First time today.. loved it! Comfy massage chairs, clean facility and friendly technicians!! Jessica spent the time to really de-callous my rough feel and gave a nice long calf and foot massage as well! I recommend! read more

Terrible experience... not only did they over charge me but if it wasn't for me calculating it all together they would have charged me a whole $15 extra... I will NEVER come to this nail salon again. Let me get to it. My nails had finally grew out after having acrylic nails on months prior to this visit. My nails were finally strong again after taking good care of them. I asked for a powder dip for my nails it's just the healthier route. I knew my nails all weren't perfectly even so I said it was fine if they were short. Well the girl after filing too hard broke my nail so we had to put an acrylic nail on. I was livid but sure just fix it... instead of putting the dipping powder she literally put acrylic powder on my actual nails ... then put gel when she realized she messed up and told me she wasn't going to charge me because she messed up. I guess cool deal? ... yeah wrong. She put too many coats of polish and processed them too much. I arrived at 4pm but this time it was already 6:50. They close at 7pm. This lady clearly just wanted to go home I even noticed her rushing to get me out. literally that next morning after washing dishes this happened... wonderful, what a morning. THIS PLACE SUCKS!!! Never again! Not to mention I had air bubbles on 4 other nails. The gel was able to easily come off with just one pull.... I currently have no polish on my nails... read more

First time going to this salon today & I absolutely love how my nails turned out! Cindy really took her time & made sure I was comfortable & happy. I got dip with gel and it was $40. Prices are very reasonable for the services they offer! They follow the "COVID guidelines" & did their best to make this experience relaxing considering they had to move their services outdoors. Thank you so much for my beautiful nails Cindy! read more

I loved it here! Will definitely be going back! They took their time and my nails look great!

This was my first time here, Cindy did my nails. She did a really good job. She was super fast, but also very detailed oriented. I had an acrylic fill and gel. Everything came out super smooth and clean looking. read more

I've been coming to this nail salon for about a year based on the suggestion of my SIL. I have never had a negative experience. First and most important they are very clean and sanitary. All of the employees are friendly and they really do a great job. JoAnn is the manager and my absolute favorite. I make appointments with her for eyebrow waxing and manicures. I go to Annie for pedicures she's really good and let me tell you my feet need lots of attention. Jessica is also great for pedicures and usually in high demand. Bottom line - you will get the service you expect and deserve at A List and the pricing is on par with pretty much every nail salon in North OC. Give them a try. read more

I have came here a couple times and I always leave so dissatisfied. First off the customer service is horrible, it's hard to find a nail place w great customer service but this place is just BAD OVERALL. I asked for Long thin coffin shape and this is what I got, when I proceeded to tell her I didn't like them she yelled at me and started being extremely rough with my nails (I don't remember her name) but if you are looking for a GOOD nail place in Fullerton I suggest dragon nail on Raymond and chapman. I can not believe I paid 30$ for this mess... read more

Best pedicures in all of Fullerton! A List nails always has time for a pedicure and takes care of me and my mom when we come in. They do an asking job and take their time to make sure everything is to your liking. I've been coming here for years and always recommend this place to friends and family. read more

I had shopped around to different nail places after moving to Fullerton and this is where I ended up for good! Jessica does a dip manicure for me once every 3 weeks and she does an amazing job. So much attention to detail. When my nails start to grow out they used to get caught in my hair whenever I showered or styled, not with Jessica. She files them so flush with my natural nails I could go almost a whole month before going back. Not to mention another nail place on Brea Blvd gave me nail fungus. Im glad I found Jessica and A-List Nails. read more

Lost my nail girl after 10 years, so I'm shopping for a new salon. Shop is clean & they sterilize their tools. Got a good pedicure massage. Now the bad stuff. I don't think the pedicure girl understands English, smiles and nods. I asked her twice to cut my nails down and she never did. A man did my acrylic fill. I'm posting a picture so you can see how he abused my nails. The skin is still tender and red after 3 days. Needless to say, I'm still shopping for a new salon! read more

I'm so unsatisfied with my visit here! I asked for an hombre full set acrylic nail set with white and pink and they said they could it. While I was there they tried out 3 different ways to accomplish the hombre on a sample pice of nails with nail polish because they said it would better but that's not how u do it. U do hombre nails with colored acrylic and blend it not with nail polish. Then she tried to to the hombre with the colored acrylic and it didn't come out right. I finally gave up because I had already been there for 2 hours! And needed to be somewhere else. So I had to leave with no nail polish and just plain clear acrylic nails which looked horrible. It definitely wasn't a pleasure visiting this place. read more

