The staff told me it was just residual fuel that needed to burn off and even offered to clean the air ducts, which I appreciated. Unfortunately, about 100 miles outside of Santa Fe, the car broke down and required a tow. A friend's trusted mechanic there discovered that while Goodyear had fixed the flexible part of the fuel line, they bent a solid metal section, causing a new fuel leak. When I called Jimmy said that they would "test the viscosity" of the oil in the shop to verify. When I arrived he replaced the sticker and told me that the tech would check the oil viscosity. I asked the tech who was performing the service and he said had no idea he was supposed to do that and didn't know how. When I asked Jimmy about that, he became extremely rude and confrontational. I asked for an oil sample of the oil they put in the engine and he offered to put it inside of a water bottle while making an overly performative and sarcastic show of emptying it. Unfortunately this is the type of auto shop that will be intentionally deceptive and then become rude and disrespectful when questioned. Take your business elsewhere. Edit: this review should solely reflect the behavior and unprofessionalism of Jimmy. When the floor manager arrived he arranged for the oil in my vehicle to be changed and gave me a certificate for two free oil changes. It is unfortunate for Jimmy to be the face representing this business.
