviews, and landed on Absolute Pest Management. Delighted to report their customer service was superb - "Eric" came out within a couple hours of my call to give me a diagnosis, then he arranged for "John" to come out the next day (a Saturday) for a full treatment. So far so good. Everyone I've spoken with - in person & over the phone - has been very kind & courteous. Great follow-through. I highly recommend Absolute! read more

Life saver!! After dealing with ABC pest for two weeks with a raccoon in our house, we finally gave up on ABC helping us. In complete desperation we called Absolute, I can not even describe the world of difference in service we received!! They answered the phone right away listened to my sob story with ABC, and came out the same day to help us!! Robert was so nice, and patient with us! After two weeks with a raccoon, and her pups (Robert figured that out for us) it is easy for us to be a little on edge with this whole situation. Robert told us exactly what to do, did it for us, and told us exactly what to do next! So honest, helpful and most of caring! read more

We've been using APM for 7 years for insect control. They arrive exactly when scheduled, or call to let us know of any changes. Recently we've been having Albert do the spraying, and he is especially thorough, although we can't complain about any of the APM men who've done our work. Never had any problems. When we point out anything unusual, we get an extra effort and an explanation about what we're seeing. Austin is identified as "humid subtropical" by the weather geeks. Keeping insects at bay requires professionals who know their business. Couldn't be happier with the service or price. read more

Johnny did a great job and thoroughly explained his process. He was very helpful and gave us great tips on further prevention.

Great service from the technician who came to our house. Best of all, didn't see any roaches coming up through the drains after the first service. Haven't seen any since. Good price and service for the peace of mind. I recommend them, and the technician, Lex Curry. read more

Ezra Clay is amazing and has wonderful customer service and always takes the best care of my home and keeps me living in a pest free home. He's very professional and personable and should always be someone to request to have come out to your home to keep those bugs out of your home if your in the Austin area. He is a great employee and knows his stuff to treating the home right. read more

This review is very long overdue. From the initial consultation to the final end to our roof rat nightmare, the staff at Absolute were wonderful. The owner even came out on his weekend off to check on us. The phone staff, the servicemen, everyone was professional and dedicated to helping us. Very special thanks to Patrick and to Robert. I recommend this company most highly. read more

I started having scorpion problems after living here for almost 14 years. Doug came out and sprayed, and did a good job. But, more important to me, I have 3 dogs, who don't really like strangers. By the time Doug left, they were all over him wanting pats and scratches. I trust the judgement of my animals, and if they like him, then he has to be a good person! I am on a every three month contract, and have asked for Doug to come back. That way I don't have to worry about my dogs. Plus, so far, I have not seen any more scorpions. My neighbors called a different company to come spray, right before Doug came. He told me the other day that his daughter was stung on the foot by a scorpion. So, all I know is, they had their house sprayed, and still have scorpions. I had my house sprayed, and so far, no more scorpions. So, I highly recommend APM, and Doug. If you have pets, he is the guy to come out. He also ensures the safety of your pets while he is spraying. I can't say enough good things about them. read more

I loved Vincent who came out first to "diagnose" our issue, he gave a lot of information and made me feel confident that Absolute would take care of my problem and I wouldn't need to worry. Our technician, Carlton, was so wonderful, very professional and polite. I felt like he really had our best interests at heart. The office was nice when I needed to call, which I did, several times, because they did not call me as Vincent and Carlton said they would (to schedule spot checks). But, if that is the worst aspect, I'll take it! read more

This review is specifically for Tony. I don't even live in Texas, but Tony helped me find the best company for a termite infestation in North Carolina. He gave me his cell, checked in periodically, and gave the best advice. All for no compensation, but helping someone make a sound decision in what could be an expensive treatment to their home. What an amazing company, amazing person! Anyone that needs pest control in the Austin, Texas and surrounding areas, USE THESE GUYS! read more

I've used Absolute pest management for last 4 years and I highly recommend these guys. Vincent is extremely professional and flexible with scheduling the appointments at your convenience. These guys know what they are doing and they do it well! read more

Absolute Pest Management treated my appartment as part of their routine maintenance. When I got home, they had left almost all of our lights on and they let my new puppy roam around in the appartment unattended. I would not recomend them as they seem to be very inconsiderate. read more

I called Absolute Pest Management for a free consultation to assess a potential bug problem and they were so helpful. From the friendly woman who answered the phone to the gentleman who came to my home, I am beyond impressed. They were able to schedule my assessment quickly and put my mind at ease. The gentleman checked every corner, nook, closet and talked to me about bug prevention. Best of all, he didn't recommend any expensive services I didn't need and said he would be happy to come back out if I ever needed him to look around again. I greatly appreciate the honesty. It is so nice to find a company with such great customer service. For the time being, I'm bug free, but if that ever changes (and I hope it doesn't)...I will give these guys a call! Thank you Absolute Pest Management! read more

I am very unhappy with Absolute Pest Management. They are inconsistent with showing up to scheduled appointments. The times they haven't showed up (2 times in the past month), they haven't called to reschedule or apologize for making me wait for 3 hours for them to show up. I've had to call their office to reschedule my appointment. And we still have pest problems in our house after 3 months of them coming out regularly. I have noticed no improvement in our pest problem since they started coming out. read more