I've been coming here for almost a year now. The staff is very friendly and they always do a great job. I've been getting gel manicures but my nails break when they start getting long. I went in yesterday and asked if they could do a thin acrylic overlay over my natural nails. Joann said she could do it and did a fantastic job. The acrylic is so thin I hardly know it's there yet my nails feel strong. I'm so happy with them. read more

This place is great, been coming here for a year now since moving to Fullerton and I've loved my service each time! Like every nail salon, I believe you have to find which nail artist fits for you. I think they all do pretty well, but I now really appreciate Joann as my go to for my manicures, and Jessica for my pedicures, though I'm sure they do both mani' s and pedi's great. They use sterile tools on me each time which is also a plus. Today coming in I had something in mind that I really wanted, and Joann perfected my idea, even throwing in an idea of hers I didn't think of, which made them look even better! Anyway, great place with great service great service! read more

Well, let's just say I will not be back. Inconsistent service and inconsistent product.

I am writing this review as a warning to anyone going in for a pedicure at this place. I am handicapped and went in for a pedicure. They sit you in a chair and soak your feet after picking your color. There are no prices posted on the walls. When the lady doing your pedicure comes up, they hand you a laminated price sheet asking which service you want based on price. I chose the lowest, $28, which is pricy, as it is. My lady kept trying to push me to get the $41 service. I said, no twice and pointed to the $28 service. When I saw the Saran Wrap going on my feet, I knew this was not the basic $28 pedicure. I was leery to say anything knowing my feet were in her hands. When I went to pay, sure enough, I was charged $41. I do not recommend this place. read more

Don't bother making an appointment. If they already have you in a chair and a walk in comes in, they will take them first. Happened to me and I told them when I came in that my daughter just got out of the hospital and I am behind in my errands for a vacation tomorrow. I was a bit early for my appointment and she reminded me that I was early. Then she took us 10 minutes late and my cousin had to wait another 10 minutes to start his pedi. If I had not called ahead and told them my time constraints, It may not have bothered me as much. There are plenty of nails salons, so I will just find another. read more

The lady cut me three times, she was very rough. After my finger wouldn't stop bleeding she just put a lot of alcohol instead of apologizing. This place is pretty expensive. It's $28 for a gel manicure unless you want them to just paint your nails with gel nail polish for $20. Who does a manicure without cutting your nails and cuticles?? My go to place cost $25 for a gel manicure, yes a regular gel manicure. read more

I've been coming here for a few years now. Love the girls in this shop. With my busy schedule i always make an appointment but i have just walked in before and never have to wait to long. I wanted to try a new nail salon. I generally go to OC nail spa by the stater brothers on bastanchury however I wanted to try this one because it's closer to my house. One star is for selection because they have so many gel colors and also a lot of OPI colors one star is for cleanliness and one star is for the young lady that did my pedicure. She was very sweet! BUT...! I got a regular manicure with French and a full set the lady that did my full set was very rude when I told her I do not like the shape of one of my nails she said that it's because I'm looking at it wrong that she did not shape it wrong. At that point I think she realized that she was being rude and from then on she was trying to be super nice and smile. I will not be back to this place I am not satisfied with my full set, see pictures attached. My total was $56. read more

I really hate writing poor reviews. I came in here to get a mani pedi. I wish I remembered the names of the girls who did my nails. The woman who worked on my feet was absolutely a doll. She was very careful and always made sure I liked my nails, checking in with me to see if I liked how short they were, how round they were, etc etc. However, the woman who worked on my hands was a TOTAL NIGHTMARE. It's one thing to have uneven nails, uneven paint, which I'll be honest she didn't do poorly on. My nails turned out decent. But there was A LOT OF BLEEDING! She was so vicious with cutting off extra skin on the sides of my nails that they BLED! Out of my ten fingers, three of them were oozing blood. I went to one other place where a woman cut my finger, and she was so sorry and almost cried. This woman completely ignored it as if she was pretending it didn't happen or didn't notice. But it was impossible not to notice as droplets of blood formed on my fingers. She didn't acknowledge it or offer any sort of cleaning. She could've at least gotten some alcohol pads to avoid an infection. The cuts eventually got infected and hurt for weeks. I hate to say but she ruined my experience. I doubt I will come back here. read more

Rudest nail salon I've ever been to! I went in for a polish change and the manicurist refused to remove all the old polish before proceeding to repaint my nails. When I politely asked her to remove the old polish she started mumbling in Vietnamese to her coworkers. At this point I asked her why she's being so grumpy towards me as I am not being unreasonable AND let's not forget I am the CUSTOMER! Then I asked what the name of their salon was (so I could look them up here), and they pretended not to understand English. I'm never coming back. read more

