I feel bad leaving this review because the service was good and the ladies are very sweet. But this is what my nails looked like less than a week after. My middle nail on my left hand fell off 2 days after and the rest of my nails are peeling off too. I can't do my hair without ripping half of it out because the strands keep getting caught in my nails :/ And even if they were staying on fine, you can see that my nails just look flat out crusty. If I could give this place a ZERO I would. So they give you options of different pkgs. one being $65 with callous removal they then tell me it's an additional $5 for callous removal place is a rip off!! My gel nails cracked a few days later. Will NEVER go back!! read more

Been going here for awhile and the last time the lady was so rough. She kept yanking my hands and flicking my fingers out of the way. She painted horrible as I can still see the white nail. Worst manicure I have EVER gotten--somehow managed to make my nails look WORSE then when I went in. I got the deluxe mani and asked for buffed nails (an extra $5). I left with raggedy skin and scraped and jaggedly cut nails. They had come recommended from friends but I definitely won't be back. We were looking for a new nail place and saw this one. MISTAKE. To begin with they were slow and took people before us after we'd made an appointment. I asked for coffin and got far from it. Every nail is a different shape and length. It was 45$ for my new set which I wish I'd of spent somewhere else. After the over hour long process it took to destroy my nails I was burnt when the excessive amount of gel leaked onto my thumb and was baked for 3 minutes. Then she filed the blister while trying to remove th gel baked into my flesh. She continued to file my blister until I asked her to clip off the burning now hardened gel. AWFUL. read more

Worst gel manicure I've ever gotton - wish I could give ZERO STARS Nails badly Chipped by next morning - I never used my hands overnite and cut nails down to the skin **then went to pay and was $35 - I was told when walked in price was $30 - so when spending almost $40 dollars my NAILS ARE RUINED! Me and my daughter both got Gel X and they did an amazing job. We will be back. Pedicures were great and it's very clean.

I have only been here twice my first time being many years ago and my second time just last week. The service I received was a pedicure. The lady who did my pedicure was nice. My pedicure took about an hour. During the pedicure she had cut me on my big toe. She didn't say anything, I didn't say anything it stung a bit, fine. Then I realized she cut me again this time on my pinky toe opposite foot. Again I didn't say anything. Fast forward one week later my pinky toe is swollen, red, the cut hasn't healed, and I think its infected. I have an appointment with my doctor to see if I need antibiotics. I have never had this happen to me before. I'm upset this happened. Such an inconvenience. Paying 50bucks+tip for a pedicure to only end up with an infected toe. SUCKS! read more

It was Good Friday 2019. I've been there for pedicures before, but I just started getting gel manicures. This was my third one, and I'd had researching manicures extensively, so I had some ideas in mind. It didn't matter. After waiting 45 minutes for my 4:00 appointment, I got my turn. They didn't listen. The first gal sort of tried, and I showed her some pictures. Turns out she wasn't the French tip person, and I get the gal who I know speaks English. Yeh! I can pin it down with the French tip person. Show her the pic, etc. Didn't work like that. Ignored me when I pointed out this wasn't right. She could of at least looked at a picture. Didn't make an effort to acknowledge me. I could go on about it, but I won't. It doesn't really bug me that they ran so late. It happens. I'm disappointed that when I got to my turn, they weren't listening to me. Oh wait! This sounds whiney I know, but I wonder what the point of having a huge full wine rack, with a built in fridge,featuring plenty of obviously open wine bottles, is about. Although I'm sad they weren't open for most of COVID. When they did reopen for a bit with precautions, I met Cindy, who is by far the best pedicurist I've had in my life. They don't have the chairs squeezed right next to each other (as a way to increase revenue). They're decently priced for a good service. I was looking for a place open early since my job called me in earlier than expected and I needed my nails done for the next day. Place was empty, but customers began coming in shortly after me. They removed my old gel polish for free with the gel-non-manicure that I got. I really wanted the manicure, but it is $26. My regular place is $19.99 for the whole thing, so I could not get myself to pay the extra. The woman that worked on my nails said that I should have gotten the manicure because of the extra skin surrounding my nails. She said this after I asked her to fill in the edge more. After I told her my budget she lightened up and said, "okay, next time" and smiled. She was not really rude or anything, she probably just did not understand why I did not get the full manicure. In any case, my nails are okay. The color turned out a tiny bit lighter than I expected and she offered to add another coat. I accepted and they are closer to what it looked like when I chose it. I probably would have given this place 4-stars if it weren't for the price. It is nice and clean inside. A lot of employees. I would consider coming back if I need to get my nails done early in the morning. Also, they open at 9AM - not 8:30AM. read more

I must say it was the worst manicure Ive ever gotten. I went today to try out a new place since i always see it and wow! She cut my nails with the cuticle cuter (nails flew everywhere and nails cut crooked) And she also cut my skin under my nail. She was very rough with the filing of the top of my nails and filed my skin along with my nail. Ended up with a crappy polish job, lots of cuticles and missing polish in sides of nail. I got a manicure and pedicure and they chip my own nails, they broke my nails and the nail polish looks horrible as if my 2 year old niece did my nails. They charged me $5 to remove the gel polish from my toes and $15 to remove the gel polish from my finger. Just made an appointment to get mani pedi here - my first since COVID so I was really excited as you can imagine. Manicurist cut my cuticle so badly I was bleeding for several minutes. She just continued to blot it with a cotton ball and then proceeded with my manicure. At the end when I went to pay, I was asked to walk to the supermarket next door to get cash as they do not accept tips on card. I did so because I am not the type to not tip for services rendered BUT it was not because I was happy with the experience. My manicurist hardly apologized, did not put on gloves, follow safety protocol or draw attention in any way to the fact that she cut me AND my nails were painted while my cuticle was still bleeding, raising a sanitation red flag. I asked about whether they use single use tools and the pedicurist who was younger and a bit kinder simply pointed at an autoclave looking device and said "very hot water." Nothing like spending $56 to come home and put Neosporin on your finger and pray you don't get an infection. Also they had an opportunity to salvage the situation with compassionate customer service but instead asked me to walk to Ralph's to get them a cash tip. Nails don't look great either lol. Won't be going here again. Gave an additional star for a nice salon and the pedicurist being decent. read more

Terrible experience... not only did they over charge me but if it wasn't for me calculating it all together they would have charged me a whole $15 extra... I will NEVER come to this nail salon again. Let me get to it. My nails had finally grew out after having acrylic nails on months prior to this visit. My nails were finally strong again after taking good care of them. I asked for a powder dip for my nails it's just the healthier route. I knew my nails all weren't perfectly even so I said it was fine if they were short. Well the girl after filing too hard broke my nail so we had to put an acrylic nail on. I was livid but sure just fix it... instead of putting the dipping powder she literally put acrylic powder on my actual nails ... then put gel when she realized she messed up and told me she wasn't going to charge me because she messed up. I guess cool deal? ... yeah wrong. She put too many coats of polish and processed them too much. I arrived at 4pm but this time it was already 6:50. They close at 7pm. This lady clearly just wanted to go home I even noticed her rushing to get me out. literally that next morning after washing dishes this happened... wonderful, what a morning. THIS PLACE SUCKS!!!