I am a Broker with Austin Residential Management. I have been doing business with Absolute Pest for over 10 years. They just treated another house we manage for ants in the wall. I just wanted to let people know how good and through they are. I didn't catch the the techs name but he was great. read more

This is a company you can trust. I recently called another company to check on my attic to see if there were rodents. This company (the one with the first three letters of the alphabet) said I had mice and wanted $800 for eliminiting them. I called Absolute and said there is nothing to do as there are "absoltely" no rodents on my attic. After we told them what the other company said, they said it is a common practice by that company. read more

Jason A was very good. He called me 20 minutes ahead of time to let me know he was on his way. He was very clean cut, polite, and informative. He took his time and he seemed to zero in on the areas that were key to controlling roaches. I'd welcome him back. read more

Vince, our rodent tech, is second to none. The latest infestation took 3 months to get under control, but Vince was persistent, and always showed up when he said he was going to. He recommended different ways to discourage the rodents, and was always very thorough and professional. We finally got the situation under control, and I appreciate Vince not giving up on us. It's gotta be a real pain in the ass to run around attics in the Texas summer, but I never heard Vince complain. If you are reading this Absolute management, give Vince a bonus or promotion or raise, because he is the type of employee that gives your company a good reputation. I will continue to use Absolute because they get the job done. read more

Recommended. APM trapped and removed a squirrel that had moved into our attic and sealed up the hole, as well as another spot that could serve as an entry point in the future. Because of the holidays, there was a time lag between the removal of the squirrel and sealing the hole, and APM said they'd set another trap at no charge if something got in in the meantime. Very pleasant and professional staff. It wasn't cheap ($150 for trapping and removal, $125 for repairs), but I don't know how that compares to other companies. read more

I am on quarterly pest management plan. The technician came out on Saturday, May 2, 2015 and was prompt and professional. He gave me some pointers on managing pests in the home. Thanks for such great service! read more

Steve at Absolute was friendly and professional. He came out once a week for a couple of weeks to get rid of rats in our house. He was very courteous; for a typical house call he greeted us, asked if anything had changed since he was here last, then quickly took care of business, told us what the next steps were and then out the door. Rats were gone when they said they would be and we haven't seen any signs of them since. We will use Absolute for any pest management needs we have. read more

I was in the process of selling my home and during the inspection found out I had a little "friend" living under my bathtub. I didn't know who to call so I reached out to Absolute Pest Management with only 2 days until closing. Although they were very busy, they made time to stop by on the way to another appointment near by and take the little guy away with them! They were very professional and reliable. I am so thankful that they could come through when I was in a pinch and I will definitely use their services again in the future! read more

I just wanted to make sure I post my experience with this company. My apartment complex used then to take care of or units and would leave a letter when they were coming. I have a big dog so I need notice. I stayed home and waited all day for service. it was a No Call No Show. I got mad and called them up myself. They lied to me and told me my apartment manager was not here and they had no key. The next time they lied when I called and they told me they treated my apartment and that was not true I was home all day waiting for them. So they sent a guy to do an inspection and he said they would do a Roach Out Treatment. I would be charged $75 Dollars if I did not do the prep right for the treatment. I had a few days to get ready and I also have a broken arm so I had to get help to clear out all my things in two rooms for the treatment of a very small apartment and I had to go find boxes to store my things in as I waited. They were a No Call No Show again. I called them and was LIED to again and told I was not home and the manager was not here to give them a key. This was on a Thursday. I was able to get the service on a Friday so I did not have to go the weekend with my kitchen things in boxes. My manager of my apartment complex called them and they lied to her as well so she Let Them Go and found a new company to help us residents with much better service and not have employees hang up on you on the phone and lie to you about false records. If they treat your apartment and you are not home they should leave a note saying they were in your apartment. They also leave an invoice with the office if your apartment has been treated no document of any kind and no proof that my apartment was treated. They played the blame game and were rude to me on the phone being I was put out by them wasting my time. I needed pest control treatment the roaches were crawling in my bed with me and my dog. I got the feeling our apartment complex was not important to them because it is lower income and part time management and office hours. The Apartment complex is old and run down but that should not be a reason to be disrespectful to the residents you have a contract with for pest control services. It is respectful to keep your appointments that were made in writing with letters and notice of the Pest Treatment. I want everyone to know I was very put out because I have a dog and they would not enter my apartment unless I was home to protect them. I think this review is important for others to see who have pets when they are asked to kennel them for pest control service. I am not happy with them and my apartment manager fired them. read more

These people are lazy and have no common sense. They sealed a hole in the wall to an apartment building where animals were known to be living. After catching one animal, they called it quits and sealed the hole with no further action. Of course common sense says that there was more than one animal living in the walls and that sealing the only exit for them would leave them to die slowly of dehydration and starvation and the corpses would then stink up the building causing further problems for the tenants and for the pest control, not to mention the torture for the tenants having to hear the animals squealing in the walls as they desperately try to find a way out before they die. No one ever asked before they covered the hole if any of the tenants still heard animals in the walls. Of course heaven forbid that anyone ever use common sense and do their job right the first time. This place should be boycotted. read more
