Beware: The afternoon delivery window is from 3-7 p.m. (That means after the Milleneals are done getting baked in the store room you get a delivery at 7.) I don't know if that's what was really going on, but it sure seems like that was what might be happening. We were told by Salesperson Esther that she was scheduling us for an afternoon delivery, and specified that would be anytime after 11 a.m. So, after being held hostage in our home all day I decided to call the store @ 5:10 to ask if they needed to reschedule our delivery as the afternoon hours were now over. Self proclaimed delivery person, Scott, informed me that my delivery window was from 3-7, and that the truck was currently getting loaded with my merchandise. We shall see.....Had we known the delivery window times referred to as afternoon were really evening we would never have scheduled. Total waste of time.
UPDATE: Scott showed up at 6 p.m., ending the hostage situation. He delivered our washing machine in good condition, however, he failed to bring the hoses necessary for the machine to operate. I suppose that didn't even matter, since Scott also failed to bring the tools needed to install the hoses. The thick smell of putrid body odor lingered long after Scott's departure. I'm not sure if can be chalked up to a hard days work making dozens of deliveries, or poor hygiene. I may never know. We installed the washing machine with the hoses from our broken machine and we also have our own tools. I called the store and spoke with Salesperson Esther to report my situation. She promised to call me the following day. It's been 3 days and I'm not going to hold my breath waiting. In case you are wondering, yes, I did report the foul smelling body odor. The washing machine is awesome, and it's probably because Aarons had nothing to do with the product. read more