More like d-list!! Dude I said I wanted my nails short and square...well I got short and square alright! So short up to my knuckle! And so square she cut them straight across without filing and then tried to paint them! My nails on my right hand are so short and my left hand is long as hell!!!! The manager couldn't believe her eyeballs and offered to re-do it herself and didn't make me pay for it. Not that I would have! Atleast the manager was sweet but gosh darn. We got there and sat in our spa chairs so long waiting that my friends water got cold!! And they don't even wash the bottom of ur feet. My feet were just as busted on the bottom as they were when I went in. Most places atleast pumice ur heels really quickly and it's not extra. I definitely won't return! read more

I went in here for a last minute manicure before my vacation. There were quite a few people in there, so I thought I'd give them a shot. They just happened to be located right outside my boyfriends neighborhood, so it'd be really convenient if this place worked out. Unfortunately, I came in and asked for a gel manicure, and many of them stared at me blankly. Finally, they sat me down and started my manicure. I asked for French tipped nails, and they got upset and advised me that it would cost more. I was fine with that, but it appeared that the woman doing my nails didn't know how to do it. I didn't have a whole lot of time, so I just said I'd pick a color. During my manicure she was very rough with my hands. Afterwards, my cuticles were bleeding and my gel nails weren't smooth. 2 days later, my nails already were chipping and the color is coming off. I'm not going back here. For $24, I'll go elsewhere. read more

$20 for a spa pedicure is a pretty good deal. I came here around 10:30 am on a Tuesday morning and there was only 1 other person getting their toes done, I was immediately seated, and asked what service I would like. I got the Classic Pedicure $20, and callus remover $5. They lady who worked on my toes was gentle and gave a pretty good leg and foot massage. she didn't cut my toes or hurt me at all, which always seems to happen at other places. I also liked that she didn't try and talk to me too much, just questions about the pedicure. I am here to relax and zone out while i get my feet worked on, which is what she let me do, much appreciated. I will also say that I am not overly particular about my toes, I always get them painted nude or french tip. I don't like getting gel or crazy designs, so i can't say how well they are in those areas. My nude nails came out perfect and two weeks later the polish is still in place and looking nice. I am pretty sure this will be my new pedicure place :) read more

They do GREAT gel nails here! PRO's -very accommodating -rarely speak to each other in Vietnamese so I don't feel like they're talking crap like other nail salons -they don't push you to get other services -most importantly i like the end result of my nails, they do a great job! CON's -I'll occasionally get someone who doesn't apply enough pressure during the leg massage I totally recommend the gel. It last way longer and looks great! read more

I have been coming here for years and i have never been disappointed Joan has always done a beautiful job on my nails. Sadly to say that I was disappointed with Joan when she did my nails. I made an apt with her when they had there reopening day. My nails look bad they are wavy and are not smooth chipping they are not what I asked for. She wad too busy worring about what everyone else was doing.. I asked her to fix a nail before she put clear gel over it and she said it will be fine. Its not. If they were not ready for customers they should have let people know. I'll be going to a diffrent nail salon. read more

I walked in and they only had one person so I thought I could get good service. I asked for a gel manicure, they made such a mess and I had to ask them to fix two of the nails because more people were waking in and they were more concerned with helping keep them than finishing the job. They didn't clean up around the nail bed. I have polish all over my fingers and the gel is not smooth on my nail. I will never go back. When I did ask for her to fix the one nail that was really bad, he was very unhappy with me. Her kid walked up to her earlier and said "you suck" which I was so offended by, but I kind of have to agree now read more

It's so sad seeing all of the poor reviews. I've been coming here the last few months, and have nothing but a positive experience. Their prices are fair, and they are always prompt when accommodating me. I call the morning I would like to come to schedule an appointment with Jessica. She was very sweet the first time I went there, and does a great job with my gel manicure, so I request her every time now. I recommend this place to all the ladies at my work. This was a horrible experience. The lady sat digging her nails into my fingers while using the machine to take off the dip. I had to continually pull away in pain and tell her she was hurting me. She seemed angry and rude. I had to ask to have her switched. Then the guy man they had do my nails was extremely rude as well. First and last time. This was my first visit and i went because it's convenient I work across the street. I walked in without an appt and there wasn't much of a wait. I wanted glitter powder and at first was told they didn't have that available then that went on btw 2 people one saying they did the other saying they didn't. She proceeded to find it then was going to apply the glitter without mixing it with powder which made me think she didn't know what she was doing. So they look better than before but for some reason they look to me like I still need to get a fill. Or maybe it's just me I am willing to try it again but for now I give it 3 stars for convenience and by the way I paid 18 dollars and wasn't even offered a water but they do take debit cards and I can apply my tip on my card read more
