Their prices are fair, and they are always prompt when accommodating me. I call the morning I would like to come to schedule an appointment with Jessica. She was very sweet the first time I went there, and does a great job with my gel manicure, so I request her every time now. I recommend this place to all the ladies at my work. I have been coming here for years and i have never been disappointed Joan has always done a beautiful job on my nails. Sadly to say that I was disappointed with Joan when she did my nails. I made an apt with her when they had there reopening day. My nails look bad they are wavy and are not smooth chipping they are not what I asked for. She wad too busy worring about what everyone else was doing.. I asked her to fix a nail before she put clear gel over it and she said it will be fine. Its not. This was my first visit and i went because it's convenient I work across the street. I walked in without an appt and there wasn't much of a wait. I wanted glitter powder and at first was told they didn't have that available then that went on btw 2 people one saying they did the other saying they didn't. She proceeded to find it then was going to apply the glitter without mixing it with powder which made me think she didn't know what she was doing. So they look better than before but for some reason they look to me like I still need to get a fill. Or maybe it's just me I am willing to try it again but for now I give it 3 stars for convenience and by the way I paid 18 dollars and wasn't even offered a water but they do take debit cards and I can apply my tip on my card read more

This was a horrible experience. The lady sat digging her nails into my fingers while using the machine to take off the dip. I had to continually pull away in pain and tell her she was hurting me. She seemed angry and rude. I had to ask to have her switched. Then the guy man they had do my nails was extremely rude as well. First and last time. I have been going to A-List Nails Spa for at least five times. Of course I have visited other places, but I always come back her. The staff is very friendly, and at the time I go (around 3pm) I easily find a spot. And yes, what keeps me going back is how satisfied I end with my gel manicure. I have tried several of the manicurist and they all have something unique, but Cindy has done the little extra for me. She is not only focused, but creative and efficient with her work. I got to this place regularly to get my pedicure and nails filled. They really did a good job in replacing employees that weren't doing as good a job, and now I consistently come back. I have been frequenting this nail salon for about a year and I cannot be happier with my experience. I love how nice all of the nail technicians are, especially Joann and Annie. My nails are always perfectly shaped because the technicians are always more than willing to tweak them until I'm happy. It takes me approximately 45 min - 1 hour to get a gel fill which I think it perfect, not too rushed but the girls are quick and precise. I used to like coming to this place since it is super close to work and it was convenient for me. However, the last couple of times I've come here it's been nothing but bad experiences. A man working on my manicure was rude and wasn't even listening to how i wanted my nails shaped and had such a bad attitude. I asked for someone else to help me and the job got done regardless but i knew they were talking about the situation and he stormed out. This last time i came in i immediately noticed bugs all over the place and the nail technician just stepped on it and didn't acknowledge how disgusting it was. I've been getting my acrylics from Joanne for about 2 years now and she always does an "A-List" job! Came in with a pretty abnormal request and she completely replicated it with no hesitation! The shape and length is always what I ask for and they usually last about a month or so before I need to get a fill. I went here for about 6 months and thought they did a decent job but Jessica is very rough when doing my cuticles and cut me pretty badly and I gave her the benefit of the doubt. It happened again 2 months later and it hurt like hell and would not stop bleeding. She took a HUGE chunk of skin off and put some blue stuff on it that stung really badly and then had the audacity to charge me. Still kicking meals that I paid. I should have just walked out. I've tried this place a few times. Yesterday I called early in the morning to make an appt. for 5 ladies at 1 o'clock. Well they were busy and didn't seem to care we had an appt and not all of us were seated. They seemed to rush us, when more and more people came in. I got gel and today is the second day and they are already chipped and I see air bubbles. My cuticles don't look good and I was pretty clear on having my toes and fingers match, and they don't. Nor do my sisters who requested the same thing. I also got waxing done and she did not take her time, and it was quite painful. I've gotten wax done for most of my life now and I must say she hurt the most, not to mention missed a whole bunch of stragglers. It cost me 80 dollars not including tip, I must say I'm not happy. Especially because they made about 300 off us 5 girls, and they did a crappy job. Would not recommend going to them when they are busy. read more

The ladies were nice. Four of us came together for manis and pedis. The polish lasted 2 days for 2 of us girls. The other 2 girls got 3 and 4 days worth. It was a lot of money to pay for 2-4 days worth of pretty nails and toes. They cut our cuticles even though we asked them several times not to do so. read more

This place seemed promising. As someone else mentioned this places takes their time and they use scrubs and lotions for your massage and warm towels. Sounds great right? Well, 2 DAYS after I got my French pedi most of the polish started to chip away. It got progressively worse as the days went. I noticed her polish was running low and she put acetone to make it work Instead of going to get a better polish. I asked her what she was doing and she just smiled and didn't answer me. I went back on the 5th day with my own polish for them to fix it. One of the lady's got so rude with me telling me that it's normal for a pedi polish to chip and can even happen 1-2 days later. I said well that is not good and you need new product if that is the case. Because I wanted them to use my own polish they also tried to charge me $7 for a polish change. I said no, I was just here and you need to fix how I want it. After some more back and forth they finally did it. I will NEVER be back here. Once the girl started to fix she didn't even use spacers in between my toes and didn't even help me get my sandals back on. She bearly even put the top coat and gave me the dirtiest looks. So me and my seven-year-old daughter went to this nail salon to get pedicures Friday 4 somewhere we had to be that evening and this is our first time coming to this place and our last time the lady put a chemical on the bottom of my feet that really burnt bad and I thought it was a normal burn I guess cuz it was a callus remover I'm assuming and then she continued to scrub my feet and then she placed them in the tub of water which cooled my feet down but by the end of the night my feet were in so much pain and they were raw and as the days progressed I developed large wounds on the arch of my feet so I just went into the salon and asked for a manager which they did not have and they proceeded to look at my feet and give me Band-Aids and tell me that maybe the owner might give me a free pedicure after I spent $67 I might get a free pedicure after having wounds on my feet and me being in the beauty industry I'm a hair stylist in stand on my feet all day and a free pedicure is not solving the issue the wounds are getting bigger because I do stand on my feet all day and they said the owner might give me a free a pedicure I'm just hoping for my money back for the pedicure that I received they can keep the money for my daughter's feet but I would like my money back that would be the thing to do read more

When it comes to personal grooming, there are some things that are just better done by others, i.e. bikini waxing, back facials and...cutting your own toenails. You can try, but chances are you'll probably pull a muscle or nick an artery. So, I'm always thankful that there are people who have made it their mission to help me with these trickier chores. A-List Nails is a solid neighborhood mani/pedi emporium. I used to go here when it was under different management, and the new owners have made some nice upgrades. The massage chairs are brand new, and it's a nice light and airy room. It's not a "spa" by any stretch, but it's a clean and decent facility. I got just a basic pedicure, no polish, and the service I received was very good. The pedicure utensils/tools (?) were individually packaged, my technician was very attentive and thorough, and I didn't have to wait on a Sunday afternoon. I always try to patronize local businesses and I can see A-List nails being my go-to nail salon when I want my tootsies to sparkle. read more
