Got a difficult job done right the first time. High quality technicians can do what most others wont.

I called 5 different transmission specialists. Anthony was the lowest cost, lowest mileage, and longest warranty.

We have informed them the exact problem now they come up with an excuse . They will find ways to try to make more money or they don't know what they're doing. Be careful with businesses like this . So we thought since they work on our Aircon and after a week not working it will under 5 years it's not even a week and comes up with new findings and charging me $600 . If they are that good they should have seen the problem from Initial inspection. The problem was exactly the same sir. Unless they charge me for the fan that was not needed . Also second time around they are charging me for another air con inspection fee what a joke, they are taking the piss . They should change the name to Bad Works . It's probably their family or friends or them did all the good reviews . I doubt all those good reviews . Pls check video and pictures as when I came in first time it was exactly in the same state.

For a 16-year-old car, it didn't feel right. Before heading home, I stopped by Good Works Auto Body nearby. The owner came out, calmly took a look, reached inside, and adjusted the panel--the problem was gone in seconds. I also showed him the paint scratches on my car, and he gently wiped them off with thinner. Just like that, my car looked clean and blue again. When I asked what I owed, he smiled and said, "I didn't do anything--no charge." I was honestly taken aback. It's rare to meet someone who leads with genuine care instead of trying to make a quick transaction. This kind of integrity stays with you. I highly recommend this shop and will absolutely return.

I purchased four tires for my Ford Transit work van and trusted their recommendation, assuming they were providing the correct tires for the vehicle. Less than a year later, one of the tires began splitting. I took the van to another shop that was closer because I did not feel safe driving all the way back to their shop. It was at the new shop where I was informed that the tires installed on my van were not properly rated to handle the weight of the vehicle and should not have been installed in the first place. I contacted Christian Brothers to explain the situation and was told I would need to drive the van back to their shop -- despite the damaged tire -- for them to determine whether anything would be covered under warranty. While I was getting the quote elsewhere to replace all four tires, Christian Brothers called back and offered a slightly lower price if I purchased another full set through them. In the end, the difference was only about $100 compared to the other shop. A shop I had never even used before, and that was the cost with no additional warranties or discounts (like Christian Brothers was claiming to be giving me). They stated they were giving me tires at cost and not charging for labor, not true. They tried to make it seem like they were doing me some huge favor by giving me such a small discount. Their front desk employee, Eric was as "helpful" as he could be throughout the process, but overall should have pushed harder with his upper management to resolve this. They should have completely comped the price of the old tires as this was their, dangerous mistake. Now they're not only making money off of me but also causing me to lose additional money by missing work to fix a problem they caused. I'm extremely disappointed with how this situation was handled, especially considering the original tires that they chose were improper for a work van like mine. All of this resulted in me needing to purchase two sets of tires within a single year!!! I expressed to them that being without my van would result in loss of money as it is my work vehicle. They had no concern for my time, money and no sense of urgency to resolve the situation that they caused. I had to leave my vehicle with them for more than a day the first time and again overnight the second time. I would NOT recommend this place to anyone!

With oil changes routinely costing over $100, it's not really different than taking it to a dealer. But that's not my biggest issue. Yesterday (Saturday), I had a 3pm oil change, and my car was ready to go at about 3:50. The total was just shy of $110, and I attempted to use my phone for a contactless tap payment. It appeared to work fine, but then the charge didn't go through. The guy said sometimes their reader didn't work properly, and to try it again. I tried a few more times, unsuccessfully, then tried to type in the card number, but that didn't work either. I thought maybe I had mis-remembered the correct number of my card. Nothing worked. I called my bank and verified I had more than enough money for the charge, there was no hold on my card, in fact, they didn't even show the attempted transaction, just the fast food charge I had made with my phone on my way to get the oil change. They suggested I try again with a different reader, which I did at their second computer terminal. Nothing worked. I offered to leave my stuff there and run home to get my wallet with my actual card, but they said it was too close to closing time (4 minutes before 4pm), and they couldn't release the car without payment. Never mind I've been taking my cars for service there since they opened, and to other AAA shops for years before that. Never mind my two decades of AAA membership. So, while I appreciated that they called an Uber to take me home, I ended up stuck at home with no car for the entire weekend all over a measly $110 charge, because their system wasn't working properly. My $25k car held ransom all weekend for such a measly amount! And when I got home, I verified that the card number I tried to enter manually a few times was in fact the correct number. So the problem had to be their payment system! To add insult to injury, they didn't even lock up my car in a secure location, such as one of their work bays, or a secured lot. They just left it out there in the customer parking lot, accessible to any vandal or thief all weekend without the slightest protection. Some consideration for someone that had been a long term loyal customer. Not any more.
